C A Cook & Co

Excellent tree work, great team and great tidy up. Very happy.

Thank you Charlie and Luke for doing a great job chopping down the tree at the bottom of the garden. Done a great job and great job disposing and clearing up after.

Charlie and his team did a fantastic job. They were polite, efficient and cleared up thoroughly before they left. Highly recommend!

Excellent neat and tidy work from Charlie and colleagues. Thank you!

We had a tricky tree covered by wisteria close to the house and Cooks men were excellent in removing same, also very well tidied up. Thank you

They reduced some very large horse chestnut trees and removed a very overgrown row of conifer and ground the stumps. They were very competitively priced. They were so quick to complete the work and the garden was left so tidy it was unbelievable that they had completed such a huge amount of work within the time promised. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

C A Cook & Co recently pruned and reshaped two trees (Paper Bark Maple and an Apple) for me. The job was carried out very efficiently and both front and back gardens were left very neat and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend C A Cook for any tree surgery requirements.

Charlie and his team did a great job removing trees, lowering and trimming a large beech hedge and pruning and reshaping a Magnolia. They also did a great job in tidying up after. I would recommend them to anyone.

The kindest team and the best professionals! Five star service and perfect execution. Fully recommended AAA+++

Charlie and his team were awesome, very professional and efficient. They took down five ash trees, carefully avoiding any damage to our garden office which was directly underneath. Communication generally was great. Crew were very friendly and approachable

Charlie’s team are customer focused for sure. Clean and tidy job at a competitive rate. No problem in recommending C A Cook to remove an aged leylandii hedge. Thanks Charlie 👍

We have used Charlie and his excellent team for some years undertaking tree pruning and removal, hedge trimming and fencing. Always an excellent standard of work, very professionally carried out. Very competitive pricing. We are very happy to highly recommend him.

Charlie and the team did a superb job cutting down conifers in our garden that have grown gigantic and were out of control. The team worked super efficiently, they showed up on time, Charlie took time to explain how they would go about the task and then did exactly as promised. I wish I had contacted them sooner! Elise in the back office was also helpful and responsive, kudos to her also. No wonder C A Cook are so busy, make sure you plan ahead and book them in time!

C A Cook are a very pleasant and professional company. Tom and his team did a great job of trimming and reducing the height of our Leylandii trees at the bottom of our garden. I would have no hesitation to recommend them in fact I have already.

Great job by Charlie and the team. They've regularly trimmed our evergreen magnolia to keep it looking good

Great service from Charlie and his team. Communication was great from the outset, work was competitively priced and completed to a high standard. Would highly recommend this company.

Charlie and his team were excellent, they worked throughout the whole day to make sure the tricky job was completed and cleared up everything behind them. Delighted and am looking to use them again next year to repeat the work.

Great communication and team, work effectively to complete the job and clean up after themselves.

We have been using Charlie and his team for years and the quality of his work is consistently high. We would not hesitate to recommend him.

Charlie and team did an excellent job taking down 5 large trees. Very professional, worked through the pouring rain. I highly recommend them

Tom and Josh from the C A Cook team have just completed excellent hedge and tree trimming work. They even worked very late to include the trimming of a large hedge which we had requested as additional work on the day. They cleared and tidied up site very well.

Charlie and the team took down 4 massive Leylandii trees that were in a very awkward spot. Charlie came to visit the site twice before starting to be prepared. His quote was competitive and I liked this thought process in how he and the team would go about the job. He protected the small shed we had underneath the trees with scaffolding and they took them down one at a time. The team were excellent, friendly and hard working, big respect to Tom the climber as the trees were massive and very tall. I would thoroughly recommend this company and we will definitely use them again. Thank you for a superb job done!

Can not recommend this company enough, reliable and listen to your requirements and actually complete as requested. Will definitely use again. Before and after photos , the amount of light now in the garden is fantastic.

I cannot recommend Charlie enough. He and his team are consummate professionals in every way.

We always use and recommend Charlie because the service and care they deliver is second to none. We have used one or two tree surgeons in the past and we would never change since we found C A Cook.

Have had charlie and his team come out a couple of times to fell some large trees for us. They came and got on with the job when they said they would, trees were soon felled and off they went. Did exactly what we wanted and did a good job. All the staff are friendly. No issues at all, would recommend to anyone who needs a tree surgeon.

Charlie and his team have looked after our very large conifer hedges and trees for several years. They always provide a very professional service. Would not consider using any others. Top work!

Charlie and Cook & Co are my go-to for anything garden related. I first used them after another local company ruined some trees after incorrect advice and will now never use anyone else. They're easy to deal with, competitive priced, excellent workmanship, very knowledgeable and totally professional. 100% recommend.

