Horizon Glass

I couldn’t recommend Horizon Glass highly enough. They went above and beyond, were friendly and informative, and I won’t hesitate to have them back in the future for more work. Great service.

Horizon Glass delivered an absolutely outstanding service in repairing the locks, hinges, and seals on my window! The repair was executed with precision, leaving everything clean and tidy, and the pricing was incredibly competitive. Their communication was top-notch, and they proved to be both reliable and hardworking. I wholeheartedly recommend their services! Francis is exceptionally approachable and possesses great integrity. He could have easily suggested replacing the entire window, but his repair saved me a fortune. Horizon Glass truly stands out with their exceptional work!

Brilliant service. Reasonable prices. Clean and tidy and kept informed of each stage. Strongly recommend Horizon Glass

Feared I may need a new window but the locks had blown. Advised no new window required and that it could all be fixed. It was. Prompt, friendly service. Glad I got it fixed before the storm!

Fantastic service today by horizon glazing

Absolutely brilliant service! Same day emergency repair following storm damage. Can’t recommend highly enough!!!!

Fantastic service. Francis was a pleasure to deal with and communicated every step of the way, had the job done the following week after coming out and very reasonable with pricing. Work done to a high standard and would highly recommend. Will be returning for new windows down the line. Thanks again!

Great service and very helpful when we needed the glass replaced on our conservatory door, I would give Francis 10/10 thank you for an excellent job

Excellent service by Horizon glass. Francis came and measured my cracked window very quickly. Gave me a quote which was great, ordered my glass and then fitted it within a couple of days. Very pleasant guy and professional. 10/10. 👍

I needed a cracked window replaced asap and Horizon were absolutely fantastic. They came when they said they would, they liaised with me on factory manufacture time, and they were competitively priced. I had previously used another local firm for another job and the difference was phenomenal. Highly recommended. These are the people to contact in Ayrshire.

Got one of my double glazed units repaired in my conservatory by horizon glass, service was great and price was reasonable.

Horizon Glass installed a catflap into our spare room window. Frances and Billy were friendly and professional..They did a great job and we now have 2 happy cats! Competitively priced. Highly recommend!!!!

Just a small job but ended up needing it done twice in the same week due to a stupid mistake. Horizon advised best glass, did the job quickly and very tidily (even after 2nd repair you'd hard know they'd been there) and stopped me beating myself up too much by keeping me on the lighter side of the situation. Totally pleasant, professional and would hesitate to recommend.

Brilliant work, really responsive and very fair pricing.

Helped us with a tricky leak from a roof window with an odd design. Investigated, changed pane and sealed and waterproofed. Doing well in the recent bad weather. Good communication and sorted out a few small issues without a problem.

I was re-decorating my bathroom and broke a mirror, Francis replied to me quickly and supplied and cut a new one in half an hour even tho it was late at Friday night and saved me loads of nagging from the missus. Definitely goes the extra mile.

Excellent Service. Horizon Glass fitted new glass in my window and I am very pleased with the services provided. I would definitely recommend Horizon Glass to anyone and would definitely use again.

Horizon done a brilliant job fitting our gym mirrors. They also went the extra mile by helping us with renovation work that other contractors were too scared to touch. Each job was delivered skilfully, on time, and priced fairly in comparison to other quotes we’d received. I vouch for them 100% and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Really friendly, even sorted our doors for us. Great service wouldn't use anyone else.

Very quick response. We required new window handles. Called Francis and job was done a couple of days later. Both Francis and Billy were very professional. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Horizon glass did a truly professional job on our storm-damaged front door. Neighbours were impressed too. Would certainly recommend.

Phoned first thing in the morning about a cracked window pane. This was replaced within a matter of hours. High quality of work, professional and friendly. Will definitely be my first choice if I need work done in the future.
