Holland Gas

Despite a later than planned start, Liam and co. got the work done in good time and they left everything clean and tidy. We needed a bit more help with the programming but Craig returned promptly to put it right.

Craig and Liam recently attended our property to resolve a plumbing/pressure issue. Excellent service and communication, would not hesitate to recommend and use again in the future.

Excellent service, engineer extremely knowledgeable, seemed thorough and was professional. Completed our boiler service and gas safety certificate. Highly recommend.

Brilliant team. I have used Holland Gas for all my properties for 9 years. Fast, reliable, realistic prices. Craig and Liam are excellent and Lorraine in the office is lovely. I cannot recommend them highly enough. 10/10.

Absolutely amazing experience! Lorraine, Craig, Luke and the team are so helpful. We had a boiler issue and they helped us get back on track very quickly. When we contacted other companies they wanted to sell us on a whole new boiler (which actually wasn't needed after their inspection). They saved us a ton of money here and we're very grateful for their service. Thanks so much!

A very professional service again. Liam carried out our annual boiler service and attended to a small leak. Excellent communication and we always appreciate receiving the photos supporting the work carried out. Can't recommend the Holland Gas team highly enough.

Holland Gas delivers outstanding service every time. The team is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely professional in everything they do. Craig came to do a full strip down service of our boiler, and a gas safety inspection. He went over and above to make sure everything was perfect, and his attention to detail and customer care truly sets them apart. It’s rare to find a company this reliable and dedicated. I can’t recommend Craig and Holland Gas highly enough! Exemplary service. Many thanks. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5

We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Fantastic communication from Lorraine the secretary and great work from Liam the plumber 4 days before Xmas. We’re very happy

Had a first class service all year from Holland gas. They have carried out many jobs for us this year and have always done their best to accommodate and attend swiftly. Highly recomended.

My first time using Holland Gas following a recommendation after moving into the local area, my boiler was repeatedly faulting. Using his experience Craig was able to quickly troubleshoot and identify the issue which was fixed same-day. Pricing was also very competitive, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you!

Craig from Holland gas came to service our boiler , he was punctual, professional, polite, and explained the findings from our boiler service. We would highly recommend Holland Gas and will certainly be using them again . Dave and Karin Galton

Fantastic customer service, easy booking and prompt attendance.

Craig & his team from start to finish have been excellent, the honest advice, efficiency and workmanship. We have been very happy with our new boiler install, can highly recommend these guys on both price and service.

A very smooth process. The engineer turned up very promptly and completed the job quickly. Very good service all round.

Liam did a brilliant job fixing our shower and explaining what was wrong very quick and thorough.

We've used Holland Gas in the past for various jobs. This time we needed our gas boiler servicing (the reminder was helpful). Time and date were easily arranged on the phone and Mark arrived as expected. He carried out the service quickly and effectively. Later that day we received an email plus attachments with photos of the work, the Service Maintenance Check List and the invoice (as expected). The email contained a link which allowed quick, reliable online payment. All very effective and efficient, lovely people to deal with. Thank you!

Really speedy response to a leaking toilet. Mark was very polite and explained what needed doing. Problem fixed.

Great service quick and punctual always friendy. A very helpful team with vast knowledge.

We have used Holland Gas a couple of times now, Liam being the plumber. The team are excellent and Lorraine in the office so helpful and friendly. Cannot praise them enough and will defo use them again for our utility room plus yearly boiler checks.

5th year in succession that Holland Gas has serviced our boiler. Nothing but praise - polite, helpful, clean, value for money. Very professional and highly recommended.

Very happy with the work carried out on our boiler. Appointment was kept on time and Liam was a very polite and informative technician . He represents his company very well. All round very happy.

I can't praise Holland Gas enough. Liam turned up on time, was extremely pleasant and carried out a service on my gas boiler very cleanly & efficiently. I don't think you'll find another company who are so reliable. I could not have asked for more. From my call to book the appointment to the finished job, it was perfect customer service.

