Not on Trustpilot for a reason!!! Don't bother! really poor service, and an untidy and messy finish. Dean was extremely arrogant and rude when i asked if he could improve on the finish and repair / make good the damage to my property and remove the mess left after the installation, i wont be having them back unfortunately. Overall, the work was shoddy and not professional. Shame given the reviews to date, maybe by family and friends? IN RESPONSE TO THE REPLY FROM DB HEATING - PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING: Thank you for finally responding to my review...two years later!!! This delay speaks volumes about how much customer feedback and experience are truly valued by your company. Frankly, it's insulting. As stated in my original review, I did speak with Dean (the owner) at the time and unfortunately did not receive a favourable - or even professional response. On the contrary, the response i got was nothing short of aggressive. No help, no resolution. Just hostility. Subsequently I had to hire another company to rectify the damage caused by your poorly botched workmanship, incurring further costs on top of what I had already paid DB Heating. Its disappointing, though not surprising, that because this review reflects poorly on your company, you'd suggest it was "ungenuine and fabricated". If anything, that further reinforces the attitude I encountered - unprofessional and dismissive. You didn't care when I contacted you back then, and you clearly don't care now. As for editing the review nine weeks ago: yes, that was deliberate, because silence for two years was unacceptable and it worked - I finally got a response from you. Still no apology or accountability, just more arrogance, but at least a belated acknowledgement of my concerns and the behaviour I experienced. This whole experience has been appalling from start to finish. You've lost a customer - not that it seems to matter to you. No further engagement is necessary. Id continue to advise, look elsewhere and do not use DB Heating.
2025 Update: Had a new Worcester Bosch 18Ri installed to replace a failed 16 year old boiler, including a system magnetic filter. Fitted me in at the busiest time of year when my old boiler failed the annual service - really appreciated. Efficient and thorough work. First class. I have also used DB Heating for annual servicing, maintenance and repair work. The work is of high quality and the prices are fair. Gas Safe registered and can not recommend highly enough for jobs as wide ranging as pump replacement, leak repair to radiator installation. Thanks Dean, Lauren and the team.
Very trustworthy and reliable company and this company is Worcester Bosch accredited company as well. First of all, communication from Lauren was really good to get an appointment and get one of their engineer to us. Ant came for service my boiler and changed one of the faulty valve, very helpful, professional and friendly. Also, I was trying to tighten one of my floorboards and nail gone through the heating system pipe, add to my problem it was Friday 18:00. Thanks to Lauren and this company’s reliability, Saturday morning one of their engineer Dean who was really helpful, friendly and professional came over and sort that issue for me. So, I really do recommend this company to anyone.
We've used DB Heating numerous times and they are the most efficient and trustworthy company we have ever come across. Recently, Steve visited to address a dripping shower and diagnosed a replacement cartridge was required. I sourced said part & during a very busy/staff holiday time Steve arranged for Ant to visit. Ant was on time, didn't mess around and has solved the issue without any fuss. It's ridiculous how much of a weight on my shoulders plumbing issues become and we always have absolute trust in DB Heating. We truly appreciate having this matter resolved, not least because we were about to go away & really didn't want it left dripping while we were away.

Dean and his team have been servicing my boiler for many years and when the current one eventually broke down, Dean moved a few things around and fitted a new boiler within 3 days. Great service, always on time and the guys are helpful and friendly. We all rely on our boilers so much these days, it's good to know you have a team you can rely on.

I’ve had experience with hundreds of contractors over the years, usually bad. Dean and the team at DB have always given great service. I’ve have had them come to do a few jobs at a property I’d not long moved into. From boiler installation (pictured) to leaks, always responsive in emergency and attentive, a rarity amongst contractors!

We had DB Heating to install 6 radiators and connect the central heating system to our combo boiler. The team are very professional and provided excellent quality of work with a great detail of care. Even when unexpected issue presented they worked hard to resolve the issue, explained everything to us clearly, and informed us at each stage. Thank you to the DB Heating team! I’ve had Dean and his team replace central heating systems in 2 different properties now and would highly recommend them. Dean was prompt for original appointment, talked me through what the options were and a quote arrived next day for me to approve and book an appointment. Costs are more than fair and work is carried out in a very professional manner. I would use them again for further work
The heating has come on and we have instant hot water. Daniel was polite, punctual and very professional. He did what he said he would and he charged me just what he said he would. No hidden charges! As a matter of fact...it was much cheaper in the end than I had budgeted for. Excellent Service. Would highly recommend this company to my family and friends.
Dean, Lauren and the team are fantastic. They’ve serviced my boiler and done gas checks for me for years. I recently needed my shower replaced (and had the ageing kitchen sink replaced at the same time). The showers was in a tricky spot and Dean did the work with minimal impact to the decor and he was swift too. Really pleased! Highly recommended.
I have used D B Heating for the last three years, for 18 apartments that I look after. They are a very reliable, efficient company and have never let me down. Dean or one of his lads tries their best to come out the same day or the next day, if they are not too busy with other call outs. Lauren also does a great job of running the office too. They are a five star company, would give six stars if I could.
