Loved being able to pop round to their factory in Tolworth and seeing the glass, hinges and handles up close before purchasing. Review – Frameless Shower Screen & Satin Sliding Door Really pleased with how our bathroom has turned out. The frameless shower screen looks lovely and keeps the space feeling open, and the satin sliding door gives us the privacy we wanted without making the room feel dark. The whole room now feels brighter, more put together, and a bit like staying in a nice hotel. It’s made a big difference to how the bathroom looks and feels day to day.

Review – Antique Mirror Toughened Splashback Couldn’t be happier with the service and the finished result. We had an antique mirror toughened splashback installed in the kitchen and the team handled everything brilliantly from start to finish. They took proper time measuring and talking through the options, which gave us confidence the end result would be right – and it was spot on. The splashback fits perfectly, the finish is stunning, and it’s completely transformed the space. The installers were professional, tidy, and clearly knew what they were doing. No shortcuts, no bodge jobs – just quality workmanship and attention to detail. Nice extra touch as well – they even left us a free tin of glass cleaner, which just shows the level of care and thought that goes into their service. Would highly recommend to anyone considering an antique mirror splashback or bespoke glass work.

Outstanding service at very reasonable price. Replaced a double glazing unit - came out to measure it, made the new unit (adjusted to size to insert spacers which the original fitters omitted, leaving the unit sitting in water - probably the cause of the unit failing), came back and fitted it. Polite and efficient - even got a complementary can of glass cleaner. Would use again.

I had some windows replaced recently, James was very friendly and knowledgeable, he helped me from beginning to end. From informing me about the different glass I could get for my double glazing, and what would be best for each room. We had a glass balustrade installed to our roof terrace in Surrey using laminated toughened safety glass with stainless steel posts and top rail. Hamilton Glass Products carried out a full site survey, set out the positions accurately and fixed everything securely into the structure. The glass panels were cut precisely to suit the site conditions and the overall finish is very solid and visually clean. The team were professional, tidy and knowledgeable about compliance and safety requirements. Highly recommended for external glass balustrades and architectural glazing.

Hamilton Glass fitted a custom glass splashback to our kitchen and we experienced issues with their workmanship. On fitting the splashback the fitter advised that he had left some glass off-cuts on the worktop that we c ould use as mats. He then asked me to call the office and pay the outstanding balance, to which I advised was unhappy to do until had inspected in daylight and would do on the Monday (fitting took place on a Friday afternoon). After a quick call to the office this was accepted. The next day on checking the glass and removing the 'strategically' placed glass off-cut mats, I found two cuts in our brand new oak worktop. The longer of these was about 10 cm and the shorter about 5 cm. Additionally, I noticed a 'chip' on the edge of the glass by the window-seal. I immediately contacted Hamilton Glass to complain and ask for their suggested resolution, a synopsis of events: + 3 days I was advised that the worktop was covered with a rag which wasn't really sufficient * various discussions were held over a number of days trying to find a solution. Hamilton Glass suggested a repair, there recommended supplier advised there would be visible marks left. I was seeking either the worktop to be replaced, or compensation for the damage and inconvenience. + 17 days Hamilton Glass threatened the use of Solicitors, this felt like big company threatening small individual + 46 days I had to take a day off work: for the worktop to be repaired, although the cuts are still obvious; and for the 'chip' to be investigated, which upon further investigation is where a protective layer on the glass edge had not been removed as it should have been on installation. * I was then not provided an invoice but chased for the money, and even when paid I was chased for the money (although Hamilton Glass) did agree the money had been received. My experience with Hamilton Glass has not been positive, I would not recommend to anyone else, am disappointed and annoyed that a brand new worktop was ruined and that I have to accept a repair that will always show. Admittedly, I have had a reduction in the bill, but IMO this doesn't compensate me in full for time and the damage caused. But I opted for this route, as Hamilton Glass threatened me with the use of Solicitors - which would prove to be costly, timely and yet more inconvenience. I would not use again or recommend.

I asked Hamilton Glass Products to replace the broken mirror on one of my wardrobe doors. The door was quite large, heavy, and tall, so it wasn’t an easy job to remove or reinstall — but their team handled it flawlessly. Three people arrived in a professional van, carefully removed the door without any damage, replaced the mirror, and returned to reinstall it perfectly. Everything was done quickly, efficiently, and with real attention to detail. They even gave me a professional glass cleaner as a gift — a thoughtful touch that shows how much they care about their clients. I’m very thankful for their excellent service and professionalism. Having tried another company before that couldn’t even remove the door, I can say that Hamilton Glass really stands out. I’ll definitely use them again and can highly recommend them.

I work in a school and have used Hamilton glass a few times now for broken external and internal glass over the last 12/13 years and will find it hard to use another company for reliability and great workmanship. Recent breakage internal glass view panel accidently broken by myself. Measured up and repaired within 48 hours, amazing service. Very very competitive in a saturated market. Highly recommend James & the team. They installed a glass balustrade in our loft after we had been messed around & misinformed by another installer. Communication was excellent & they quoted very quickly. They gave me RAL colour / design options, sent me an AI mock up of what it would look like & provided an installation guarantee. The price was very competitive and they were able to do the job without having to install expensive scaffolding (which others weren’t) Balcony arrived within 14 days and installation was seamless. They left everything very clean and tidy. 5 stars all around.

Superb. Needed to fix a very large mirror that was knocked off the wall and smashed. Called these guys in the afternoon, got a quote in minutes, mirror delivered the next morning. The whole exercise took less than 24 hours. Great price, excellent workmanship. Will never go anywhere else.

Went to pick up glass at 2.30pm on the day the glass was stated for pick up. Glass nowhere to be seen and no way of finding out when it would arrive. Terrible, left with a frame fitted with no glass. Time to go back to site and break the news...