Excellent service and communication at all stages of service. Clear explanation of what work was required, with quick and efficient execution. Highly recommended.

Couldn't recommend them highly enough!! Prompt, thorough, tidy, polite and reasonable, they are also human and have a sense of humour!!

Always a great service. Keep you updated on times and turn up when they say. Always explain the work they are going to do or needs doing. Highly recommend

Engineer Kevin, arrived in time carried out work quickly and efficiently answered my question clearly. Thanks.

Excellent service

Yearly boiler service completed by Kevin this morning.

I have used Holland gas a lot lately. Very professional and would recommend them 100%

I've been in 2 rented properties over the last few years that have used Holland Gas. Couldn't ever fault their services. Really efficient, and always lovely! Highly recommended!

Excellent service, super clean very professional so shocked how quick everything was sorted and dealt with. Can’t thank them enough, would 100% recommend.

Thank you for doing an excellent job. Very reliable 👍🙂

Just had a service on my boiler by Mark, Great job and a very pleasant guy Will always recommend

Messaged a few companies for what i thought was a replacement water pump. Holland gas were the only ones to reply and I'm glad they did. They came round for an initial assessment and it was found my water pump was not at fault it was a preasure pump. I got sent a quote within a few hours and once agreed they were booked in within 3 days. on the day of install they came round and changed the part and cleared up any mess. Both engineers that came round were friendly and helpful. Thank you Holland Gas for your help in getting my hot water sorted.

Holland Gas did my gas safe recently and they were without doubt perfect, I was away from the property however they followed my complicated tech heavy entry to my place and was as if they not been there. This is not the first time living where I have had Holland Gas out, When I first moved in we had an issue with the boiler and Craig was straight on it, cold time of year then but they had our heating back on within 24 hours. I can not more highly recommend all the team at Holland Gas more than anything. If you want a job done right, then call them.

I went with these guys because of the reviews here and wasn’t disappointed. Every company was busy ,but I was prepared to wait for these to be able to see me , but in fact was only a day ,Craig came and diagnosed that the boiler was sadly uneconomical to repair and suggested the new boiler .Liam arrived another day later on Saturday and fitted all in good time and in very clean working practice ,all contact and information relayed to me via Loraine in the office ,all very fast with updates on progress. I would highly recommend Craig and his team ,all very friendly and professional.

Fixed an issue with my boiler by incorporating a hatch.

Wonderful service as always. The engineer (Liam) was very friendly, efficient and competent. Thank you Holland gas for sorting my kitchen tap too!

Allan has been round previously to install a new filter, valves and recently completed the annual service. I could not recommend him more highly. Really nice guy, explains everything so easy to understand and gets the job done quickly and professionally. Will definitely be using Holland Gas again and requesting Allan.

I ask 3 local companies to quote to replace the boiler at my mother”s property. One of which being Holland Gas, Craig (owner) arrived right on time and conducted a very professional survey highlighting one important part that both the other companies had missed. Craig, was very professional and returned his comprehensive quotation within his given time frame. The choice was simple Holland Gas got the job. Their installation engineer Alan, arrived on time, and worked very hard delivering an excellent installation. He was friendly and very knowledgeable and professional. I have had a very good customer experience with Holland Gas and would highly recommended them to anyone seeking gas services.

Absolutely 💯 recommend. The prices are clear. Great communication throughout. Allan was Brill.

We've used Holland gas for around 5 years now (maybe longer!?) And we wouldn't go anywhere else. A great service, always professional, all the team are great at what they do, highly recommend 👌

We can’t recommend Holland Gas enough. Excellent service from start to finish, especially from the plumber who fitted the brand new combi boiler.

Expert knowledge, advice and thorough examination of all parts. Alan was very helpful throughout.

Excellent service! came out to look at removing a gas pipe for me. Appointment systems is well organised, they texted before they arrived. Craig was very reassuring and informative with good customer service skills. Definitely be calling them again if I need gas/plumbing work done.

