Yesterday we had Mr Gannon and his apprentice fit a new Worcester Bosch boiler.....the speed and efficiency of work was astounding......did not leave till completely satisfied all was working well, brilliant job.
Paul and Simon came to sort a long standing issue (drain smell) that we’ve had since we purchased our house many years ago. Multiple people have been previously, with one person previously putting a trap on our bath (which didn’t fully sort the issue). Paul and Simon came over multiple times and thought carefully about the issue- they clearly wanted to fix the problem and wanted to provide a good service that wouldn’t cost us loads. They were professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable. They came today and managed so much in one day. Great value and extremely trustworthy. The smell in our bathroom and downstairs toilet has finally gone after over 4.5 years!! They also fitted a new bathroom heated rail for us. Would most definitely recommend them- brilliant job. Paul & Molly arrived on time, were very tidy, friendly and did a great job replacing the old boiler.
We had a cast iron radiator installed which had to be delivered on a pallet and then joined. They were flexible in arriving once the delivery had been made and brought extra people to help lift the radiators and join them together. Great service and always use them for all of our boiler servicing and plumbing needs.
Paul and Molly provided their usual high quality service for my combi boiler. A great combo, trust them fully and would not use anyone else for any plumbing issues, thank you both!
Paul and Molly installed a gas stove in our kitchen, as well as replacing a toilet+soil pipe and installing a sink with hot+cold water supply. Paul replaced a 44 year-old boiler, retaining the old column rads and 4" single loop pipework. Several heating engineers had gought shy of this job but Paul was not all fazed by it and did an excellent job.

After a long drawn out 4 weeks of no hot water and intermittent heating, these guys resolved the issues in just over a day with a new boiler installation. I highly recommend Paul. He came out to me yesterday when our heating wasn't working. He identified the problem straight away, explained to me what was going on and replaced the part all in less than 45 minutes! He was fantastic, I can't recommend him highly enough.

I would like to recommend Paul Gannon Gas technician for the excellent work which he recently carried out for me. Paul kindly took over a job started by another person who was unable to complete my job , unable to trace a gas leak and switched off my gas supply. Fortunately I contacted Paul who checked out my gas system , located and rectified the leak , explained to me what was wrong and what he had done , then completed the installation of my new gas fire and did the job to my complete satisfaction. Paul is very skilled , very knowledgeable and very helpful , he did an excellent job for me , completed the whole job to a high standard for me in just two and a half hours and the charge was very reasonable indeed . I only wish I had contacted Paul first , not the other guy but thanks to Paul the job was done properly and I am now very pleased with the result. I would recommend Paul Gannon to anyone who asks me , he is an excellent engineer and a very nice helpful person..
We've previously used Homeserve (don't ever use Homeserve), 3 plumbers from there did a very poor job which ruined our bathroom floor. Another local plumber 'McHale Plumbers' let us down and never turned up to put the toilet back in for us. So when I found Paul Gannon I was hopeful. I saw his very good reviews online. Because we had been let down by others there wasn't much time before Christmas to fit us in. Paul and Deb rescued us and did the job before Christmas. Now our toilet is back in, we're very confident of the quality. We will definitely use again! Our heroes!!
