Performed a service on our boiler at the end of last summer, really professional and friendly. When our mixer valve gave up the ghost earlier this month Patrick was our first call. Gave a quick expected fault indication over the phone and managed to get out to check in person the same day, applied a temporary fix and returned the next day with the new part to fully resolve the issue
