Fantastic service! GAP squeezed me in to check my broken boiler, ordered the parts and got it working again. I have used them several times now, they have always been friendly and gone above and beyond to help out. I would highly recommend.

Had the pleasure of Nick fitting us a new boiler last year what great job he did workmanship was fantastic. The boiler he fitted has given us everything we need at a good price. Told us he would be back in 12 months to service it and he was good to his word turned up today took care of the service again for a very good price. We would highly recommend his services.

We had a new boiler fitted by Nick and he did an amazing job. It was converted from an old gravity fed system to a combi boiler and I was getting conflicting advice elsewhere, however Nick did the job properly. Would highly recommend.

Nick and his team have just carried out a full installation of new heating system for me, and I could not be happier. It is so refreshing to discover a tradesman who takes care and pride in his work, and I cannot sing their praises enough. He kept me informed throughout the process, and made certain amendments where necessary, always for the benefit of the job, and more importantly me. I will use Nick for all my plumbing needs and servicing, and cannot recommend his company highly enough to anyone requiring a trustworthy, reliable tradesman.

WOW! That is SERVICE!! I’ve used GAPSL before for maintenance calls, and Nick has always been timely, reliable, professional and reasonably priced. So I called this morning (the Friday before a long weekend) and left a message about a leaky toilet and received a visit from Scott and Madison this afternoon. Fifteen minutes later the leak was fixed and I was gratefully reaching for my wallet, only to be told that there would be no charge because they hadn’t been here long enough! Obviously I’ll be using them again and heartily recommend GAPSL - even if they do have to charge a fee sometimes! Many thanks

We were delighted to have Nick Jeans (Gas and Plumbing Services), and his team refurbish the ensuite shower room in our house. The workmanship was outstanding in every way right down to the last detail. When our boiler stopped working recently , Nick came out to us on a very cold day , on his day off , and did the necessary repair to give us heating and hot water again. Was very efficient with no mess and gave good advice about common problems we could sort out ourselves to save further costs. Following this repair, I booked hm to do the annual gas service and once again very happy with the work. Nick does a very good job at a very good price. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you to Nick who came out on the same day we called him and got our heating up and running temporarily, (after calling our usual engineer who charged us £100 call out fee and left us with without fixing the problem or heating or a date to come and fix it!!) Nick didn’t charge us anything that day but made a date to come back and sort the issues we had. This happened yesterday, they turned up prompt at 8:30 am. we are very pleased with the everything Nick did and will def. use his services again. 🙂

I cannot thank Nick enough. After being notified by the water board of a massive underground leak, Nick was with us in under an hour, located the leak, organised groundwork and fixed the problem. This work was carried out in a professional, confident manner with Nick explaining what was happening at each stage. Brilliant service from Nick and the guys at GAP Services from start to finish. After speaking to Nick on the phone and explaining what we thought the issue was, he managed to come out the same day, which was a huge help. Given the age of our system, he kept our expectations realistic and was very honest from the start. He was upfront in saying he could have sold us a new boiler, but that it wasn’t necessary as the one we have still works well and parts are available. Instead of pushing a replacement, he explained that the issue was an older system with circulation problems and talked us through exactly how he would fix it. The work was carried out over two separate long days, each focused on different parts of the job. He converted our system into a split system and added a couple of pumps to improve circulation. The difference is unbelievable — it now works perfectly. No more cold radiators, you can actually hear the water moving through them, and they get properly hot. It definitely wasn’t a straightforward job, but everything was done efficiently, cleanly, and professionally. Nick clearly knows his stuff and takes real pride in his work. Would 100% recommend GAP Services and will definitely be using them again.

I can’t recommend Nick highly enough. He and Scott were brilliant with replacing my new boiler after it broke, amazingly somehow fitting in the work before Christmas. It was a difficult job with outside work done in torrential rain and a very long day. Nick and his team recently swapped out our very old boiler and gravity system for a combi boiler. Even when quoting Nick took the time to consider our needs and the state of the current system, measured water pressure and discussed installation options. Really happy with the results, Nick and his team worked efficiently and cleanly to ensure we were only without hot water for as little time as possible. Nick came round the day after we called him as our hot water had stopped working. Within 1 minute of being here Nick had diagnosed the problem and luckily had the replacement part on his van. Nick from Gas & Plumbing Services did a fantastic job in completely remodelling a disaster of an en-suite bathroom! He & Scott were always on time, kept us informed of how the job was progressing with any changes needed (whilst keeping cost as low as possible!), & tidied up every day. His advice was excellent & we are thrilled with the finished work. He did such a great job, we got him back a few months later to do the larger bathroom too! He went above & beyond & also sorted out a heating issue we had with dodgy pipe work so he fixed that & now the central heating works perfectly!
