After British Gas quoted me £700 to repair a gas leak and gas engineers from trust a trader not turning up.I decided to go local..I found Grant.. who was absolutely brilliant, respectful , very friendly and honest. Best reviewed place in the area for a good reason - we booked in for a boiler service, Elementis communicated well with us both at the time of booking and on the day to ensure he had the right address down (as there's an identical road name in the next town over). Grant arrived early after checking with us that morning, service was completed quickly and tidily, and confirmation / certificate sent straight away. Can't fault them and will definitely use for our services going forward as well.

Came to do a routine service and look at a small leak, turned out we needed a whole new boiler (old boiler, not cost effective to fix). Grant gave us clear guidance on what had happened and several quotes to replace the system, with a very clear / easy to use online quote system. He managed to get us booked back in quickly, and professionally and efficiently replacing the boiler, saving us the worry of a prolonged period with a broken boiler and no heating or hot water. There was a slight mishap but it was quickly rectified at Grants expense with no quibbling . Thank you

Very good professional work turned up on time did the instal great, we had an issue with our gas meter which hade to be changed out which took three hours to so out with the energy supplier so he came back to finish once that was done all working great. So would recommend good price good instal nice friendly guy so all good.

Recently my boiler started leaking .My son recommended I try Elementis . Apart from the charge from them to give me a quote to fix it being realistic ,I was pleased when the engineer , Grant., turned up and explained ,not only the problem,but also the economics of a repair .Though repairable I opted for a new boiler ,and was given a fair quote with the option of the same boiler or one with a longer guarantee . I verbally accepted the quote given ,this was confirmed by e,mail later ,which I accepted . A date was agreed for fitment and all went well .Grant from elementis was informative regards the boiler chosen and did an excellent neat job of fitting it . He replaced the part and carried out a full strip down of the boiler in a single visit and put right the previous engineer’s mistakes for a fixed price. I wish you could have more than 5 stars on a Google review. Elementis did an amazing job in removing a boiler from our kitchen and putting a Combi boiler into our loft. They quickly located a leak in old pipework that showed up during the boiler replacement. There attention to detail was something that I have not seen with other heating companies we have used in the past. One example is the hole where the old flue came out wasn't just filled leaving a circular patch of cement, the half bricks were removed and new ones put in there place so the wall looks like the flue was never there. I know we will use Elementis again when we renew our bathroom and shower rooms.

Elementis is a breath of fresh air. No more ringing around trying to find a plumber, hoping they'll call you back, hoping they'll turn up on time. Elementis has made it simple - you book an available slot online, get a confirmation, and Grant turns up when he says - and if he's running a few minutes late you get an automated text update. You don't need to worry about your next service either - as you'll get reminders when it's due. This was the second time Grant serviced our boiler and this time, the news wasn't good. He was able to provide a price for replacement then and there, with an automated quote with full product details following a little later the same day. The job was done a couple of days later with no dramas.

From the start to finish it was a wonderful experience. Half the radiators in our house stopped working. Grant was the third heating expert I contacted as the previous two were not able to detect the flaw. Upon calling, Grant directed me to his booking page, which was very easy to book. I got an appointment for the next day as the matter was urgent. After some detective work, Grant was able to find and fix the problem in less than 90 minutes. Grant is very polite and a thorough professional. Cannot recommend him enough.

We booked Grant and Elementis Boiler Experts following a lot of research, however the company are a Which recommended trader and Grant was very personable when quoting for the job. We had a Potterton Powermax boiler replaced with an Ideal Logic boiler, which was placed on the top floor of a three storey house. Grant was really clear with what work would be completed and stuck with the agreed date. Grant worked with his brother and they were clean, tidy and explained things are the job progressed. There was a hitch when the roofer let them down to put the flue in, however this was fully explained and we made the decision to have no hot water for the weekend rather than agree another date. The job was priced reasonably and included the installation of a Hive thermostat that we purchased separately. A great company and one that we will use again in the future.

Grant was brilliant from start to finish. We knew we needed a new boiler, but the current setup was a bit wacky - essentially had a floor standing boiler which was too powerful for the need. Grant thought outside the box how it could be future-proofed in a sane way - was able to figure out a way to cut a different position for the flue and have a wall-hung boiler in a tight space… even though it cost more in labour, because of the need to reconfigure everything, it was probably the same price as having to replace like for like given the floor stander was far more expensive than a right-sized wall hung boiler. The work was carried out cleanly and efficiently over a couple of days. Grant was also very patient in answering all my dumb questions too… Definitely recommend Elementis for your boiler work!

I recently engaged Elementis to change our old boiler to a new combi boiler. From the first contact, they were very professional and responsive. I received accurate detailed quotes with options to consider and they responded to all my many queries knowledgeably and quickly. They suggested 2.5 days to make the change and this coincided with the hottest days of the year so far. Grant and his colleague Dale arrived punctually each day and worked tirelessly to get the job donev with minimaldisruption. They were polite, easygoing and respectful but above all, very professional and we were really impressed with their workmanship. We rang Elementis about a broken radiator who sent someone over promptly the next morning. He fixed our radiator within five minutes and deducted £35 from the call out fee because he did it so quickly. I can highly recommend this business after my recent experience of central heating boiler service. The booking system is excellent, my query was dealt with quickly and the appointment was kept on time with excellent communications about arrival time. Grant is friendly and works tidily and efficiently with full explanation of what work is involved and the condition of the boiler. A fault was found in another part of the system which had been overlooked almost certainly more than once by the previous service engineer which will be fixed on another visit which I am sure will be just as positive experience as the last.

Grant originally came to diagnose a fault which was intermittent and not present on the day. The boiler needed servicing anyway so the job description was changed with no extra charge. Grant was punctual, he arrived at the exact time arranged but even if he didn’t there is tracking provided so you can see how far away he is from your job. He was very friendly and at the end even explained he was able to clear dirt from one of our pipes which looked to be built up over some years meaning previous services were less thorough! I wouldn’t hesitate to invite Grant back next time we need a service. 5*

We employed Grant on two occasions: first to install a boiler and update a downstairs cloakroom and the second to provide plumbing for a dishwasher. On both occasions, Grant was approachable and keen to make our vision a reality. He problem solved so that we could have heating in our cloakroom- something other plumbers had said was not possible and so that we could fit a dishwasher in a very limited space. Fantastic service,again. Had a small installation of an over the bath shower unit. Including tiling around the bath area, from bath to ceiling and fitting a new shower and shower screen.
