I cannot recommend this plumber highly enough. Once he fixed the element on my emmersion heater, he then went out of his way to make sure the shower was also working correctly. 10/10 in every respect.
A plumber who lowers his price ! I got a quote from Callum to do various central heating jobs - when he was finished he lowered the price as it had not taken him as long as he thought it would!! Not many trades people do that ! The work he did was very good and I highly recommend!

Dealing with Callum was a pleasure: he was responsive and easy to communicate with. We had a boiler replaced and added the Tado control system. His service was excellent and the best value for money. He helped resolve a problem with the Tado system (a failure with one of their hardware devices), even coming to the house on a Bank Holiday to ensure everything worked properly. I cannot speak too highly about Callum. We had a problem with our central heating/hot water system (ie it stopped working!). Callum was able to visit at quite short notice and fix the problem very quickly indeed. He's punctual, an obvious master of his trade, friendly and helpful. I recommend him wholeheartedly.
We have just come to the end of a full house renovation, new kitchen, new boiler, radiators, 2 new bathrooms, new shower pump and downstairs toilet. Callum has undertaken all through plumbing work throughout and has been first class, good advice, punctual, polite, trustworthy and no problem at all to have around the house. Callum has done several jobs for us some of which other plumbers had given up on. Not only has he been able to resolve all of our plumbing issues and impliment those solutions but he has done so efficiently, in a timely manner and in line with the cost and time estimates given at the outset. He has also advised when we are able to carry out certain repairs safely rather than simply doing them himself. What a pleasure it has been to find such a competent, pleasant and honest young man.
