Had our multi-stove fitted today and we're extremely happy with the result. The communication with Mark, from start to finish, has been great. Jamie and Kieran carried out the work and were so professional and well mannered and did an amazing job. Can't recommend Wirral Stoves enough!!

Delighted with a bespoke media wall. The whole process was completed within the week. Mark and the guys could not have been more professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend their services. A really good experience from beginning till end.

Had my multi stove installed a few months ago now. It has been brilliant, the planning and installation day went well. The team were very hard working to get it all sorted on the day. The main thing after that, the fire burns well and has kept the house warm all winter. Excellent service thanks.

A little more personal attention would have seen a better outcome. Rather than being given all the info you need, you have to ask yourself. A visit prior to installation would have been good. A chance to explain that it would cost extra for the chimney to be swept, and the fact that they demand payment the second the installation was complete was a surprise. I was threatened with having it all ripped out if I didn't pay the total there and then leaving me feel a little bullied. Installation adequate.

Mark and his team have done a brilliant job, Having a multifuel burner is an absolute game changer. Great service from start to finish and i would highly recommend. 👌👍

Popped in to settle our bill, I didn't realise how good the showroom was and how many different varieties of fireplaces and stoves they have on display. They fitted our log burner and did a cracking job, if you're considering a fire or log burner pop in and see them they have a great selection and they offer a great professional service too.

Mark & The Team were absolutely amazing from start to finish when installing our Multifuel Stove after being ripped off by another so called local stove installer. Absolute made up with our stove, Really good service with a very clean and professional finish. We shopped around and these guys were a lot cheaper than all other local companies. paper work arrived as promised through the post. I have and would highly recommended this company to anyone who has asked about our stove. this is a real investment and great feature for your property.

Mark and his team was amazing from start to finish. The showroom is well worth the visit and plenty of choice. Initial contact to installation was seamless. Unforeseen issues on the day with a back boiler being behind fireplace. This was removed with no problem. Absolutely over the moon with the end result! Thank you

Great communication with Mark throughout and trust me i had a thousand questions and he answered every single one! installation was very quick and the results speak for themselves it looks beautiful. I'm so happy we found wirral stoves as there are a lot of cowboys out there but these guys are the real deal, they look after you and your property. They do the yearly service as well so I don't have to worry about that either and all warranted for piece of mind. As you can tell I highly recommend wirral stoves 100% 5 stars all round.

Outstanding stove installation from Wirral Stoves. Job was completed in one day. Rubbish was removed, and surrounding areas were kept clean. At the end we were given a little demonstration on how to properly use stove and filled all registration documents. Final cost was the same as quote that we were given upon survey.

I would highly recommend these 2 lads to anyone who wants a log burner go to wirral stoves job done spot on and area was kept clean at all times they took all rubbish with them they even went and got a bigger beam as the small one wouldn't look right with the size of my house and front room plus how old my house is
