We had an emergency glass repair. This time waster asked us to send him the details and couldn't be bothered to reply. Even tried calling the next day. What a joke. I would not give him my business.

Works carried out : fitted 5 new double glazing units & replace bubble gasket to 5 windows. This company is a breath of fresh air. Really reliable and professional right from the initial enquiry through to completion of the works. Worked quickly, unobtrusively and the place was spotless afterwards (and pretty much all the way through!). Full explanations were readily provided for any queries I had. Pricing is reasonable and exactly as per the quote. Simon & James are extremely good at what they do - I have no hesitation in recommending them

Rang Jackson Glass and Simon and son James arrived on time to measure up and give me a very fare quote. Simon arranged to fit my replace window the Friday after Easter. Simon and his son have done an amazing job in giving our cedar greenhouse a new lease of life with a replacement roof, nothing was too much trouble and they went over and above what they were asked to do. They left the site clear and tidy, removed the old glass without any breakages, and I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism. Simon has done other replacement panes in our house over the years and never fails to do anything other than the very best. I recommend them most highly.

Sent an email over the weekend (nice to be able to send an email), got a response quickly, and the window was fixed on Monday. A great job done quickly.

Simon and his team are by far the most professional and loveliest of tradesmen. I had Simon Jackson and team replace my windows initially. The speed and cleanliness of the work left me walking into a much brighter warmer house. From start to finish, Simon explained the process and I was kept informed throughout. I have now just had my front door replaced by Simon and the team. Again, all done in such a clean, fast and professional manner. Even exceeding the delivery time, meaning it was done two days earlier than expected. They even put up a letter box as a parting bonus for me. I cannot recommend Jackson Glass enough. They would score 11/10 if I had that option.

I asked Simon if he'd be so kind as to swap a pane of glass for me for one with a cat flap. Simon arrived punctually on a Saturday morning to have an initial look and quote for me which I then accepted. On the day of installation, Simon was very accommodating and respectful about ensuring a mess wasn't left in the house etc. The job was done to an excellent standard. I'm now hoping to use Simon for a more extensive project in the next few months. Thanks Simon - speak soon! :o)

Simon came over and spent time giving quote and outlining several options for repairing the gaps in our windows. He also contacted FENSA to see if we were covered under their insurance. Then he offered several days that he could come and do test work. In the end Simon was able to conduct test work quickly, but was able to complete fixing of all the windows in the house in a day. It is a blessing and relief not to have a cold house, nor to hear the M40 echoing through our windows.

I recommend Jackson Glass very highly. Excellent customer service, friendly, efficient and great value. Would definitely use Jackson Glass again and i would be very happy to recommend Simon to my friends and family.

Simon came to fix a front door frame which was coming away from the wall and a bedroom window sill which was loose. He did a superb job, really efficient, with minimum of fuss and v reasonable rates. Will definately be using Jackson Glass again, and would highly recommend him to anyone.
