What a fantastic company. Friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. We had a new door fitted in January, and this week the lock unfortunately broke through no fault of theirs. They came out immediately to fit a temporary lock while arranging a replacement with the supplier. Then, despite it being a Friday evening, they returned the very next day to fit the new lock and even sorted the extra keys we’d ordered for the old one. Outstanding customer service and support throughout. Highly recommended.

Wind blew my front door shut but jamming with one bolt inside frame, one outside. They had fitted it a number of years ago so gave them a call explaining the problem and seeing if they could recommend a locksmith or anyone who could sort it out. Lawrence from Knights Glass came round within 15 minutes, fixed and solved the he problem quickly and efficiently. Meant I only had short term panic and anxiety wondering who to call and whether it could be fixed. Thank you so much I’m now feeling a lot calmer.

In a tough economic world where large businesses are squeezing smaller ones out of business, the women answering the phone at Knights Glass needs to reflect how she deals with prospective clients. Quite possibly the rudest and most careless business call I've had. I will take my business elsewhere and ensure I never recommend this business. Sorry to have bothered you with our enquiry!

I ordered a mirror with a bevelled edge from Knights Glass for my wardrobe door, and the service was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The quality of the mirror is fantastic — beautifully finished and fits perfectly. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and professional. Couldn’t recommend Knights Glass highly enough!

Have been looking for a while to repair a few old double glazed windows, in the past I have been told to just replace the whole window which is not viable at the moment. It was sheer luck Knights Glass were working on neighbours property. Laurence kindly offered to take a look, I was then presented with a reasonable quote, within weeks my windows have been repaired. Laurence was efficient and on time. As for Kate & Kaye from initial engagement to work completed, I could not ask for a better service. We have been regular customers of Knight’s Glass for almost 17 years. It has always been a complete pleasure to deal with this lovely family owned company. They have carried out repairs and replaced our doors and windows in a professional and friendly manner. They are considerate, courteous, humorous and highly knowledgable. They clean and tidy after every job and carry out work to the highest of standards, displaying an admirable work ethic. Thank you Laurence, Kaye and Katie. I had a callback from a lady regarding some work to address water leaking through a window. Initially, I was happy with how quickly they got back to me. However, things took a sharp turn when I tried to schedule a visit. They suggested coming the same day, but I was busy, so I offered times later in the week. I was then told there were "no appointments until next week." That’s fine, but when I asked what times were available next week, the response was, "I’ll phone you next week." When I asked if I could book an appointment now, it seemed like it had to be today or nothing because of the rain. While I understand the urgency of wanting to inspect the issue in the rain, the reluctance to schedule an appointment left me confused. What made matters worse was the tone after I couldn’t accept the same-day visit. The attitude came across as passive-aggressive and rude. Ultimately, I agreed to a call-back next week, but the call ended abruptly without so much as a goodbye. Edit: Following my initial review, the company contacted my landlady to say they would no longer work with us due to the feedback I left. I was genuinely hoping any future dealings with them would improve and that the service would be better, but their decision to refuse business has only reinforced my experience. It’s a shame, as I understand the importance of timing with the issue at hand, but their lack of flexibility, poor communication, and unwillingness to work with alternative arrangements left me with little choice but to share my honest experience.

Originally requested a quote for a replacement pane of glass with hole for new cat flap, however when Laurence arrived to take measurements, he checked the existing and it was the same size as what we needed for the new one, so he kindly took the old cat flap out and fitted the new, saving us £300 on a new bit of glass that we didn’t need - great customer service and honesty! Would definitely use in the future when needed!

Had Knights round to fix the windows and also fit a floor to ceiling mirror in the hallway. Fortunately Laurence came round and inspected the work first and corrected my measurements. Thanks guys, good job as always.

Had to buy a new piece of glass and after much searching I came across Knights Glass Ltd in Sunbury. I do not know the name of the person who served me (I had the same woman serve me on Wednesday and Thursday), but her attitude came across as very 'lame' in the sense that she appeared very un-interested to be working. I thought not too much of it for that day as she might just be having a bad day, but when I went to pick up my order her attitude was the exact same (and this was after a week of waiting as the glass cutter I was told only works certain days of the week). On top of this, the initial piece of glass that was cut for us was too small, even after I was verified of the correct size when I initially ordered it. Her attitude when I told them it was the wrong size took a turn for the worse then and she became very condescending, making it appear that it was my fault for telling them the wrong size (again even though she confirmed when I ordered it the correct size). Luckily I only had to wait 1 day for a new piece of glass to be cut, and her attitude was fairly better on the new day of collection. However, the glass was not wrapped or anything which resulted in me cutting my hands, and the price was way more expensive compared to other glass cutters I could have gone to. Because of these factors (server's attitude, wrong size of glass being cut to which I was made out to be the cause, unprotected glass, high prices), I cannot recommended Knights Glass LTD in Sunbury.

After a glass 'emergency', Knights Glass were suggested as a supplier for a replacement pane of safety glass. They were not only easy to deal with throughout, but their fitters were professional, punctual and a pleasure to deal with. I can highly recommend their service.

Generally customer service was good and the lady that assisted me was polite and helpful. I ordered some standard float glass and it ended up costing three times the price compared to when I subsequently purchased the same glass from another shop. I was also unimpressed at collection, where the glass was handed to me unprotected and unwrapped which resulted in me cutting my hands. So for the above reasons I am unable to recommend and can only award two stars. If you do use them make sure you obtain alternative quotes first.

The shop's customer service fell short of expectations, leaving a frustrating experience. Unresponsive staff and lack of assistance, the staff were rude and unhelpful. I don’t suggest for people to visit the shop as there are better options.

Absolutely first class service from the team at Knights Glass. We live locally in Sunbury and noticed that one of our roof windows had a slipped pane of glass leaving gaps that water was getting through. We had called other local window firms with little to no response. I called Knights Glass and sent over a few photos and got a call back within 30 min to say that Lawrence was on his way. He turned up very promptly and immediately got to work. He was extremely professional and even very kindly popped in a loose gutter pipe whilst he was up the ladder on the roof. Highly recommend Knights Glass to anyone needing emergency or general window and glazing support. I’d certainly use them again. We called Knights Glass late last night in distress as one of our sliding terrace doors had somehow dislodged itself and we could not secure the doors for the night. Within 30 minutes of our call Lawrence was on our doorstep and with his cheerful disposition and professional ability managed to free the blockage and secure the doors without fuss. Great place to get your glass repaired

I've always had great service and value here, however big or small the job. Highly recommended.

We recently had Kevin from Knights Glass over to look at our windows. The hinges were not working correctly, we were having to pull and push the windows to try to get them to close, and we were loosing heat through the windows. They were all fitted in 2005! Kevin suggested replacing the hinges that didn't work, we decided to do all of them. The windows were then serviced. Chris & Peter came over to do the work. They got on with the job, working efficiently and kept me informed as to what they were doing. Some of the handles were also loose so I decided to change those too. It feels like we have new windows. We couldn't be happier & I couldn't recommend this company enough.
