Blueman Plumbing & Heating

Ali is brilliant. Arrived, understood the problem immediately, was creative in finding a good solution that solved my problem without damage that I expected would have been necessary. Thank you. Great job

I had a great experience with Blueman Plumbing & Heating. I had an emergency with a leaking toilet, and Ali was able to come out and fix it the same day, which was a huge relief. Communication was easy and efficient throughout - he responded quickly and kept me updated on timing. He was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. On top of that, he also gave me really useful advice and tips for my upcoming bathroom renovation, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!

Ali was extremely helpful, kind and professional. He did an excellent job replacing my shower and also helped me with a radiator issue. Really pleased with the work and would 100% recommend him

Issue with loft tank and a leak. Within a couple of hours after requesting a call out,Ali arrived and sorted the issue quickly and efficiently. He was friendly, knowledgeable and definitely knows his stuff.I would definitely recommend and use again.

Fantastic service. Very professional & efficient. Polite, clean & tidy. Have no hesitation in recommending this tradesman.

Ali is a very reliable man and he is very professional in his field and he has done a very professional job ( flash the radiator system )and above all very competitive price compared to most the engineer I have contacted.i give him 5 star’s because I work in building trade and I know when a job is done properly and I also hire him to do my boiler service every year and I will recommend Ali without hesitation very honest. Well done.

Super recommended.

Ali is amazing, he came ahead of schedule and installed my washing dryer machine going an extra mile to fix an issue with a cabinet. Highly recommended!

Over £200 for no work, lying and dishonest - never came back to finish what was promised

An excellent service, with a quick response to a plumbing problem, with follow up to install a water tank system. Ali is local to me and I now feel I have a plumber I can call on in the future.

Brilliant service. Excellent response time. Would definitely use again. Strongly recommend.

Rang Ali in one morning to fix a gas leak, he came straight in the afternoon and managed to get the job done within an hour, very polite and good service.

Highly recommend Ali for his excellent and reasonably priced plumbing work. He expertly fixed my leaking toilet and water expansion tank, making time for me despite his busy schedule. A truly responsible and trustworthy professional.

Ali was quick to respond and quick to replace a faulty part of our Pulsacoil electric water heater. He is reasonably priced, but most of all, very kind, sympathetic and helpful in such a friendly way. I would certainly call on Ali again and would recommend his services wholeheartedly.

Great service attending for a leak within a couple of hours we could not fix ourselves. quickly fixed and Ali was a great guy with great advice on other questions I had. Would use again and recommend!

Had an issue with my boiler suddenly stopping, and Ali came round to take a look. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty circulator pump and got it replaced with minimal fuss. Really impressed with how efficiently he worked, no unnecessary delays or drama. On top of that, he’s just a genuinely nice guy to have around. Offered some great advice on keeping the system running smoothly. Highly recommend! Jide, Banstead.

Arrived quickly and soon fixed the problem.

Excellent- would highly recommend

Ali was excellent at communicating with me. We agreed a date/time in advance and he arrive bang on time. Ali and his colleague completed the task at hand quickly and efficiently. Great result and very happy.

I’m visiting my very elderly mom and last night the boiler packed up. I couldn’t get it to reset. I called a dozen emergency services and no one picked up or returned my calls. I was getting really desperate and about to give up hope and it was just absolutely freezing. I called this company and a gentleman answered. I asked him the cost to come out. He offered for me to send pictures to see if he could help me resolve the issue. He’s a genius and god no less. It worked. Not only is he an outstanding human being. I would without hesitation depend on him and he is trustworthy and dependable. I’m ever so grateful 🙏🏽

Ali is a nice man. He helped me with advice over the phone and reassured me. I would highly recommend this person and company for boiler servicing. During this difficult winter time his calming voice was reassuring. Thank you Ali.

Arrived really quickly to get my boiler back up and running on a very cold day with no heating or hot water, excellent service and very reasonably priced too

Amazing service, great price, very friendly, out within the hour and fix the issue. Definitely recommend.

Ali gave us a great service, calling out at short notice when the boiler started playing up and even following up the next day to check it was all still OK. Will definitely be using again if any other issues.

