Called up and politely asked if they can install a fire that I’ve bought. Get laughed at and told you gave the guy that sold you the fire place a nice profit and think we’re mugs to install it. Could’ve just politely said no, very rude! To be honest, you’ll still charge to install it and make a profit, don’t see the issue.
