My boiler broke down so I called Senior Heating Services who have a good reputation in the area. Dale came round within an hour and got the hot water going. The boiler was old and cost of repairs Vs getting a new boiler meant new was the most sensible option. Dale got a new boiler ordered and fitted next day. Great service and a very nice chap as well.
Don't know about their heating but someone working for them drives like an absolute numpty. Going at least 70 in a 50 zone, got as close to me as was physically possible (doing the speed limit, two small children in the back) and then again, at least 70 if not quite a lot more along another 50. Not a great plan in a branded car. Able to give the reg and location.

Outstanding Service – Problem Solved After 3 Years After three years of recurring boiler issues that several plumbers failed to resolve – including a recent misdiagnosis of a faulty automatic valve – Dale identified and fixed the actual cause within an hour. It turned out to be a simple blocked pipe, which he cleared immediately with no fuss. Dale was professional, efficient, and clearly knows his trade inside out. We are beyond grateful, as what was once a minor issue had gradually worsened and caused considerable inconvenience. Highly recommended – if you want the job done properly, call Dale. We now have a dedicated and trustworthy plumber for our next year's service. Can not praise this guy enough!!!

They charge only what is justified - restraining from taking advantage of ignorant clients. Imagine my boiler recently broke down and and I needed it fixed urgently. When I contacted Seniors Heating Services, they guided me through the process of fixing it via video call. Surprising they did not charge me even a penny. Work carried out 2020-2024 Installation of new boiler along with lots of expert advice on which heating system to go for. Also provided troubleshooting and problem solving on an existing heating system. I’ve called Dale out after recommendation from a trusted friend. He solved the problem and was not someone who tried to persuade you a new boiler was needed he is very much of the opinion that if it can be fixed fix it. A very honest and approachable person.

Omg! Life saver! - We had Dale from Senior Plumbing come round because our boiler broke down in what must be the coldest time i've experienced and within 2 hours he had the system going and the faulty part replaced - A total life saver. We had an emergency at 9.30pm on a Saturday night .Water was pouring out of our boiler.Dale arrived within 10 minutes and sorted it out and saved the boiler.We have 2 boilers in our house and he has just serviced both.Dale is very professional and reliable.We can recommend him without reservation.

Dale and the team came to help with a boiler issue-which looks like they solved. However, whilst at the house another issue appeared in the form of a broken pipe. Without hesitation they also solved that problem, including being other trades in - due to the location of the leak. Great guys, very good service and would highly recommend.

Edit for a TLDR: recommended 👍 It's cold right now (Dec 22) and the boiler has broken. Checking the error code and I see it's likely that the condensate pipe is frozen. I can't get to the outside part of the pipe as in the roof and I don't have the tools to climb my roof. A quick call here and I'm asked to send some photos of my boiler. Incomes a rapid reply with a short annotation as to which pipe to unplug and remove, temporarily, the condensate pipe from the equation. Boiler resets immediately 👍 My 4 year old is happy his room will be warm again. Many thanks for your help😊👍

Dale and his team installed a new Viessmann system boiler in November but today a red warning triangle appeared and stopped the heating and hot water. I couldn’t figure it out from the manual so text Dale who immediately came back with probably a drop in pressure and he came out at 7.30pm on Friday night to fix it and yes it had been a drop in pressure. Great service as always and would highly recommend.Many thanks Dale.

I highly recommend Dale. He went above and beyond, in the sense that he had to access and replace piping located in a very precarious location, on the outside of my upper floor flat, above my neighbour's glass kitchen ceiling which other plumbers have refused to do as it was seen as too dangerous to gain access to. I feel indebted to his work and expertise.

In my role as a property manager, I have been using Dale and his team for over two years now and couldn't recommend SP&H highly enough.

Senior plumbing and heating are an Excellent company. I had a problem my boiler which I thought maybe costly given the fault . However I was soon informed exactly what the problem was and within the hour the engineer had gone away , come back with the new part that was needed and had it fitted... 5 stars for this company as they were brilliant and very fair with the cost .
Having my boiler pack up mid-winter three years ago I was lucky enough to have call Dale by chance. He was very professional honest and straight forward to deal with and came out straight away to help. He worked with my budget and got me a good deal. This guy really knows his stuff and I have been using him ever since on a number of other jobs. I have had to deal with a few cowboys in the past and it great to finally have someone to call on who you can trust. I could not recommend this plumber more highly. Just need to find my self a good electrician now.

I phoned Senior Plumbing on the off chance as my boiler stopped working just as the nighttime temperatures hit -2! Typical. Dale arrived the same day in the late afternoon but couldn’t get it going there and then. He located the problem and sourced a new gas valve for my fairly old boiler and collected it from the supplier that evening. He then came back the following morning and fitted it. The heat is now on! Fantastic service at short notice. We needed to get our boiler serviced before we exchanged contracts and were up to the wire. I rang Dale on a Saturday afternoon and he said he would fit me in on Sunday, which he duly did. Would thoroughly recommend him.
