We recently had our old heavy dangerous cumbersome patio doors replaced with a new set of modern patio sliding doors. The service we received from the very first call has been great. We have been kept informed of everything on the way. This company was extremely helpful and the fitter Nathan was so professional, hardworking, quick and paid attention to detail, fantastic job. My husband and I will not miss being bashed by a heavy out opening patio door in the face on a windy day.The new doors are a delight, they are quieter, easy to manage, easy to use and make our bungalow look and feel alot more modern. You definitely get a better, more enjoyable view of our courtyard garden in full bloom. I would recommend this company 100% to anybody, what a fantastic experience, except for a week of bad British weather. Boston Trade Frames are a local family business. They supplied & fitted our new front door & side panel, excellent communication, a friendly professional service, very knowledgeable & helpful. Extremely happy with the end result, would highly recommend.
I chose Boston Trade Frames because they came up as a local installer of a door I had chosen through the Solidor website. When they contacted me I was able to discuss various window-related projects that needed attending to. Nathan, the fitter came out to measure up and discuss what I needed which included some replacement panes that had blown and new hinges on existing windows. Nathan was also able to advise on replacing a window that was inaccessible to clean with a ‘stained glass’ window that would effectively match other original stained glass in the property. Nigel, Charlotte and the team took time to make sure they got the order right for all the different things I needed. The order took about 3 weeks to arrive and we agreed fitting over two days. I am delighted with my new door which is secure, of excellent quality and has really smartened up the back of the house. The window/hinge replacements are all good and the stained glass has added to the original features of my home so I’m pleased I listened to the advice given. The prices were good value for money given the quality of the work done. I would go back to Boston Trade if I need work doing in the future and would highly recommend them for making every effort to get it right for the customer.