Really happy with this company. Had issues with my boiler, they came out immediately. Got everything I needed fixed and put back together properly. Being someone with 2 children I was very appreciative. The gentleman was very professional and kind. Extremely happy with the experience and will definitely be using them again in future as my go to company.

Blueman are amazing! Responded very quickly! Not out to rip you off like a lot of companies! Went the extra mile to fix the problem. Also gave a lot of advice, cos some of the work i was doing, so saved me money too!

Prompt response, professional and polite. I had my boiler out of power at night, Ali came to fix it on next day morning. Although it was due to my son switched off the fuse socket accidentally, Ali still checked the boiler in detail. I will keep using his services in the future for sure.

Contracted via our residential letting agent. Rather than waiting for us to pay the money he got on and did the work meaning the downtime for our tenant was minimised. Really very grateful to Ali for this. Our tenant now has a nice new system. Thanks!

I had a hole drilled into a pipe in the wall. Ali was very responsive to the urgency. He was very efficient, had all the required equipment and was very quick. His service was extremely quick and kind. Would highly recommend.

Ali was amazing. He not only answered my early morning call, but was there in a flash, quick on the job, super helpful and very reasonable. Thank you Ali for the super quick turn around on what was a bit worrying for a minute!

Fast response and diagnosed and fixed the problem

Good professional plumbing service. Fixed my toilet leak and overflow valve efficiently. Will retain his details for any further plumbing issues. Can recommend A +++

Really prompt service, Ali talked me through how to resolve boiler issue over the phone very kindly. Recommend Blueman Plumbers and will be using services again if needed.

We found water spraying out of our garden tap, like a fountain at 5pm on a Saturday. (An hour before friends were due for dinner). We gently touched the brass tap and it literally fell off (snapped brass) leaving water gushing out horizontally across our garden. We don’t have an isolation switch so we had to turn our water off at the mains. I rang Ali and he asked to see photos, I immediately sent them over, he called back and said he would send someone over with the correct parts within 40 minutes. Ilyas arrived exactly 40 minutes later and replaced the tap. He was very polite and thorough and we were very grateful. Blueman Plumbing provided a very efficient service.

I had an emergency heating issue in the evening and called Ali. He was prompt in answering and made sure he was with me within the hour as suggested. He was polite, friendly and identified the issue and rectified it. I had heating again at home and my elderly parents had warmth. Can't commend him enough. Would recommend him to anyone looking to get heating issues resolved. Considering it was late in the evening, he went out of the way to ensure I had heating. Thank you Ali, would use again

Absolutely amazing company I fully recommend this company so efficient thanku so much Mr and Mrs wing

Mett Ali @ Blueman Plumbing on a job in Sutton, Good honest guys and a pleasure to work with! Would highly recommend!!

Great Job, very pleased. Fitted a thermostat quickly, with minimum fuss and at a very reasonable price.

Came over late at night to help repair my boiler. Really nice and friendly guy who repaired it very quickly. Hopefully my boiler never breaks down again but if it does I will definitely use him again. Thank you. Update 30 Nov 2023 Again Ali helped me. He managed to fix my boiler without having to come out, incredibly helpful and sent him some money as a thank you. I doubt there is a more helpful plumber in the UK than Ali.

Ali responded really quickly to fix my elderly mums boiler . Explained everything what he was going to do and did a really good job. Would highly recommend him.

Fast response. Friendly service. Good value.

Ali’s a top man. Done a great job first and foremost, but the service is also top class. Quick to respond to messages, moved stuff around so he could fit us in earlier as we had no hot water or gas, and even came back round when we were worried there was still a leak. As good as you can get; couldn’t recommend any more highly.

Ali did a very good job with my shower hose mixer. It was tricky as the plumbing was a bit old but Ali got the job done. He is no-nonsense but very friendly and kept updating me over text about the progress etc. Will definitely reach out if I ever had plumbing issues.

Came out to fix emergency burst pipe at short notice and was very helpful and fixed it promptly and professionally while been very helpful with other issues. Wld 💯 recommend.

100% on everything would recommend Ali to anyone nothing is to much trouble keeps everything clean and tidy a pleasure to have working for you would not go anywhere else.