Highly recommended. Very pleased with the excellent service.

Fitted a new boiler, friendly, efficient and a very good job.

Would highly recommend Holland Gas, always very reliable and helpful. Lorraine in the office is always there to assist. They offer a five star service.

A very professional company. Good advice, quick to respond and very tidy workers.

Great engineer and very quick fix, Liam is a pleasure to have in your house and very professional.

Called in an emergency and job completed on the same day. Efficient, polite and good value for money. Would recommend.

Superb service. Friendly and on time. Work done to high standard and house left in perfect condition. Reasonable prices too. Very highly recommended

Always fit me in when I have a problem, great engineers, very professional clean and tidy. Explain everything and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Being a single female its so important to have a company you can trust. Highly recommend.

Great job well done and by a nice friendly engineer. Boiler fitted along with new pipework to the hot water tank. Knocked a star off because the labour rate is extortionate compared to other quotes - we chose Holland gas because they were available to do the job much earlier than the others, but wouldn’t have if we were not in a rush.

Excellent service

Had my boiler serviced today by Liam, this is the second time now I have used Holland Gas for my yearly service and very pleased. Always reliable efficient and good communication as to when they are coming. Very thorough with there work too. Thankyou.

My mother's boiler wasn't working, rang Holland Gas, and an engineer arrived within 15mins , it was fixed and service (which was due in October) was also done. Excellent and top class service! I'd recommend them always!

Holland Gas visited my property today( Alan) Engineer Serviced my Boiler and advised me on Best way to use the system efficiently They were knowledgeable and very Helpful I would Highly recommend them in the future and intend to have other works done by them in the near future

Very pleased with the boiler service today by Allan from Holland Gas

Great service, good product knowledge. Friendly team! I had my boiler replaced hassle free :)

Freindly professional and prompt service. 5 stars

Excellent service. Office manager and technicians all very helpful and pleasant. Work always carried out very promptly leaving no mess behind. Will always use Holland Gas

Excellent! good communication keeps you well informed and service engineer punctual; courteous, clean working practices and knows his stuff. Very happy to recommend.

As three of our neighbours have had Holland Gas servicing their systems we also tried them. The visit was booked for the first call, 8:00 on Monday. The plumber arrived at 9:05, we had a sale viewing that morning. He serviced the boiler and set the heating temperature at 16 degrees! And because I said that the heating mysteriously came on mid morning said that it was Comfort setting? changed the hot water setting which I had adjusted at a reduced setting so that we could run a hot bath without having to add cold. We will not be calling Holland again. John Veness. Bere Regis.

Holland Gas removed my old boiler and water tanks, replaced with a combi, replumbed my kitchen for a refit and replaced all my radiators. Quote was very reasonable and was impressed when they showed up for the quote and put covers on their boots when they entered. The work carried out was of high quality and the one very small issue was quickly resolved. Professionable, knowledgeable and would highly recommend.

I have used Holland Gas on several occasions, they are always very prompt & efficient. Extremely pleased with their service.

We have used Holland Gas for many years, both for our personal domestic needs and also to fulfil our obligations on our rental properties. We have always found their service to be prompt, professional, friendly and helpful. We particularly appreciate that the same engineer is usually assigned to attend to the same property so that a relationship is built up, also that reminders for service checks are sent out! We have always found their charges to be fair and reasonable.

Back again for annual boiler service following previous positive experience! Contacted by phone & simple to book with great communications confirming booking & attendance. On the day, message to confirm engineer, Liam, on way. Service completed efficiently with report received by email shortly afterwards. Highly recommended based on personal experience.

Liam serviced our gas boiler thoroughly and efficiently with his usual courtesy and helpfulness as I am extremely vulnerable. He took care by wearing a mask and limiting his contact with us whilst doing the work. We are very pleased with Holland Gas and highly recommend them.

Replaced my old system for a combi boiler in a bungalow renovation. Great team and did the job to a really high standard!

The team were reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Would definitely recommend.

