Highly recommended. We've had no heating or hot water for 3 weeks while a different company was trying to fix it. Lee from Enerus went out his way to come out and it only took him couple minutes to get it back up and running. Any more issues will definately be contacting this company.

I contacted Enerus Limited last year 2024 for our first annual service on our Ideal Heating Air Source Heat Pump. This is the second year 2025 Lee has serviced our Air Source Heat Pump. Lee takes the time to explain what a service consists of and provides a full emailed report on our system, he is happy to talk through any questions we have and takes the time to explain in full detail. Enerus Limited offer a very competitive price for their service compared to other companies, Lee genuinely enjoys his job. Lee is very polite and professional. Lee came to our house to fix a toilet that wasn't flushing properly. This is a problem that has recurred many times over the years. He is the first plumber who actually gave us a reason why this was happening and went out of his way to source a special part to fix the toilet. Hopefully, it will not happen again following this repair. Lee was friendly and professional at all times; he always contacted us to tell us when he would arrive and even followed up the job with a courtesy call the next day to ask if there had been any problems with the toilet. I would not hesitate to recommend Enerus and would certainly use this company again.

Contracted Enerus to design, supply and install underfloor heating, hot water system and heat pump, and to design and supply an MVHR system. Work was due to be completed in July 2024 and as of 28 April 2025 it is still not complete. They have not carried out any work on the systems this year. Would not recommend.

Lee came out to see the ASHP at my new property, installed before i acquired. He was helpful and advised a good control system. It did not work immediately, due to a faulty part, but Lee helped and waited for payment until I was satisfied with the product. Lee is keeping an eye on how the whole system is working which is comforting.

Our boiler broke and needed replacing. We searched on line and put an order in for a replacement to be supplied and fitted. On the agreed date at the agreed time Max and Jay from Enerus arrived with the boiler we requested. To say that every problem that could arise did would be an understatement but every new problem the fitters encountered they just put right explaining all the problems to us. They did a brilliant job, it took them twice as long as it should have but that was not their fault it was all to do with the way the previous boiler had been installed, they were fantastic. They made sure every problem was solved properly and they were friendly courteous and extremely professional. I have absolutely no problem recommending this company or more so Max and Jay for the outstanding service and high standards of their work.

Bought a Worcester Bosch boiler through Heatable, and Enerus were allocated the installation. Everything went smoothly with arrangements and Tom and Max from Enerus arrived as scheduled. It turned out that the installation was more complex than expected (changing from standard gas boiler system to combi boiler) but they worked hard to sort things out. On the second day, Joe arrived as well, to do the electrics. Cannot fault the guys. Tom kept me informed of what was happening, and made sure that I was happy with what he was proposing to do. To complete the installation in the two days allocated, they worked late on the second day until everything was working as expected. Well done guys, couldn't have asked for a better or more professional experience . I am happy to recommend Enerus to carry out such installations, and having Tom, Max and Joe carry out the work was a pleasure. Peter Prince

We were matched with Lee and his Team via Heatable, and consider ourselves very lucky given the outstanding service they provided. We were quite surprised when what was meant to be a standard boiler replacement turned into a new gas installation, but the Team was extremely knowledgeable, supportive and resourceful, which kept our frustration levels at bay. Lee is particularly clued up re guidelines and regulations but he still made several phone calls to ensure his initial assessment was accurate; we are grateful for his patience and good humour. The lads worked really hard (went under the floor (!) to install the pipes), and kept checking we were ok with the solutions they were proposing when architectural features of the house made it impossible to "hide" the pipes in the wall. Lee and his Team went the extra mile to ensure the final result was optimal and that we were happy - they replaced a rusty stop tap, and sourced a new radiator in one (!) evening. Lee's high work ethic and honesty are worth mentioning as well; we prepaid to power flush (deep clean) the radiators, which Lee advised was not needed, putting our savings ahead of his personal gain. Last but not least, the lads were neat and tidy, very easy to talk to, and appreciated nice coffee :) We look forward to seeing them again - we already booked Enerus for our annual boiler service!

I can highly recommend Enerus for boiler fitting. From coming to do the replacement assessment, to the fitting and follow up they were professional, courteous and friendly. Been thinking of going down the route of an air source heat pump for some time and wanted to discuss the feasibility and suitability for an installation at my location.