For the first time ever, we ended up having a burst pipe in our bathroom which quickly brought our house into a mini flood situation. Of course, it happened on Friday evening, the worst of possible times. I immediately reached out to Google Maps and found Blueman, trusting that great Google Maps reviews will lead me to the solution. I phoned up and Ali picked up the phone, calmly telling me what I could do, informing me of his callout options and rate. I took him up on the offer to come out immediately and stop our leak as well as assess the problem to solve it properly. He came in matter of 30 min, sorted out the leak and within next 2 days got the parts, came back and sorted our burst pipe, as well as the other pipe which was almost burst. Throughout this stressful moment which caused us flood and damage in the house, Ali brought calm, laughter, quality workmanship and peace of mind, along with extremely swift and professional service delivery. Needless to say I am using Ali for all my buildings and repairs services in future. Thanks Ali and Blueman Plumbing. You rock! 👊

Ali responded promptly and efficiently to an urgent call on a Friday evening to repair leaking pipes. He kept me updated on his time of arrival and once he'd finished he replied speedily to subsequent requests for advice later in the evening. I would happily use his services again.

I had water running down the wall in my hall. Called Ali who told me what the call out charge was, and was with me within an hour. After a few standard questions about the leak he knew exactly where it was coming from. Told me everything he was going to do and it was fixed within the hour. I am very pleased with the work and will definitely use him again. Ali also made a follow up text to make sure everything was OK. Wonderful service

Ali was very swift - called out on a Sunday. Work was attended to, managed well and prompt.

Had an issue with my boiler and was without water and heating for 7 days due to insurance messing me around. Blueman (Ali) was able to come out at very short notice on the same day, diagnose and fix the problem. He was friendly, professional and knowledgable. Great service! Would definitely recommend.

Ali helped us to get our property ready to rent out - he replaced our boiler and helped with some other plumbing. He was very professional in his approach and saved us a lot of time by communicating with others involved, rather than us doing this ourselves. He kept us updated on a regular basis which was very much appreciated. Ali is friendly and was happy to explain things, even the basics! Thank you Ali for your help!

Outstanding commitment and professional work done. Ali swapped our conventional boiler to a new combi boiler. Ali was prompt and responsive in answering all our questions regarding choosing the right boiler size, model etc. We had a problem with the gas meter and had to wait for a Cadent engineer to fix it, Ali stayed past 10PM (on a Saturday!) to ensure our new boiler was up and running in the end. We will not hesitate to contact Ali again for future boiler and plumbing works.

Ali came out late Sunday evening and fixed a leak on my boiler. He was great, communicated the issue well and showed great knowledge in his field. Would recommend.

Really good service, called Christmas Eve morning, Ali was round in about 1 hour. Explained the issues, fixed the problem in about 30 mins. Honest, fast, efficient service at a very reasonable price. Would thoroughly recommend. Thanks Ali

A lovely chap who knows his stuff. He found my leak and fixed it in no time. Much appreciated.

Emergency call out late on a Sunday, Ali was great giving advice straight away over the phone and then arrived within 20 minutes to complete a repair on a pipe. Friendly, great service and keen to help. Very impressed.

Exceptional service. We had an emergency where the boiler wouldnt start, just before going on holidays. They talked us through how to fix over the phone (frozen condensate) and refused to take payment. Invaluable help and amazingly friendly, if only there were more like them! Thanks

Fixed everything really quickly, was very knowledgeable friendly and now we have hot water and heat! Very great full for his help and would highly recommend.

Ali is professional, helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend him.

Really amazing service, our boiler was busted but Ali saved the day and turned around a new boiler installation within 48 hours!! Very high quality work.

It was great experience with Blueman. They were very prompt and professional in their work and guided me through all the issues. Well appreciated.

Simply cannot fault Ali. He was prompt, came round quickly, completed the job swiftly, took pride in the work, kept things nice and tidy, kept me informed of what was going on. And this was despite it being a really complex remedial job. He saved me a ton of cash and did a great job. He's also got a great sense of humour and good conversation to boot. Recommend 100%.

Ali was really helpful and kind. I contacted him after the other plumber’s visit as the boiler still had a problem after his visit . He tried contact my old boiler’s manufacturer and tried fix the problem & explained all processes to me too. He replaced electric boiler at the end and it was quick and nice. The price seems to be reasonable too. I definitely recommend him! Thanks Ali.