These guys are just superstars!!!! I needed an urgent Gas Safety certificate, and right from the outset Lorraine was polite and communicative, and offered two dates. One being the next day! In a time of poor service it's refreshing to have Holland Gas to hand as a company I can rely on with just the upmost professionalism and fair pricing. Thank you to both Craig & Lorraine. Will be back in touch come Autumn.

Had a slight issue with a chased gas pipe in our kitchen, which was hampering our washing machine. Within 1 hour of sending an email, the engineer was on site, rectifying said issue. Top customer service.

Brilliant honest company, I’d definitely recommend.

Called in to diagnose a fault and rectify work done by a previous plumber, soon as Craig and Liam came I felt reassured, prompt on time and professional would highly recommend...Lorraine at reception was very helpful and kept me informed every step of the way.So nice to finally find decent, honest and professional company so hard to find in the current climate.

Called today to fit towel rail and fix leak in shower Very pleased with service and would highly recommended

Brilliant Service! From the initial contact with the office, through the great comms, Craig's initial assessment ,quote and Ryan, Allan and Sam's installation....absolutely exemplary service! Just what you need from a trade! Prompt, courteous, efficient and competitively priced! The installation was first class, neat and very tidy! Well done! Thank you

Liam has done some more plumbing work really well today. Can't fault his professional service. Thank you! Will definitely recommend Holland Gas.

I would like to thank Stive for his amazing job he have done in our bathroom. Very professional and fantastic personality. Thank you

Fantastic service with the installation of a new Worcester boiler after our old one needed to be replaced. Craig and his team are efficient and friendly.

Fantastic, quick service. Thank you - much appreciated!

I would definitely recommend Holland Gas, they definitely go above and beyond. Thanks guys.

Second time using holland gas first time was for a boiler replacement and second time was to have some basin taps changed. Can not fault made a request on the website next day Craig called and got everything booked in for me! Friendly team got the job done quickly while remaining a high standard of work! Definitely reccomend and will continue using them in future for any other plumbing jobs that need doing!

Easy to book, flexibility on dates, engineer came when they said they would, took shoes off at the door, clean and tidy worker, Covid secure. Boiler service completed quickly with no fuss. Would use again and recommend.

These guys have fitted a boiler for me and also moved gas pipes and installed a new hob. Amazing service and great quality workmanship. A bit more expensive than some of the one man bands, but it's well worth paying a bit extra to get the peace of mind that the job is done to a high standard

Amazing service, Lorraine was so helpful and friendly with arranging the initial appointment and booking in the needed repairs. Liam the engineer was very prompt and efficient. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Been using Holland gas for over 5 years. They are always courteous, caring and effecient. Thank you!

The whole process from the quotation with Graig, the professionalism of the engineers, Ryan and Steve to the communication from Lorriane. Everything was first class. Very Very pleased with the work carried out, everything was left clean and tidy, and the price was also very good. Highly recommend and will use them again in the future.

Absolutely amazing service. Had been trying to contact a few people to come and look at our boiler however we had no replies. Tried these guys as the reviews were great and they did not disappoint. Lovely friendly lady answered the phone and said someone would be with us that day. Two guys came to look at the boiler, both professional and knowledgeable. Fixed the problem and showed us what to do if the problem should happen again. Would highly recommend them.

Fantastic service; really friendly staff with great communication. They completed a gas safety inspection in a rental property and sent a thorough report & photos. Highly recommend.

I cannot speak highly enough of the whole team, everyone was amazing. I was impressed by their professionalism but also by their thoughtfulness. The project was a new bathroom so we stayed with relatives, then had to isolate because of Covid so could not see the project as it went on. They stayed in touch with calls, texts and photos to show how things were going. Nothing was too much trouble. A great result on the bathroom too - it looks fantastic! I would definitely recommend - thank you Team Holland Gas!

Holland Gas are a highly professional company providing prompt and efficient service both from the engineers and the office. Updates received throughout the job and reminders sent for forthcoming visits. Would highly recommend.

