Blackwood Heating Ltd

So much for the 5 star reviews. Never showed up for our Boiler Service and didn’t answer any of the 6 calls I made to find out what was happening. Unprofessional.

Excellent service, arrived on time, very professional and knowledgeable. We will use again and would recommend to friends and family.

Great Service by Steve and his team ⭐️ Arrived the next day and carried out a thorough service of a Daikin ASHP system. Job completed within 90 minutes, very happy with the level of service and advice given. Highly recommended to anyone needing a heating expert. Thanks Steve ⭐

Yr4 Service on my Daikin Heat Pump (2nd year by Steve) just completed always a pleasure to deal with him. Job done on time no fuss and looking forward to another trouble free year under his care. Thanks

What can I say other than a fantastic service, reasonable priced and will definitely recommend Blackwood Heating, if you have an air source heat pump.

Steve came out promptly when we were struggling to find someone to service our ground source heat pump and came out again with a new part that it required. Really efficient, friendly and will definitely use his services again.

Steve came out to service my heat pump. He is very professional and freindly, talking me through my setup so that i could understand it more. He also helped out with a few issues i had with the system over the phone and offered to fit in a visit during his busy schedule. 100% would reccomend

I cannot recommend Steve from Blackwood Heating highly enough. His service was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. He recently fitted a new pump and completed a comprehensive service of both our boiler and air source heat pump. What really stood out was Steve's extensive technical knowledge and attention to detail. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and answered all my questions thoroughly. The installation of the new pump was completed efficiently and with minimal disruption. The servicing of both systems was incredibly thorough - it's clear Steve takes pride in his work and doesn't cut corners. Everything was left spotlessly clean, and he even provided some helpful tips for maintaining optimal system performance. His pricing was fair and transparent, and the quality of workmanship was outstanding. The systems are now running more efficiently than ever. If you're looking for a heating engineer who combines expertise with reliability and exceptional customer service, Steve at Blackwood Heating is your answer. A true professional who delivers 5-star service every time.

Quality work at the right price. Thank you

Great service, lovely people who get the job done right! Would highly recommend

Steve has been servicing/ repairing my boiler for around 13 years. He and his team are great, reliable, and provides excellent service. When I've had faults he has always come straight round and fixed it. I have recommended him to friends who have always been delighted with Steve and his work. Highly recommend.

Stevy is a total rockstar. He calmly fixed an ongoing electrical problem others had failed miserably to resolve. He followed up to check everything was working smoothly. Fantastic service and customer care 👏

Ste and the team replaced my combi boiler right on Christmas eve, would of been left with out heating and hot water if it wasn't for Blackwoods heating Highly recommended

Quality service, they turn up when they say and do a good job at a reasonable price, definitely use again

Thanks Steve The boiler you fitted is great. What a difference from the old one. Well done to you and the team. No mess, quickly installed and priced right. Thanks again.

BEST thing we did , and definitely the best company to fit it. We have had a busy year. Solar panel fitted, storage batteries, then the Air source heating system. Steve fitting new pipe work, ,radiators and the air source system. I've waited a month before I have written this review, because I wanted to see the benefits. We have had our first full months Electricity Bill, [No Gas in the house] WE fill the car on a home charger, heat the house when needed, constant hot water, We are also feeding the Grid[so money off our bill] Well we are at least £300 a month better off, [ no longer fill up at service stations] The icing on the cake is having the AIR SOURCE PUMP fitted instant hot water, central heating perfect, so quiet, we now have the perfect combination. THANK YOU STEVE and the team. HIGHLEY RECOMMEND

Steve and his team provide a first class service, very responsive, always turns up on time and gets the job done, Highly recommended, Very competitive with prices.Thank you for your great service over the years 👏

We had a heatpump and under floor heating installed by Steve and his team. They are a fantastic company and I will only use them in the future nothing is a problem and quality of work is 1st class. Thanks again

Steve and his fabulous team have just supplied and fitted us with a heat pump. What can we say about the fabulous team: Steve explained everything in detail and went over everything we didn’t understand. Ashley very hard working and friendly lad easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Lucy is a credit to her Dad. Hard working, friendly and very confident our 4 year old daughter fell in love with her and Lucy made time to play with her. Nothing has been too much for them every room had to be converted to the new system and you wouldn’t know where they have been. Steve stayed late when it was up and running to make sure everything was working as it should before he left and even phoned on a Sunday (personal time) to make sure all was ok. Every text and phone call was answered along with questions we had. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Installation of an Air source heat pump new radiators and new pipe work, workmanship and work ethic second to none, all work was completed within the time scale specified, customer service follow up has been brilliant 🤩 would highly recommend Steve and his company Blackwood Heating Ltd
