Velindre Glass is described by several customers as friendly and professional. Neil is named in more than one review, and customers say he gave helpful advice and a prompt, responsive service. One customer reported a same-day response to a smashed first-floor window, while another praised the sensitive choice of replacement glass for an old door and the after-fitting advice about painting. One customer said Neil could not fix their particular issue but still made a reliable recommendation.

100% recommend Neil. Provided great advice, was prompt, friendly & professional. Although he was unable to fix my particular issue, he was able to make a reliable recommendation.

Thank you Neil for your speed and efficiency in fitting new glass in a broken window at a house we run as part of a charity. I can highly recommend him and his company.

I always enjoy working with my mate Neil Hadley and now we are off to drop a birthday card to Neil's sister house and then going to Barry Island