Holland Gas are a professional outfit who give excellent customer service. The administration is first class with fantastic liaison at all stages including a reminder e-mail the night before a site appointment and a text service when the plumber is on his way. Liam deserves a special mention as he is courteous, positive, knowledgeable of his subject, trust worthy and is pleasant to work with.

Holland gas fitted 8 new radiators at my property. The service was extremely efficient and professional from start to finish

I recently used Holland Gas for a gas safety certificate on a rental property I own. They were extremely effecient and professional, I even received photos of the job via email. The company I used last year have still yet to get back to me and the job has now been done completed and invoiced.

Craig and his team are brilliant. Specifically Steve who did a great job for me changing a gas pipe after Craig Identified a leak. Steve was great at explaining the problem and fixing it, very polite and personable to. Really really great service, great price and fantastic communication from them. I can’t recommenced them highly enough. 5 star ⭐️

Recently unfortunate to have a condemned central heating boiler needing replacement. Holland sorted out a quote very quickly, taking time to talk through options, pros and cons of each so I was fully informed in my choice. And an amazingly competitive price compared to elsewhere. Installed and up and running in a week, even with the Covid-19 lockdown (installed sensitively given the distancing needs), leaving the house warm again and very neat and tidy. Super job, highly professional and will be my go to company hereon.

Liam was very efficient and professional when checking a problem with our boiler. He explained to me what he had done and gave some after advice too. During the horrible time we are going through at the moment, Liam wore appropriate PPE. Thank you so much, will definitely be using them in the future.

Response was quick and plumber turned up on time to do the work. Work was efficiently done.

Everyone at Holland Gas are so friendly and honest, no job is too big or too small for these guys. I would always recommend Holland Gas for any boiler needs!

What a find! Really pleased we chose Craig and his team at Holland Gas to give us a new bathroom. Despite a few problems along the way Craig sorted it -no quibble -which is definitely a sign of how good Craig is in our book. Thanks to you and your amazing team. So tidy and considerate. The end result has definitely been worth waiting for and we have our Wow bathroom.

Holland Gas are always polite, arrive on time, organised and get the job done in a knowledgeable and professional way. It is easy to make an appointment by phone, Lorraine is easy to talk to and communicates clearly on times and who will attend. Payment is easy too, all the details are on the invoice, it suits me to pay using internet banking but I'm sure they accept cheques etc too . I would recommend this company.

Friendly staff, professional and efficient engineers.

After waiting a week for a “reliable” plumber to come and install a new boiler as we had no hot water or heating I decided to call in the Holland Gas team. 2 days later I had a new boiler fitted (which you’d never know they’d been in the house) and a new thermostat fitted. A month later we had a leak in one of our radiators and they came out and repaired it all in the same week. We won’t use anyone else! Can’t recommend them enough. Keep up the good work boys :)

Holland Gas are amazing. Lorraine is always exceptionally polite and helpful which is reassuring as a customer. Craig is always really open and honest, works quickly and answers any questions we have; not to mention being half the price of the other 'engineer' who quoted us. I honestly wouldn't use anyone else now.

Great to find a trustworthy local company. Holland Gas replaced the boiler and old radiators just after I moved into a new house. In particular the service from the office manager is notable, the team were clean and tidy and respectful of my new carpets and whilst inside my home. They provided an electric heater for me one night which I thought was very thoughtful as I did not have one myself. My house is lovely and warm now. I would definitely use Holland Gas again.

Very impressed with all of the service from the company, from inspecting it, to organising and installing it all effortlessly. Lorraine at the office co-ordinated and communicated everything constantly, and poor Steve had plenty of steps to enjoy all day on the top floor flat – so hope he’s ok. Quality service and highly recommended.

Just had my bathroom completely replaced and a new boiler system put in. The whole team are incredibly friendly and we were lucky enough to have Liam as our main engineer. He kept us informed, worked incredibly hard and was very patient when we kept adding extra work. Cannot recommend this company enough!

