Michael was fully booked for about a week but when he found out I was due to have my baby the following week, he moved things around so he could get our boiler sorted asap. Excellent boiler engineer, first class service coming to look at my faulty boiler 15 minutes after calling him. Michael was very helpful and nice to speak to. Unfortunately my boiler was beyond fixing but 48 hours later, Michael had installed a new one for me, fixed a water leak from my washing machine and tided up my electrical wires to the boiler. He couldn’t have been more helpful and very reasonable in price. Totally recommend to others and will definitely be using him again if I ever I need to.

Friendly and thorough service, I had been with Tarbin plumbing for years, as time went they have become very useless, Michael from MDP services was prompt, thorough and friendly during the service, even taught me a thing or two about servicing and saving money, I can't recommend his service enough.

I needed my condensate pipe rerouted due to it freezing and Michael sorted the pipe out along with identifying an issue with the flue that needed correcting also to meet standards. We always use Michael for our boiler servicing. Michael came out this afternoon to look at a leaking pressure release valve on our hot water cylinder. Not only was the issue resolved quickly, but he removed the scale from the original part which was the cause of the issue so now I have a spare part ready in case it happens again, saving me money in the future.
Repaired pump and leak, serviced boiler. Really tough job with seized up joints. Done really well.
2nd time we've use MDP, pointed out an issue with a valve we didn't know about. Asked for him to come back with a price to replace it. Didn't hear back. Checked system after a couple of days, pressure on the system in the red. Radiators all had air in, next day the pump failed. Yes its an older boiler but had been fine before the pressure wash.
