Customers regularly turn to Eston Glass for quick, reliable glazing services, especially praising their rapid response times for urgent call-outs and emergency window securing. Many appreciate the friendly, courteous communication, prompt turnaround on cut-to-size glass, and fair pricing. Alongside the largely positive feedback, a small number of customers noted issues with punctuality or unreturned quotes, and one reported an unprofessional home visit.
horrible service didn’t knock just walked in didn’t introduce himself started walking around like he owned my home farted next to me 3 year old son and continued to swear after i asked him not to so i had to lock my son away so he didn’t hear him also kept on burping and being disgusting asked to use the toilet and when i went later in the day there was urine all over and skid marks in the bowl overall wound not recommend to anyone barely even fixed the glass. horrible.
Great service. Great price and very quick. Thank you Amanda 😊
Excellent service. Came out to an emergency. Response was quick and professional
Had a really good experience with Eston Glass. The staff were polite and easy to deal with, and they got everything sorted much quicker than I expected. Communication was great throughout and they kept me updated on the progress. The work itself was done to a high standard and everything looks perfect. It’s nice to deal with a company that turns up when they say they will and takes pride in their work. Would happily use Eston Glass again and recommend them to anyone needing glass or glazing work done.
I recently used Eston Glass and was really impressed with the service. From the initial enquiry to the final installation, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The team were friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer any questions I had about the options available. The quality of the glass and the workmanship was excellent, and the finished result looks great. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and made sure everything was clean and tidy before leaving. Overall, I would definitely recommend Eston Glass to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality glazing services. Great customer service and a job well done.

Excellent service. Rang on Tuesday, sorted by Thursday. Friendly professional staff and imo great value. Highly recommended.
Very helpful and a very good price. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Dave
Contacted today asking if they could help me out today 2nd April 2025 to take a window out as my mother 82yrs old had delivery of her settee which would not fit through doorway. Such a quick response within 15 minutes a gentleman was there and delivery of suite was completed. THANKYOU SO MUCH TO THE LADY ON RECEPTION TO THE GENTLEMAN THAT CAME AND DID THIS 5 STAR 🌟
Some lowlife vermin cowards put my front bay window through last night, so I gave Eston Glass a call and they came out as an emergency and made it all safe for me and my family. Thanks again.
Can't fault em! Rang and asked to have a piece of glass cut for a shed window. Ready by the time I drove there to pick it up. And my measurements were correct. That surprised me 🤔 Great service and a good price!
Very helpful courteous service and will definitely use them again when required.
I have used Eston Glass on numerous occasions for tenanted properties. I have always found them to be highly responsive and efficient. They have attended numerous out of hour’s call outs to secure broken windows, and vandalised properties. Its 5 ⭐️’s from Green Gas & Energy
I was so expensive quote, nearly double market prices.
I needed a replacement double glazing unit and called Eston Glass. The gentleman came and measured up, was very chatty and pleasant and he promised to get back to me with a quote. He didn’t. I called again, and again promises were made, but no quote. I gave up. He definitely can “talk the talk but can’t walk the walk!”
👍
