Arrived on time and was respectful of our home when entering. He wasted no time in removing the casings and confirming the issue we were experiencing. He offered a couple of potential areas for attention and went on to replicate the problem which he did and set to dissembling. He was very polite explaining what he was looking for and doing. The fault was accurately diagnosed and has not reoccurred. He was very professional leaving the area clean and tidy. A great service and thoroughly recommended this company.

Engineers were charming and arrived on time. They serviced the boiler and hot water system and replaced Thermostatic Radiator valves on 12 radiators. They left everything clean and tidy and we are pleased with their work.

Denny came to carry out repairs to my Megaflow heating system and a Bosch boiler service. He was extremely polite and worked quickly and efficiently to expedite the repairs. A towel rail valve was leaking and I mis-directed EHV because the valve assembly looked similar to a radiator one. Nevertheless he contacted another engineer and quickly obtained the correct ones to complete the work. I am more than pleased. Everything is working well again thanks to his expertise. I realise this is how your heating engineer should operate, but in many cases my friends have not had a good experience, being left without hot water for some time. So I am very grateful to have found a company that has engineers with the knowledge and diligence to carry out heating maintenance with such efficiency. It is rare to find and so I can thoroughly recommend EHV Heating Maintenance of Banstead. Thank you for your service!

The EHV engineer replaced our boiler and serviced the unvented heating system, replacing some valves. He did a thorough job and kept us informed of what he was doing. The customer service team notified us in advance that the boiler and parts would be delivered the day before. Professional service and happy customer!
Used EHV for boiler service last year as they are local and was very pleased with them so we booked again for this year. Was recommended a full strip down of the boiler due to age and wear & tear. This proved useful as some parts had cracks/holes and therefore much cheaper than having to possibly replace the boiler. The engineer Dean was polite, tidy, thorough and friendly.
They couldn’t identify the issue and only suggested replacing parts without guaranteeing it would fix the problem. It seems unprofessional, so I would not recommend using their service.
They did a great job on our central-heating, solving a problem that another heating engineer company failed to solve. Friendly, rapid, clear communication from the office and the engineers. Highly recommended.

This is the second time I’ve used EHV Gas & Heating Service Ltd. for my Megaflo’s annual check-up, and once again, I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. The engineer arrived promptly, was polite and professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s obvious they take pride in their work, every detail was checked thoroughly, and the service was completed efficiently and to a high standard. I’ll definitely continue using EHV and would highly recommend them to anyone needing expert care for their heating system.

Yearly boiler service carried out as scheduled - all fine. Polite, friendly and very knowledgeable engineers - in safe hands as they installed the boiler itself a year ago.
I had previous issues with this company re service of Megaflow. I would avoid this business as they are not honest with pricing .See other similar experience for genuine reviews I booked a service and asked to pay in advance. Told I needed a new pressure valve which could be put in as part of service and would only pay for valve. I had to agree over telephone to pay £215 and it went ahead as part of service. I subsequently found price of valve is £40 to max £90. Asked for refund which was refused and told extra in charge was for labour. This was not the agreement I had with 'James' who I believe is member of owners family. I would avoid this company . The valve installed is not working and still the same problem despite paying almost £400 for service and part . They refuse to return to inspect leak and check valve without a further 2 payments. I WOULD AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS AS ONLY INTERESTED IN MONEY NOT CUSTOMER SATISFAcTION, POOR WORKMANSHIP WHICH FAILED.

Electrical works carried out through Your Repair. The electrician was thorough and took time to investigate the fault. Repaired and left property clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I've had my boiler serviced every year (through YourRepair) and every year I've had no issues. This year, EHV service come and essentially say I need a new boiler because of where it's positioned. The rude engineer actually states previous engineers have been wrong every year. Seems like the company just want money where they can. Currently awaiting a second opinion. If I need to get a new boiler, I definitely WILL NOT be using them!

