Really positive experience with Fixaglaze. I contacted them about problems with three UPVC windows, and someone came out the following day. The quote arrived the day after, and once I’d paid the deposit, the work was completed around two weeks later. The guys were friendly and professional and had everything sorted in about two hours. Fixaglaze have done a fabulous job replacing my old worn out wooden door and frame with a beautiful dark green composite door. We are extremely pleased with the transformation. Fantastic job - creating a new window on a very dark landing that has now flooded daylight onto stairs, landing and hallway, what a transformation. Externally looks like the window has always been there and internally the workmanship is outstanding, including plasterwork. Rob and Jack were highly skilled, friendly, professional and hardworking. The attention to detail was top quality and they cleaned up thoroughly during the work and afterwards, including hosing down all dust on brickwork and outside as well as hoovering and wiping down - thank you so much to Rob and Jack and to Fixaglaze for making the whole process stress free. Following good feedback from a neighbour, I was pleased to deal with Fixaglaze to replace one sealed window unit. All stages of the process went well and the price was fair. Excellent job by these lads, fitting 3 new windows. My house is a prefab with external wall insulation so was not an easy job. The guys turned up a few minutes early and got stuck in straight away. I did warn them they would break the trim around the bathroom window... And they did. But they then repaired it better than the original so my only regret is that they didn't break more things! Would use this firm again in a heartbeat.

From what I can tell this is the only company who is following the government guidelines,by fitting up to date windows and doors as the new guidelines state that they have to be thicker than previous years, all the companies I spoke to all said they'll match the door I already have fitted, i.e fitting old Stock. As you can see by the graph below after having the front door replaced that was fitted by Trent Valley , fixaglaze is the best company and has done such a fantastic job, the temperature of my house has gone up !!! Thank you so much, finding a little company that does a fantastic job now days is difficult! This company is honest and they do a fantastic job.

Great service from this company. We had five new windows installed. Every person we dealt with (Admin, Surveyors, Fitters) were extremely, helpful, courteous and professional. The two men that installed the windows did a fantastic job. Really pleased with the result.

Fixaglaze sorted out a problem we had with a bedroom window which the Company who fitted it could not sort, even after numerous visits (whistling and howling noises in bad weather). Would recommend 100%.

Fixaglaze did an excellent job replacing 2 misted double glazed window panes, replacing several broken window locks and supplying and fixing a new gutter and downspout. The men arrived on time, worked quickly and made no mess. The firm's quote for the work was detailed and if we needed it were prepared to spread the work out without changing the price. I can highly recommend Fixaglaze for any repairs to windows, doors and rainwater goods.

Highly recommend. We had 9 windows done, they quoted half the price of two national companies we had quotes for. Estimated 3 days to complete, they were done in two. They took all the old windows away when they were done too. Two years on, no issues and if there were, they offered to come out and take a look. Contacted Fixaglaze for an urgent call out to a older family member who could not fully close the door, Despite being fully booked they were able to visit and take a look. It turned out not to be a repair, but am so grateful to the team for dealing with it so quickly.

Excellent service. Tiled conservatory roof, two exterior doors and a leaded glass window. Couldn't fault the guys that came. They worked so hard even on the pouring rain. Left everything inside and outside spotless. Definitely recommend.

Cannot recommend them highly enough, we had all our doors and windows replaced at once, and they bent over backwards to make sure everything was done convinently for us, and at a very reasonable price compared to what we were quoted elsewhere. Thanks to all the staff and installers for making it such a painless process!

We've enquired about fixing our bifold doors, sent them pictures of the issue, were quoted a reasonable price and had an engineer come in in 2 weeks time. They, however, had no clue how to fix it, took some more pictures and set up an appointment for the following week. They never showed up for this appointment and we were left wondering whether the engineer had even taken a look at our sent pictures and knew what sort of job they're heading for. Eventually we were able to fix the door ourselves with help of youtube and a few allen keys. I'll avoid this company in the future.
