Weekes Plumbing and Heating

Totally efficient, tidy and polite.

Fast to respond, professional and fixed the issue very quickly. Would use again

Callum arrived promptly and was very professional. Great customer service from the moment I got in contact. Would absolutely recommend and have saved his card for next time. Thank you !

I cannot recommend this plumber highly enough. Once he fixed the element on my emmersion heater, he then went out of his way to make sure the shower was also working correctly. 10/10 in every respect.

A plumber who lowers his price ! I got a quote from Callum to do various central heating jobs - when he was finished he lowered the price as it had not taken him as long as he thought it would!! Not many trades people do that ! The work he did was very good and I highly recommend!

Callum is a pleasure, very quick and a consummate professional. Sorted the issues with leaky pipes and radiators not working in no time. Would recommend if you want someone locally with confidence.

Can’t recommend Callum enough. Had a heating emergency and he came out quickly and sorted it with no fuss. Really friendly, knew exactly what he was doing, and took the time to explain everything. Price was very reasonable, especially for an emergency callout. Proper professional and a genuinely nice guy. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Callum is very responsive. I have an urgent issue with my boiler and he agreed to come and fixed it within the same day. He has saved my and family’s lives in such frozen days.

Callum responded quickly, helpfully and efficiently to our boiler issue. We particularly appreciated his prompt response as it was during the Xmas holiday period. Highly recommend.

Had a boiler service. Here about 40 minutes.. did a good job. Helpful . Polite and on time

Excellent work — extremely professional and always punctual. Highly recommended!

Callum installed a full house water filter system for us and easily dealt with some unexpected issues in a calm professional manner. Our first time using his services but we are impressed and he will be our goto plumber from now on!

Recently had Callum to fit a new cloakroom and kitchen sink/tap excellent work, always on time and can thoroughly recommend .

We had a great experience with Callum from Weekes Plumbing and Heating. He was communicative, polite, and clearly very knowledgeable. Callum removed our old hot water tank and installed a new modern system, which has noticeably improved the water pressure and flow throughout our home. He worked efficiently and put in extra hours to complete the job in a single day, which we really appreciated. The work area was left tidy, and despite us working from home during the installation, Callum managed to carry out the job with minimal disruption. Highly recommended!

Excellent service from the quote to the completion of the work. I would highly recommend this company

Dealing with Callum was a pleasure: he was responsive and easy to communicate with. We had a boiler replaced and added the Tado control system. His service was excellent and the best value for money. He helped resolve a problem with the Tado system (a failure with one of their hardware devices), even coming to the house on a Bank Holiday to ensure everything worked properly. We are very happy to recommend Weekes Plumbing and Heating.

Callum was very punctual and did a great job in installing a new towel rail for a competitive price. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Everything about our boiler service with Callum was hugely positive, straightforward and efficient - the initial phone call and booking a date, Callum arriving on the day and at the time that he said he would, Callum carrying out the service quietly and conscientiously, plus the option to pay for the service straight away, which we did, with a card payment. Based on our experience, we would keenly recommend Callum and his work.

I had an excellent experience with Weekes Plumbing and Heating! From start to finish, the service was excellent. He was quick to respond and quote. The service end to end was very professional, and efficient. The price was reasonable for the quality of service provided was excellent. Highly recommend if you're looking for a reliable and skilled plumber!

Callum is brilliant! He quietly gets on with the job, sorts the problem, tidies up after and is reasonably priced! He always responds when I have an emergency! Callum... thanks for getting us back to being warm again, this week!

Fitted new boiler. Very happy with the service we received. Was very helpful when we requested quotes etc. Did a great job. Excellent service all round.

Absolutely fantastic service from Callum. Our boiler completely failed and he was out within 24 hours a new boiler was fully installed the day after that, as well as registering the parts for us. He explained our options clearly and no pressure was put on us. He was clean and tidy and priced very competitively. Would recommend. Thank you.

Callum is an excellent plumbing and heating engineer. Always on time, professional and clean. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

On time, polite, job well done. Very Happy customer. Will definitely use again.

Callum was able to come out at very short notice to help us with a boiler issue. He was very friendly and professional, quick to diagnose the issue we had and offer advice on what to do next.

Great communication and very quick and quality work! Highly recommended :)

Excellent service - highly recommended

Excellent work. Callum has good knowledge on plumbing and boilers. Have always used his service since I moved into this property.

Very efficient, polite and reliable. Recommend to family and friends, the only person Id turn too for heating and plumbing!

Callum installed a new bathroom suite and converted our plumbing to a pressurised system so we could get the tanks out of the loft and enjoy a better shower and water pressure. We are really delighted with the quality of work, communications, professionalism and price, which was more competitive than other quotes. Would highly recommend.

No hesitation in recommending Callum of Weekes Plumbing. Recent replacement boiler installation. Thorough in every respect, at fair price, neat tidy, on time, polite, a pleasure to work with Thank you Callum, great job well done.

Wow what a true knight in shining armour he came to the rescue of a damsel in distress over a toilet seat, He was polite and professional and would certainly use him again in the future. 5 ***** service

Very professional, clean and his work and nothing was too much of a problem .. Would highly recommend and would definitely use him for any future work.

Callum fitted a boiler for me and did a great job overall. Clean, helpful and professional. Will be using him in future for all my plumbing needs!

Calum replaced my old condensing boiler with a new combi, also fitted a new smart thermostat. Prompt, tidy and reasonably priced, I’d have no issues recommending Calum and will definitely use again if I have any further plumbing or heating problems.

Callum is one of the most professional people I've had the pleasure of coming across we can't recommend him enough. Always polite, punctual and tidy, thank you so much Callum, Ella & Blake

I cannot speak too highly about Callum. We had a problem with our central heating/hot water system (ie it stopped working!). Callum was able to visit at quite short notice and fix the problem very quickly indeed. He's punctual, an obvious master of his trade, friendly and helpful. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

We have just come to the end of a full house renovation, new kitchen, new boiler, radiators, 2 new bathrooms, new shower pump and downstairs toilet. Callum has undertaken all through plumbing work throughout and has been first class, good advice, punctual, polite, trustworthy and no problem at all to have around the house. Can not recommend him highly enough.

Excellent workmanship, sound clearly stated advice and a keen price for a qualty product with 10 years extented warranty. Callum is also a very tidy, clean and highly efficent worker. This is the second job he has done for us and both have been to the highest standards.

Callum’s great! Always replies, super polite and friendly, arrives on time, works quickly and no problems at all after. Highly recommend ☺️

Callum has done several jobs for us some of which other plumbers had given up on. Not only has he been able to resolve all of our plumbing issues and impliment those solutions but he has done so efficiently, in a timely manner and in line with the cost and time estimates given at the outset. He has also advised when we are able to carry out certain repairs safely rather than simply doing them himself. What a pleasure it has been to find such a competent, pleasant and honest young man.

Not so often nowadays you get an efficient and reliable contractor, Callum was excellent and wouldn't hesitate to use him again (he did a complete central heating and plumbing installation including all sanitaryware). Thank you Callum!

Callum was recommended to me by a colleague. He was very responsive to messages and attended promptly to fix my boiler. He was very efficient, tidy and polite. It can be a worry when looking for trades people but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Callum to my friends and family and would certainly contact him should I require any further services.

Callum is polite & professional, skilled and extremely tidy. I would highly recommend.