Ali was fantastic. Not only well priced but clean, tidy, accommodating and happy to be flexible working around other work we were having done. He helped us choose new boiler and even rerouted some poorly designed old pipe work so our new kitchen would fit more easily. I can highly recommend him!

We had a pigeon fall down our chimney and get trapped behind a gas fireplace which we needed a gas safe engineer to remove. Ali and his apprentice came round very quickly and helped free the bird. Not only that they made sure the bird got water, cleaned hie eyes, and saw it safely released. Will be contacting them for future work for sure!!

Super service. Came out really quickly. Fixed my leaking pipe with minimal fuss and mess.

Excellent service. Very personable approach. Very responsive both to initial enquiry and to follow up questions.

Very grateful for the support over the phone! We were in panic and were guided expertly over the phone to turn off the water and avoid major damage. Thank you!

Can not fault him and will 100% be using him again! I came home to a leak from a central heating pipe. I was in panic mode and quickly searched for a local emergency plumber with good reviews. He spoke me through everything on the phone in a calming manner, by the time I got the carpet up and ripped off the floor board to find the leak, he arrived and quickly solved the problem. He was really polite, reassuring (I was flapping) and very reasonable with the charge. I would highly recommend and he is definitely my go to plumber from now on. Thanks again for saving the day.

I spoke to Ali about a leaking tap and he came the next day and quickly installed a new mixer tap. A friendly and knowledgeable person and very helpful and yes, I would certainly recommend him.

Ali is always friendly, responsive, reliable and has a high standard of work. I always use Blueman Plumbing for my plumbing needs.

Called Blue Man to repair our boiler over a weekend. Wasn't expecting such a prompt availability but he was over in no time. Quick fix and thorough inspection to check for any other errors around the boiler. Very reasonable emergency call out fee, will be using again!

We called Blueman plumbing tonight (Christmas Day) after our heating stopped working. Had no expectation that we would get through to anyone but got a call straight back and was given advice and guidance over the phone that enabled us to get the heating working again. Fantastic, friendly service with a genuine interest in helping people. Will definitely use them again.

Ali was knowledgeable, professional, helpful and friendly. He kept me updated on the time he would be with me, and was helpful, polite and efficient. Would recommend to anyone. His details will be going up on the staffroom noticeboard!

Excellent service overall, really recommended. Last week we used this business for an emergency repair of a leak and then for replacing a faulty hot water tank. Ali has been really great throughout: responding to our emergency after hours, returning twice to the house when new problems with the hot water system came up, sourcing a new hot water tank and installing it at short notice.

What a star Ali is. He was willing to come round within a few hours for an emergency we had with our boiler, which he then managed to resolve over the phone. I will definitely use Blueman in the future.

Excellent service. Ali arrived when he said he would, called to let me know he was on his way, explained everything to me that he was doing and fixed the issue within an hour for a good price. Nice guy, highly recommend.

Ali provided excellent service and advice to us, when our boiler unexpectedly stopped working on a Saturday morning. He was able to come out to the house immediately, identify the problem and was extremely proactive in contacting both the national gas emergency helpline and British Gas on our behalf; after identifying a fault with the external BG smart meter. We will definitely use Ali again.

Very good service, ensured I got a good price on the part and was a good price on labour.

Honestly, fantastic service, Every box ticked 100% . Free advice is an additional bonus from Ali. He did the job that some other professional guy said not possible to do it without breaking things. Exceptional service in no time. I would strongly recommend him.

I telephoned to ask if they’d pop over to fix a problem with the boiler. Turned out it was fixed on the telephone. Some heating engineers might have insisted they come round for the business but I was most pleasantly surprised by the help I received over the phone. I will be calling back to arrange a boiler service shortly. Much obliged.

What can I say?! Ali and his very capable apprentice were amazing! Not only did they offer a great service, but they identified an underlying issue to some boiler issues we were having and were unrelenting in their pursuit to resolve the issue. Always responsive, polite, dedicated and committed to doing the best job possible. Would recommend to anyone!

Very prompt service. Ali changed a leaky kitchen tap for us. He did a brilliant job.