Administration handled efficiently and engineer arrived in alloted timeslot. Service/inspection was carried out thoroughly by a knowledgeable engineer who was friendly and courteous.
Extremely happy with how EHV handled the resolution of my issue. EHV was engaged by my breakdown provider Your Repair. EHV attended to the issue immediately considering the impact to me. Tried to resolve it, had to come back. The best part was that despite their non- availability on the next day, they accommodated my urgent request and came the next day and fully resolved my issue

We used EHV to carry out our annual boiler service. The booking process was easy and Denny the engineer was on time, friendly and efficient. He explained clearly what the procedure would be and even offered to take his shoes off (full marks).
The engineer was very nice and I'm sure he did the boiler service fine, but in doing the work he broke a chunk out of the base of my boiler cabinet and didn't tell me. He also used my kitchen sponges to wipe up the greasy stuff that came out of the boiler (without asking), and hid them in a bowl I have on my windowsill to hold my washing up gloves. The bowl is stained from the greasy stuff too (didn't come off in the dishwasher). Not great! I booked via Ovo Energy because I couldn't get my normal gas engineer, I wouldn't use them or this company again.
What a difference a service (and the replacement of some parts) makes to the boiler and water supply. Great service from office and engineer on site and thorough check afterwards made this a very satisfying experience.
This company arranged the annual service for my combi boiler.The staff who contacted me to arrange the service and confirmation the day before were lovely - professional, polite and friendly. They also confirmed everything by email. Engineer Lewis was great! He phoned to tell me he was on his way. On arrival he was friendly and very polite. He removed his shoes on without me having to ask. He was incredibly thorough and went through all the results of what he had done and the ‘health’ of the boiler. Well done Lewis, Staff and EHV!!

I had my boiler serviced last week. The engineer was polite, seemed competent. However, he mentioned that the boiler may need a new part, for which I would have to pay another call out charge (plus the part) and he could not tell me how much it would cost. Also, I was just sent an invoice for £1.29 for parking, which I find really inconsiderate, as I paid £145 for the service AND I was not told that the customer is responsible for paying parking fees when I booked. In summary the service was good, but the approach to customer service is disappointing. I have used this company in the past, and they have always been polite and considerate.
My kitchen light was not working so I contacted EHV. They sorted out the fault and gave me an estimate to fix it. The work was very neatly carried and I am very pleased with the result.
The guys were very polite and friendly and new what they were doing. They modified our system to increase the hot and cold water pressure and we are very pleased with the result.

EHW installed a new replacement boiler and Nest remote programmer system together with other minor plumbing works. Based upon the works carried out, I would highly recommend EHW both in terms of quality and cost which I found reasonably competitive against comparable quotes. EHV replaced our bathroom suite. We are so happy with the work they have done. We had a variety of tradesman and they all were respectful and professional. Highly recommend these guys The office also kept in contact throughout the job. Thank you too all at EHV A GREAT EXPERIENCE.
We have been fortunate to have been able to access a range of services from EHV over a number of years. Their input has included difficult access problems, for example finding and accessing main water pipes for a new build downstairs toilet extension; removing and installing a new gas boiler situated in the loft. In addition EHV renovated our upstairs bathroom, efficiently sourcing chosen fixtures, fittings and heating. Their workforce including plumbers, tilers, electricians, are of a high calibre and expertise. The standard of work and finish has always been excellent, and they always protect the surroundings, and remain careful and courteous throughout. Finally, the head of EHV services, always maintains personal supervision and support of the work and workforce, both visiting the site, and via telephone. The work is costed fairly. I would highly recommend EHV Services.
James was very professional and very informative. Although he couldn’t solve the entire problem ( low water pressure) he has made things better, and also enabled me to communicate more effectively with Thames Water.
Emergency water pipe burst. Came quickly next morning and sorted the issue promptly and professionally. They require callout pre-payment via debit card. Most small jobs should fall within that pre-payment fee. Satisfied customer.
Highly recommend. No heating or hot water 3 days before Christmas due to boiler failure. Attended same day and replacement boiler installed the following day. Fantastic service.

Once a reliable company but not anymore. I booked an engineer 3 weeks in advance because it was solar and that was the wait time. I was ok with that because i thought well it must be a specialised service (even though solar is everywhere these days) ...they said they would call me a week before the date i had booked to take payment, but strangely they never did? .I decided to call them a couple days before he was due to come out to make sure he was still coming. I was told they were too busy and he might not be able to make it?????????? Well obviously he never came ........ i also never received a call back to re-book as promised. They need to lose the title services.....they do not offer a service as far as i am concerned. Absolute Rubbish.
I needed a light socket rewired, they did a speedy excellent job including even a light bulb. They have done other work including garden clearance, fence building and more, I wouldn't use anyone else.
Very poor customer care and service. Sent me an invoice 2 weeks after an expansion vessel was fitted claiming extra work for an awkward install! When speaking to them on the phone felt like I was being mugged off. Only use if you have no alternative.
