Amazing service from Usman and his brother Zain. Called out on a Sunday afternoon and arrived less than 30 minutes later. Leaking hot water cylinder in airing cupboard - downstairs luckily. Drained cylinder and did replacement following day once parts obtained. Cannot recommend highly enough the service we received.

Usman was fantastic, very experienced, fast installation and tidying up afterward. I am very happy with the new boiler.

I spoke to Usman on the phone and knew he would be able to tackle my ice cold heatng system competently. He was very proffessional and asked sensible questions to see if a quick solution could be found. He asked me to send a video so he could see and hear what the boiler was doing. He diagnosed the fault, said he would get the correct part, even tho it was an obsolete boiler, and be over at 9am with the part. He was. All fixed and working in 15 mins. He also took time to tell me how my system should be operated to get maximum benefit from it. Excellent service that I'd recommend wholeheartedly. Thank you.

From first contact UA Gas Service team understood the problem and what was required to put it right. We opted to have the boiler replaced rather than repaired as it was aging anyway and would have needed to be replaced in a few years. The boiler options were explained and recommendations made. It was fitted in half a day and rubbish clearance was arranged for the old boiler and packaging of new one etc. Felt totally at ease with the team in the house and that they knew what they were doing and were fully qualified. I had a boiler that was making a lot of noise, and was obviously in need of replacement. Super responsive! On the Thursday I rang, Thursday afternoon they were round to assess the Job (when he said he would!), the boiler was condemned and turned off as a result (failed flue). Quote received and agreed Friday. Monday at 8:30 work commenced, all complete by 1pm. Very knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Good workmanship, and excellent attitude. Only slight criticism is tidiness. The rubble where the old flue was cut out, and new inserted, wasn't cleared away. Some plastic from the old boiler was on the floor, and packaging wasn't cleared away. Nothing major, though, hence 5 stars. These guys are light-years ahead of any other plumbers I have used.

I called Usman after him being recommended to my dad. I called him and didn't leave a message. He called back after 5 minutes. He asked me if I was the lady with the leaks as he'd seen a post on Facebook. He was round within 10 minutes and gave me a quote. He got straight to work and was very efficient. He was running short on time but still gave me help and advice when my boiler started leaking after refilling the system. I highly recommend Usman.

Usman was a saviour and helped me with an emergency repair when i accidentally drilled into a plastic water pipe behind a plasterboard wall. He was understanding and helped identify the situation , the parts needed and came over to resolve situation as soon as he could. Finally he helped reset the whole system to the correct state before finishing. I would very much recommend Usman for work and would be using him again ( hopefully not for burst pipes :-/ )