My boiler needed a service, but at the same the pressure had dropped. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and found it difficult to turn the valves, Ali kindly offered to come round and do it for me prior to getting my boiler serviced. During the service he explained what he was doing and what I needed to do to use my energy more efficiently. I would definitely use them again nd would recommend them to family and friends.

Great communication. Friendly. Professional and did a great job. Will definitely use again

Really good - very happy with the work and will certainly use again. Our previous plumber, unfortunately (in their defence, I don't think they realised) resolved one issue but inadvertantly caused another. Ali identified this and fixed it along with some other failing components.

Never used Ali before but i was very lucky when he picked up the phone to inform me he will be within the hour at my house. He was very assuring, left his mobile number and kept updating me of his whereabouts.Once at my house,it took him 15 min to do the repairs and i was over the moon. He charged me reasonable amount, and exactly what was promised initially. He will be soon coming to my house again to repair my boiler this time. Ali,thank you again for the service, professionalism and the humble attitude. Milen

Really efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

Ali saved us from a rip off. When we were told our boiler was knackered we decided to get a second opinion and Ali honestly told us the boiler was still fine but needed a repair. It’s exactly this kind of honesty that wins you long term clients. So when a boiler went at a flat we own he was the first person we called to replace it. Oh and he actually gets back to you...and quickly (which puts him automatically ahead of most in the building trade!). Highly recommend.

Arrived at the property promptly, was helpful and professional and got the job done quickly. Great guy will definitely use services again if needed.

Responded quickly , polite and helpful person. It was a small repair and job well done

Ali was absolutely brilliant, he asked me to send him some pictures of the problem, called us and talked us through mending the overflow pipe and didn’t charge us at all. Really kind, quick to respond and helpful, would 100% recommend

Excellent work. Timely. Highly recommended. Thank you.

I called early on a very cold sunday morning and they arrived soon after without any issues. Even though the repair could not be completed the same day as part were not available, they prioritsed the repair for the next day and happily worked around the time that suited me. They were very polite, profesisonal and I will definately use them again.

Really quick response on a Sunday and very helpful advice given over the phone when I had an issue with my boiler.

Ali is extremely efficient ,reliable and highly recommended . I called him for sorting out a leak in the main water supply valve and he was able to fix it the next morning . He was on time and came well prepared with all the necessary parts for the work. I am extremely happy with his service and will definitely use his services in future . I would also not hesitate to recommend Blueman plumbing and heating to my friends .

Ali (and his apprentice) were brilliant at helping with detecting a leak in our flat. He was really helpful, kept us up to date with the progress/action needed, arrived bang on time and was super quick to respond to the enquiry. He has also assisted afterwards with advice - again, replying really quickly and making sure I understood what he’d said. He’s also very funny which makes a potentially stressful situation much more enjoyable. Thanks Ali and co!

Very friendly service and I really appreciate the explanation he gave as he was doing the work, which might be helpful in the future. Highly recommended. Used their services again and such professionalism, quick response and honesty! They are in my contacts now. Thank you.

Spoke to Ali about an emergency with our boiler on a Sunday morning and he was round within about an hour to fix the issue. Very happy with his service and levels of communication throughout the job. Would use again

Great service they came round the same day to fix a leaking pipe. Very happy with their work. Would definitely use them again.

Ali saved me over £1,500 by correctly diagnosing the issue and repairing the fault. A previous quote suggested I needed a new boiler! Great honest service from a plumber building a successful business. I will certainly ask Ali to do all future work and would not hesitate to recommend him.

A great guy with great services!

Didn't show up when booked. Didn't text or call. No idea how there are so many positive reviews.

Ali was very quick to respond to my call, very professional and did sort out the problem on one visit. Although it needed new parts, he planned ahead, identified the right parts by asking me to send pictures of the boiler, asking specific questions over phone and came with the correct part, so that full repair done in one visit. Amazing service.

Excellent speed of response and very helpful and friendly when visiting the property. Will be getting more work carried out and would definitely recommend.

