M & M Glass Co.Ltd is described by most reviewers as friendly and professional, with several reporting quick responses and tidy work. One reviewer said a misted window replacement was done quickly and efficiently, and another reported a broken sash window was repaired within a few days with no mess. A reviewer who needed emergency glass praised the punctual arrival, clean finish and trustworthy manner. One reviewer said a quote was 13% higher than another company and was unhappy about a discount for older people, so they went elsewhere. Communication and workmanship are praised repeatedly, including for a front door, a patio door and a cat flap.
Highly recommend Martyn and son. They are friendly, courteous and professional. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Martyn has a wealth of knowledge of windows. He managed to repair the hinges and seals on my windows at a very reasonable cost. Do contact him, you will not be disappointed!
Great service from start to finsh.I had a window that needed to be replaced. .Martyn came out measured within 10 days it's been replaced also they very kindly tighten up the catches on my french door and explained to me what to do if i need to alter them again.. Great Father & Son team I would highly recommend them to anyone. And my dog Chester thought so too. 10/10.
I had two windows which were badly misted and was nicely surprised at the quote I had from this Company. The service was excellent and done quickly and efficiently. Thank you Martyn. I will definitely keep you in mind if I need any more windows replaced and recommend to family and friends.
Great experience from the start, Martyn was always quick to respond, when they came to do the work they were both very friendly and really helpful and take pride in the work they do. Highly recommended
After an emergency where I had to gain entry to my own home, I contacted M&M Glass because they were local and was really impressed by how quickly they responded. Martyn arrived exactly on time, ordered the right glass straight away and returned promptly to fit it. He was professional, thorough and left everything very clean and tidy afterwards. I found him trustworthy and genuine throughout. I would definitely use M&M Glass again for any future glass needs. Being local and providing such reliable service gave me real confidence.
Contacted Martyn to get a quote for a broken sash window pane via WhatsApp. He replied quickly with a competitive quote, and was able to fix the window within a few days. The men who came were polite, and did a great job repairing the window, with no mess or fuss. Highly recommend.
Fantastic company — highly recommended. They replaced the glass in my patio door today and the whole process was incredibly efficient from start to finish. The order was handled quickly, and the quality of the work is excellent. I’m very happy with the result and with how quick the turnaround was.
Urgently needed some glass cutting to size to repair a window. Requested Fri late PM and collected Sat AM. Great service from Martin. Thank you.
M&M glass has just fitted my new front door. Excellent service and communication. The job was carried out professionally and to an excellent standard. We are really happy with our new doir. Thank you 😊
Good communication and great service. Installed a cat flap in a glazed unit quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend!
Excellent communication, arrived as arranged, work completed in his usual efficient manner all at a reasonable price. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Called M&M as other local glass firms were a let down, they came round measured it, ordered the panel, arrived early, had the new window pane fitted in the time frame they mentioned. Friendly and reliable. Would use again.
Great price and great service. Martyn and Rio done a really good job would definitely use M & M glass again!
Good service and prices
Had a quote from them and seemed ok. But it was 13% higher than another company. Then found out they give a discount of 10% to oaps. Very outdated to give such a discount to the group of society that are by far the wealthiest with the most disposable income. Wasn't happy to sub the rich so went with the other company.
Very quick helpful and good priced service. Cheers
