C & J UPVC Maintenance - Nottingham

Quick to respond, quick to get on site. Nothing was an issue, efficiently quoted and completed the work. Windows all work like new. £1200 instead of replacing windows that didn’t need replacing.

Contacted them in the morning, they replied and completed the repair the same day. The window is working perfectly again. Friendly, professional service and a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

I have used C&J Maintenance for a number of years. Craig provides exceptional service and gives quick survey and installation. Work always carried out problem free and on time. Thoroughly recommended.

Would highly recommend Craig and Sam, both very knowledgeable and experienced and were quick to visit and provide a quote and help me with the questions I had before proceeding. Very professional, clear quote and arranged a date quickly, on the day they were extremely tidy and cleaned up afterwards. I began using Craig & Sam after a recommendation from a neighbour and I’m really pleased I did. They’ve done numerous jobs for me….replaced double glazed units, fixed hinges & handles and also replaced my front door locking system (big job) plus new letterbox and handle. They are both professional and friendly and always leave the place clean and tidy afterwards. If you want a good job doing for reasonable prices do not hesitate to contact them. I totally recommend. Thanks guys!!!

I was let down by another window installer. I then spoke to a Craig and explained the situation. He came out quoted and then completed the job within 10 days. The communication and service was brilliant. Will definitely use Craig and his company again and recommend them. Thanks Craig and team.

Sam popped round the very next day to sort my mum’s conservatory doors. Turned up on time, really friendly and professional. Gave us two options but told us the cheaper one was all we needed, which says it all. Got it fixed there and then for a decent price, no drama, and the doors work like new. Definitely recommend.

Good job, well done

I've used C&J UPVC Maintenance's services over the last 15 years or more now. Craig has replaced several blown double glazed window units, replaced window hinges, replaced UPVC door handles and realigned doors that were not closing properly. Also, fixed conservatory roof panels that were slipping. He is always professional, friendly and reliable, does a great quality job and leaves the place completely tidy afterwards. His prices are also very fair for the work, materials and skill he provides. I highly recommend him.

Exceptionally professional and efficient.

Fantastic service. Craig fixed our window on the same day I enquired and also fixed a door issue whilst he was over that was spotted.

Craig responded to my enquiry even though he was on holiday! He was recommended to me by other neighbours that had used him. He was really prompt coming to my rescue and fixed everything quickly at a great cost. Amazing professional service. Would highly recommend 😎. Thank you Craig

When we bought our new home, alot of the windows didn't seal properly. Being on a busy road we noticed alot of road noise and drafts coming through. The guys at C&J sorted us out with new hinges and center blocks as well as some new locks and handles. The quote was reasonable and broken down clearly, and following the work the difference has been amazing. There was one window where I didn't think the fix had worked and Craig popped back and fixed it. I would recommend these guys to anyone moving into a new home with older pvc windows, great service. The guys all wore shoe covers and cleared up after themselves really well.

Professional, can be relied on, fair pricing. Would recommend

Craig was polite, respected my property and cleared up any mess. My door needed to be realigned and gearbox replacing. On the day of service, Sam arrived as planned. He took pride in his work and made sure he was 100% satisfied with the door and all it's components. He hoovered after himself and you wouldn't have known he had been around. Made sure to mention to call back if any issues, which is good to hear regarding post service. Polite and friendly local company, who I'd recommend 👍.

I texted Craig yesterday and he came out today, he even flexed his arrival time when my child was late back from a school trip. Replace a locking window handle where the old one had worn so loose it would no longer lock. And fettle our Bi-Food door and front door to stop the breeze we could feel coming in around them. Top work Craig 👍 (and he put on shoe covers as soon as he came into the house 👍👍)

Really friendly, knowledgeable and skilled people. Very reasonably priced too and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to a friend.

This is clearly a company that that has perfected customer service. They replaced a window for us and sorted out two doors. The work was carried out to our absolute satisfaction, the technician punctual, polite and knowledgable, and everything was cleared up afterwards. Very impressed and would happily use again. 31 July 2023 And we did use them again. C&J replaced the roof panels on our conservatory and did a stunningly good job. The price was good, communication was excellent, they turned up on time and everything was clean when they left. They have converted what was a rather tatty conservatory into something that looks really good. Very impressed.

Prompt, efficient and good value.Sam who repaired my windows and gave me advice on maintenance for my patio doors was excellent.I would definitely recommend C & J.

Fantastic service at a reasonable price, sorted out a really tricky issue with a tilt and turn window. Really friendly, professional and respected our property wearing overshoes and using dust sheets.

I phoned them this morning and 2 hours later they were at my door fixed it and it’s now as good as new fantastic service will recommend to any body thankyou good job

We live in a new build property and after having the builders come to look at our front door three times and it still not closing properly we thought we needed a new front door. Craig was recommended to us and he came to fix it today. He was professional and completely refitted the front door so it is now like new. Arrived on time and the cost was very reasonable. Would highly recommend his services

The guys looked at two sets of uPVC double doors (to close fairly large gaps and sort out the sticking locks). After a couple of hours both sets of doors are like brand new. The weight of the door feels a lot more substantial and smooth and the (previously clunky metallic) locks now turn like butter. Just regret not getting them in four years ago! Thanks guys. Will be recommending you 😀

Very professional and responsive, with great communications. Excellent service.

Fantastic service from Craig and the team today! They fixed various issues with my double glazing; dodgy catches, perished gaskets and seals, misaligned frames, and replaced a blown unit. All done at a very, very reasonable price. Thoroughly recommend.

Our 20year old tilt and slide patio door wouldn't close due to broken bracket plus the lock was damaged. Called C&J UPVC Maintenance and they were with us within 20minutes. They made a great job of replacing the parts. The door now closed and locks like new and work is guaranteed 1 year which is an extra bonus considering we thought it wouldn't be repairable with it being so old! Have already recommended them to others

Great job carried out. They arrived at the time booked, immediately did a good job and tidied up after themselves (even wore overshoes whilst coming through the house, without being asked) I would certainly recommend these guys.

Very happy with the service and and professional attitude I would highly recommend this firm to everyone I know Regards Ross

It was quickly & efficiently done & care taken to complete everything correctly. Fully confident there would be no problems

Left 2 messages for voicemail to be returned saying to contact on 1st March. Then contacted again with voicemail left and again non-responsive. Poor service

Excellent prompt service, Craig was very informative and helpful and completed the work swiftly and efficiently, highly recommend, give him a call today for any UPVC/Glazing repairs

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Polite, professional and punctual. First class service from Craig and his team. Two double glazed units replaced, including seals, made the bay window look like new. 😷Totally Covid safe, masks were worn, anti-bacteria wiped door handles and surfaces afterwards making everyone feel safe😷Well done, happily recommend Craig to family and friends ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent service from Craig, polite and professional and gave me honest advice which was much appreciated. Will be using these guys again with any future repairs.

This company was highly recommended by the building regulations department of my local authority, and now I know why.... Not only is Craig an extremely courteous and knowledgeable individual, he is also very skilled at what he does, and will do everything in his power to ensure you are satisfied with his work. The company has decades of experience behind it, is very professional and competitively priced. I can not recommend this company enough!!
