Exceptional service and advice. Very professional and flexible. Initially fixed old Biasi boiler (which seems to be the worst on the market). It was working fine for few more years. Tried to revive it again, but advised that eventually it is not worth it, which I agreed. Came few times to try to fix it, sacrificed his time and took no charge. New installation using the glow-worm energy boiler went smoothly, clean and professional. Immediately registered with gas safe. I highly recommend. Poole resident.

An absolutely fantastic service. We had an issue with our boiler where hot water wasn’t coming through- we feared the worst and prepared to be told we needed a whole new boiler. MK plumbing were brilliant - quickly identifying the problem, finding replacement parts and fitting. Our Boiler presented "Error F61" after having made some weird noises. Having called a few others, that all said: "Call out fee £89+Vat, not including any parts needed" we called MK Plumbing & Heating, he said he could come by after a job the very next day & there's no call out fee. - Great! So he's just been round today & after a long day work for him, he's polite, smartly dressed & FIXES it in MERE SECONDS!! As it had started up straight away for him & carried on working, he could tell that the Fan was noisy, so may need replacing eventually but their easy to get quickly, so told us to wait until it goes wrong - if it goes wrong again & he'll replace it then. So he came, he fixed & it was FREE! How honourable, some could have insisted it needed a new fan right now, some could have atleast charged for travel but no he was upfront & honest with it all & when needed we will DEFINITELY call them AGAIN!

MK Plumbing & Heating did a great job replacing my old boiler that was 15 years old. They put in a new Glow Worm boiler for me and I'm really happy with it.
