Where to begin? My parents boiler was making a strange noise and they paid someone £100 to service it. The chap 'serviced' it and said the fan needed replacing - quote £300. He said he would do it on return from his holiday. Meantime he did such a poor job of the service the boiler started leaking water. We then hired another guy who took the boiler apart, couldn't put it back together, deemed it a health hazard and told us we needed a new boiler. 😂 After talking with other cowboys and folk trying to charge us £70 just to look at the boiler, we found Integrity Gas Services. From the very first phone call, Ed was absolutely brilliant. He instantly put us at ease, told us not to change the boiler as it was excellent, came around the next day, fixed it with new parts and charged only £200. People like Ed are extremely rare, especially in 2025. He genuinely wants to help whilst making an honest living in the process, he isn't here to con customers and charge as much as he can. He could EASILY have charged us £400-£500 knowing the predicament we were in (no hot water, no heating and already been told to buy a new boiler) and yet he didn't. I will never use anyone else for boiler issues, neither should you. Legend!

we contacted Ed after many HG'ers recommend him and there is a reason why! he arrived at short notice, was very professional and honest in his approach and my gas hob issue was sorted in minutes (yes minutes). a very genuine and honest individual which I would not hesitate a second recommending him. We’re currently in the process of having our Kitchen Renovated and came across an old Gas Pipe which was going to disrupt our Oven placement. We are on a very tight schedule with the Kitchen, so it was critical we could find a solution ASAP, and Ed delivered with the immaculate service he provided. He responded to our call very efficiently, and came out to quote for the job free of charge, with superb etiquette and knowledge. Ed is wonderfully friendly, fantastically knowledgable, and he will even take the time to give a detailed explanation of the situation at hand including potential solutions. I had my boiler serviced today and was really impressed with the service. Ed was very friendly, professional and thorough, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. He completed the job efficiently and at a very fair price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and will definitely be using his services again in the future!

I contacted Ed to fix a leaking toilet. He attended and did a repair but unfortunately it leaked again. Unable to contact Ed I found someone else. When Ed did contact me he was extremely apologetic and refunded me. I was pleasantly surprised at this. He is definitely the most trustworthy and honest tradesman that I have met in a long time. Very pleased with Ed, he was very polite and very knowledgeable. Was able to identify the problem with a leak on my boiler. He was very honest and explained the process of replacing some parts and servicing the boiler. The price was fair and very happy with the outcome. Will definitely recommend 100%.

Ed came to our rescue two days before Christmas to install our gas hob cooker. He provided top quality service from the start and nothing was too much trouble! I’ve had two new kitchen taps installed and later a new bath/shower tap. Ed did a great job at a fair price. He also fixed what previous tradesman messed up even though he didn’t have to do it. Ed also service my gas boiler regularly at very competitive price. He’s a very honest and genuine man. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

We received great customer service from Ed in March 2022 when our boiler failed. (We live in Dickens Heath, Solihull). Ed spent considerable time researching the issues and then clearly set out the options available to us. Reliable and honest - would highly recommend.

Ed was highly recommended by a work colleague and I’m so glad of that. He got our boiler back up and running having been told by another gas man we needed a new one. He patiently sourced all the necessary parts (which I’m sure took a while), quoted a fair price, was reliable and even cleaned up after! Solid service and def highly recommended.

Fast and responsive when messaging over an issue I was having with a gas fire place - also came out as fast as possible and had me sorted in less than an hour. Ed was Genuinely helpful and went out of his way to help me resolve my issue professionally and quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him, and will be using him for upcoming gas fire services.

Called Ed for a job round at my uncles house on 10 th December, he was punctual, honest and gave sound advice as well as doing a great job. A thoroughly honest , reliable man, would recommend him and will use him again .

Called Ed to come and service my boiler. He replied via text and arranged an appointment. He carried out the service, and then we also asked about an issue with our tap. He told us he was almost certain we needed a new tap sensor and he'd find the part and get back in touch with us with a quote. Great! But after a few days we'd had no response so I sent him a message. No response. So a few days later my wife tried to call him. Again no answer. But when we sent a text he replied with in minutes via text. But as soon as she said who she was and asked if any news, there was no reply back. And two days later still no response. If he couldn't find the part or was too busy to do the job, ,then just say. It's fine. We'll try and find someone else. But the complete lack of response is so frustrating, and lacks, well integrity,

Was recommended Ed as he has done work for a few family members. He came out for a quote to remove current radiator and add two radiators to the living room and was very polite. I explained I needed the work done next week which he was agreeable to. I had to chase up the quote which he then sent me. I then asked if he could carry out the job and he didnt respond and I was relying on him to message back as I needed to book in the decorator and carpet guy (I explained this to him) He said he would get back to me twice. A week later still no response. I work long hours as a nurse and I am fed up of being messed around. Thankfully the decorator found someone else to do the job, and they were £110 cheaper. Would not recommend. Unreliable and doesn't get back in touch.