We had fantastic, friendly and reliable service from everyone at Holland Gas. So great to have a forward thinking and customer focused service. Highly recommend! Thanks all! Petra

Multiple services, attempts to save us money where appropriate and a brand new boiler fitted. Polite, tidy, quick and knowledgeable. Can't recommend highly enough!

Boiler serviced, clean work, polite staff, no problems

Thank you so much for the work you guys do, you have never let me down regardless of how smaller job it is. You do exactly what you say your going to do and every job you have done, you have left it clean and tidy. Will use you guys for again, again and again.

A timely response to a boiler failure.Would recommend.

You all know how it goes it comes to end of working hours and you get home and walk in to a freezing cold house and run to the boiler only to find absolutely nothing no lights no noise nadda not a dam thing so you start searching Google for local tradesmen and start ringing round to no avail and then Holland gas pops up so you dial the number and expect to be fobbed off with I'm too busy or it's going to cost you your soul to get me out at this time of night but what you actually get when the phone is answered is a chap called Craig who is a very friendly polite and helpful fella who's actually willing to help even when you can hear family mayhem in the backround! I couldn't recommend anybody else any better than him hes an absolute star and has really got me out of a sticky situation especially with young kids here at home ! So when your stuck and down and out just give him a call and remember to wave at his grey and orange vans when you see them on there way to rescue somebody else's day! Thank you again Holland gas!!!!

Great service, polite and efficient engineers, the office staff are so helpful, I would always recommend this company.

Not perfect but sorts issues quickly I recently had a boiler service- there was a bit of a slip, however, I have to be fair and say this company immediately responded to my (somewhat OTT) email in a professional manner. They came and sorted the issue quickly- that is all you can ask for. Not everything goes to plan but I give this company credit for accepting their mistake and putting things right immediately, I would highly recommend.

Holland Gas had been recommended to me by a friend, and i'm so grateful i learned about them. The jobs included fixing my boiler's low pressure, dripping taps, and a leaking pipe. The boiler had been looked at by 2 other companies, and they failed to fix any of the problems with it. All visits were carried out on time, within a specified time-frame on the day, and quote. My boiler is now fixed, taps don't drip, and the pipe is no longer leaking. The engineer was incredibly knowledgeable and respectful. Couldn't recommend Holland Gas more.

Honestly, plumbers have been the bane of my life in the past but what a breath of fresh of air these guys are! Reasonably priced, show up on time, no mess and nothing too much bother. Properly customer-focussed business. Great stuff!

Exceptional work very knowledgeable and friendly would recommend

Really friendly, helpful and happy to help! Also very knowledgable. Would definitely recommend!

Great service and worth the recommendation

Our boiler gave its last on Monday, so I entered the terrifying world of trying to find a "good" plumber. I happened upon Holland Gas's website, which I felt was "human" and reassuring, so I asked them for help. Well, help they did ! Craig (Holland, owner) came around almost straight away (he was already nearby) and tried to fix it there and then, but it was so old it simply had to be replaced (as I'd already suspected). By the Friday (yesterday) I had a new boiler all fitted and working (we were away from Weds to Fri anyway, so it was the earliest we could do ourselves). The guys who arrived (Liam & Jamie) were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, hard-working and polite. They worked from 11am until 5pm seemingly without a break, or a complaint. They tidied up after themselves and even mortar-filled a hole left by moving the flue (a job I'd earmarked for myself over the weekend). I was thoroughly impressed by Holland Gas in all respects, and would *definitely* recommend them to others (have done already). I'll be using them again, that's for sure.

Craig was extremely professional and helpful, giving me advice on the best system for my house and what alterations would be needed. Assessment of my boiler and estimate for the work were both completed on the same day. On the day of the boiler fitting, he arrived promptly at 8 o'clock on the dot and finished 12 hours later, having worked solidly. There was no mess and everything was left working and warm! Thanks to both Craig and Liam for a job well done at a very competitive price too.

Very friendly and professional team who do a good job for a reasonable price.