What an amazing company!! The guys were hard working, professional and quick. Very good customer service with a small issue that had to be rectified. I would never use anyone else for fencing/tree removal.

We've used Charlie Cook for several jobs over the years - reducing the height of a Leylandii hedge, pollarding a very old Red Oak, grinding out a big stump and most recently reducing a damaged Eucalyptus. They've always shown up when they say they will, price the job fairly and transparently & complete the job tidily to an excellent standard. Keep up the great work!

Have been using Charlie and his lads for several years since he started out, to cut hedges and prune ornamental and fruit trees. They have always provided a first class service, are polite and co-operative and clear up thoroughly when finished. They do require " plenty of tea/coffee to keep them going". Would definately recommend

We've used Charlie and the team a number of times to do all different jobs and they've always provided brilliant service! Elise always responds to quote requests really quickly and then you are lined up to have a visit from Charlie or the team to confirm the works. The best thing about them is they do what they say they're going to do. They come when it's arranged and they leave the jobs tidy and as you'd expect. We've had a 25m+ long fence built by them, hedgerows removed and a number of hedges and trees shaped and reduced in size! The work is always spot on! Keep it up guys...

Charlie is as quick to come out and assess what needed to be done, he then found time to come out and complete the job within an acceptable time frame to a top standard. Fence foundations were dug deep and rectified an issue created by another fencing company. I’ve also used Charlie to remove some large trees and again were priced competitively and were very professional. Would absolutely use again and highly recommend!

Charlie and his team worked efficiently to complete a really professional job. They were courteous to my neighbours who were anxious that their privacy would be impacted and were also mindful that our dog didn't escape when our boundary was compromised mid way through the job.

Had a really good experience with these guys. Friendly, punctual, professional and they did a great job looking after our fruit trees!! Would highly recommend them!

These guys are epic. Have since referred their details to my neighbours and all is well. Don't look any further.

Highly professional and very reasonably priced. Charlie and his team were v friendly, competent and efficient. I would definitely recommend them.

Highly recommended by friend. Charlie and his team did a great job removing a dozen or so Cypress trees and a substantial Silver Birch. The birch was on the boundary fence to the school next door. Very professional and safe job done, very pleased that all the cuttings, logs etc all removed and everything tidied up at the end. Wouldn't hesitate in using C A Cook again and would highly recommend to friends and neighbours. Used them again to sort out multiple trees in my front garden which needed reducing in height, again super, professional job with everything left tidy.

I recently had Charlie's team complete a large job including tree work and hedges. They were really attentive to getting things just as I wanted them to look, great communication, hard working and very fair on price. Have already booked in again for next year.

I have used CA Cook tree surgeon services for five consecutive years including hedge maintenance, branch lopping, tree stump removal and pruning. The team have always been on time with a good work ethic. Highly recommend this company.

I can highly recommend this firm. They have done a number of jobs for me both large and small. The quality of work is excellent, everything cleaned up afterwards. Prices very competative. My go to firm for any tree work or hedging. Five star

We have trusted Charlie and his team to reduce our tree height over many years. A polite, efficient and friendly service. A 5 star review well deserved

C A Cook came and replaced 5 fence posts and cut back a number of over hanging branches from the adjoining woods. The service has been excellent. The quotation was prompt and good value. The solution to how to replace the posts minimised the Haarlem for our neighbour and ourselves. Charlie responded to our changing requests and cleaned up really well afterwards. We are just waiting for the team to return to do some more work for us.

Have used Charlie and his team several times to keep cut back trees. Their work is of the highest standard and they always arrive on time. Would never consider using anyone else.

We needed a tree cutting back that was blocking our satellite signal and contacted this company for a quote. They handled everything extremely efficiently. Listened to exactly what we needed and carried out the work just as had been discussed. The team were all friendly and very professional getting the job done expertly. Afterwards they left my property so completely clean you would not have known they had been working there. Before departing they came to check with me that I was happy with the results which I was. I would definitely recommend this company and will definitely be using them again.

Charlie & his team removed a large tree from our garden, the whole process from quote to removal was faultless. They left the area tidy, you wouldn't have know the tree had been there. Can't recommende them enough!

Very good friendly service. I have used them a few times now, each time they were very professional and courteous. They came out promptly when storm Eunice decide to blow one of our trees over. The back office staff are brilliant keeping you informed all the time.

Great service: professional, friendly and good job done.

Couldn’t fault these guys. They done a new fence for me. From the quote to doing the work was faultless. They are hard workers & tidy - even left it tidier than when they turned up. Highly recommend.

We used the services of CA Cook to remove a large tree in our garden, located near to other buildings. Charlie and the team did a great job of planning and coordinating the works with neighbours, completing the work professionally and safely. Did a fantastic job of tidying up afterwards - almost like the tree was never there. Would highly recommend.
