Outstanding Customer Service I contacted John after another plumber had told me that my heating system would have to be drained in order to fix a leak from one of the pipes leading to my boiler. One of John’s employees (Brandon) arrived later the same day and quickly fixed the problem without having to draining the system. I have already asked John to service my boiler in future and will definitely use Biggs Heat Technologies for all my future plumbing requirements.
Excellent service from start to finish.John and his team carried out the installation of a new heat pump and renewed the plumbing installation throughout our two-bedroom flat. The standard of workmanship was excellent, with great attention to detail throughout. Darren from Biggs Heat Technologies came out to do a boiler service for me. He picked up things which should have been sorted during initial insulation of the boiler (different plumbers) and rectified everything for me. Honestly, I am so grateful to Darren for his hard work and the peace of mind it has given us. Will definitely be our go to plumbers now. I asked Biggs Heat Technologies to replace a 16 year old Potterton Boiler they had kept going for over 10 years with a new Worcester Bosch Greenstar 4000 15kW. Their team, assisted by a really useful Work experience assistant, did the job really thoroughly in the time expected, and the pipework was then even neater than before, all in gleaming copper. They then upgraded our Wiser Hub to the latest model and added smoke alarms to our system which was much better and cheaper than the stand alone equivalent, and all visible on the Wiser app. (So comforting when away on holiday to know when your home is burning!) After over ten years the Biggs Team just keep getting better.
I cannot recommend John and his team highly enough. They provide a totally professional service at a reasonable price and are always swift to respond in an emergency. If I could give more than five stars I would. 🌟

John and his guys installed a fantastic Mitsubishi heat pump for us back in September. We have now been through the worst of the winter (hopefully) and I can report that it does everything we hoped it would and that we would never want a gas boiler again. We had a couple of other quotes before deciding to appoint John to carry out this installation. It was clear that John has a high level technical understanding of this technology. He spent quite a bit of time carrying out the initial survey and answering our many questions and in the end he was the only installer who gave us the confidence to take the leap and ditch the gas. We would have no hesitation in recommending John to anybody considering getting a heat pump.

John and his team are fantastic! They service my boiler regularly after they fixed it when an error code shut the system down. So I didn't hesitate to contact John when my elderly Mum had several plumbing issues at her flat. They fixed everything and were also very kind and patient with her which both of us at ease. It’s still running perfectly, which is a real credit to his thorough and reliable work. He’s always methodical—this time removing limescale from a key component to keep everything working as it should—and he never leaves without making sure both the heating and hot water are running flawlessly.
Excellent service from John. I tried a few places for quotes to service and fix a problem with an heat pump boiler in a rental flat we have tenanted. John was easily the most communicative, good value amongst those that replied, and so we gave him a go, and weren’t sorry that we did. Great service, he was able to visit promptly, fixed the problem, serviced at the same time and all very efficiently. The tenants were very impressed and so were we. He’s added us to his schedule to return next year, and we’ve already gone ahead and booked him in to do regular annual services on another rental flat too. Highly recommend! Thanks John.

We had a very slight leak from somewhere in the upstairs bathroom, nevertheless causing damage below. Not an urgent situation, but this company sent an engineer next day who quickly located the source of the leak and efficiently repaired it. Very good work and I highly recommend this company

We have used their services recently to sort out some issues with our heating system. Given it was not urgent, I was expecting to be given an appointment in a couple of weeks time, but the owner sent one of their employees the next day. The work was done quickly, the engineer was nice, very experienced, provided explanations, had the parts in the van. It was not expensive, I will use them again.
