Doesn't bode well when the contractor starts his visit by insulting my partner and the condition of our home based simply based on the presence of a litter tray. Then commenses to put our property outside the house, even though it wasn't in his way to perform his duty. You're paid to check the gas not rearrange our house and make snide comments. He will not be setting foot here again, for his own safety. If you want a contractor with an attitude problem, he's your man!
