We have used Mr Qumar Mirza a couple of times for New Central Heating Boiler and New Fuse Box. He is very polite, friendly, punctual, reliable, efficient and professional. Last week I called him for EICR, EPC and Gas Safety Certificates for a property. In two days He and his team replaced the FuseBox, installed a new Boiler and checked for EPC and then issued the certificates. Every thing is working fine and we are very happy with his excellent service and reasonable charges.
This is the 5th time we used their services for our boiler and as usual, top notch! Highly professional, courteous and prompt. Highly recommended.

Arrived back from holiday to find my boiler not working, a freezing house with no hot water, Mirza arrived within an hour of my call and found the problem straight away (pump needed replacing) he ordered the pump and fitted next morning and all up and running perfectly now. Great efficient job at a good price.

Mr Mirza and his team were instructed to replace a boiler, radiator and electrical consumer unit in my properties. There was good communication from the outset regarding the price, as well as good suggestions on make and models for the boiler and radiator. The work was completed on time and at the agreed price. I felt that he was professional and hired him to do the gas and boiler checks on my other property and update the consumer unit. I would certainly recommend Mr Mirza.
As a company we have used often united Gas Boiler & Electrical for installing boilers on our projects. Good job ant affordable prices. Main thing is that he is Gas safety registered and you get the certificates quick. Would recommend.
Very unprofessional, unreliable and appealing service. Mishandled my boiler and it has now completely stopped working. I requested Qamar Mirza to come and sort this out several times but he has been ignoring my requests. I will now have to pay for a new boiler and lost out on the money I paid him to service the boiler. He will take no responsibility or provide any sort of guarantee. Wish I knew this before as this has now cost me so much time and money. Avoid at all costs.
