Not honest, cowboyish behaviour, rude, unreliable, and incompetent. To perfectly honest these guys are rubbish. I’ve black listed them, attitude goes a long way and they are the worst. I keep a list of good heating engineers on hand, thought I’d give them a try but soon as he opened him mouth was al downhill from there. Very lazy attitude
So pleased with the everything Paul did from replying to my phone call immediately to coming and sorting out the boiler problems the next day. He had all the parts he needed in his vehicle and completed the job quickly, efficiently with no fuss. It was a pleasure to deal with him. Will definitely recommend his company to anyone who needs a plumbing and heating engineer. Thanks Paul.

Brilliant. I phoned the boiler provider to register a warranty fault at 0815 hrs. Paul from R J Biggs phoned 2 hrs later saying he was waiting on the driveway. At 1045, a new electronics card was fitted and the boiler up and running.

I first came across this family run pluming business when I brought my first flat and found their number under the boiler cover having found it condemned when we moved in Richard came gave us a brilliant price for a new boiler and install, this was 10 years ago 3 property's and x2 new installs later, they are a fantastic reliable local business that I can't recommend highly enough they always go the extra mile.

These guys are great! Initial boiler problem fixed by a really lovely gentleman within two hours of calling. And then I had further unforeseen problems which he then came out again within a hour or so and fixed really quickly with no dramas. And reasonable rates too.... could not have asked for more.