Ali was super quick, very responsive and very polite. He fixed our boiler issue and explained how to ensure it didn't happen again. Would call him again. Thanks Ali! 👍

Came out for an emergency repair in my bathroom. Identified and fixed the issue promptly. Was very helpful in walking my through other plumbing issues in the bathroom and finding pragmatic cheaper solutions to them rather than simply offering an expensive quote like I have had from other professionals. Overall a very good experience and would use him again.

I feel extremely fortunate to have found Ali. I needed a local plumber to install a washing machine for my brother. As soon as Ali picked up the call he was both professional and friendly. The job was done on time and at a very reasonable price. I've never recommended a tradesman before until now. Thank you Ali, your support is much appreciated.

Called Blueman Plumbing on a bank holiday Sunday after my boiler went dead, Ali kindly talked me through various scenarios that could be the problem, asked for photos and continued with advice, eventually the problem was solved. It was very kind of him to offer his time in what was a stressful time for me (no hot water!). Would recommended and will be using for future work.

Ali attended site to replace out old water heater with a new system, the system has worked perfectly. Ali is always the first point of call and is always happy to offer advice.

Ali arrived on time as planned. He quickly identified the fault with our boiler. He provided advice regarding possible future issues with pipe work that had been fitted by another plumber. Totally happy with his work and professionalism. Will defiantly recommend and use his service again.

Ali has always been on hand immediately for plumbing emergencies, and no job is ever too small. Ali is a good man and is always very safety aware. Customer care at its very best in a world of indifference. Thank you so much for going that extra step. I can't recommend Blueman highly enough. Truly professional. Kev.

Excellent, professional service. Extremely friendly and did utmost to keep costs down. Would highly recommend using this firm.

I called on a Sunday, Ali was very professional and helped me throughout the process without charging me one penny. He saved the day and saved me a huge bill. Earlier in the day I called another plumber, Jay, who came charged me £132 and did not fix the problem and told me that he will have to come back the next day as a new part was needed. A couple of hours later I got a call from Jay's office breakdown for the repair plus part just shy of £500!!! Outrageous.... Called Ali who asked me to send him a picture and recommended me some websites. Next day I called a supplier, picked up the part plus silicone: total cost for the part £29! Fixed up the toilet myself and called Jay's office to put a complain for a:) being rude and aggressive on the day, b:) wanting to charge me ridiculous money.... 10 minutes later got a call back from his manager who apologised and proposed a refund of the £132 I was charged on the Sunday call. I would like to recommend Ali for his professionalism, honesty and helping me without any charge. I wish they were more honest people like him. Thank you Ali.

I cant thank Ali enough for his help today. We had a leak issue and he was so responsive at helping the issue to get resolved so fast. Also made the experience stress free and has a very good humour. We are very grateful. Thank you so much Ali! We need more people like you.

Very quick response to fix the problem. Friendly and professional , gave advice and made sure all is sorted before leaving. Would recommend and use in the future. Thank you

I had my boiler serviced after several years of having it done by British Gas. The engineer told me that it looked like it hadn't been serviced for at least five years! Since Blueman Plumbing did a service my boiler has been warming my house up much quicker with the rads feeling much hotter. The boiler is a lot quieter too! Recommended 😁👍

Very Good time keeping and professional Gave me good out of hours advice over phone on weekend and sorted the water leak efficiently next morning Awais from Sutton

I was having issues with my boiler so a google search for a local plumber brought me to find Blueman Plumbing, after reading such good reviews I dropped a call in and I’m very happy I did. The Excellent Service I received this week is very worthy of a positive 5 star review. Ali is very knowledgeable, helpful, and reliable. Everything was done to make sure I understood my boilers issue, the cost for repair and how long it would take to return and fix... Ali and his assistant went way and beyond the customer service I expected and did a superb professional job. I would highly recommend Blueman plumbing,.

Ali helped me on the day I called and all fixed. Great service. Definitely 5 stars. Thank you for saving my family today. Hot water and radiator works.

After recently moving in and new flooring down, Ali was quick to respond to our plight with a leaking radiator! We were so impressed. THANK YOU ALI.

Another excellent experience. We commissioned Ali at Blueman to replace our Pulsacoil hot water system. Not many plumbers specialise in these systems but Ali knew exactly what he was doing and was able to advise quickly. He was proactive in communicating with me over phone and WhatsApp, sharing pics of the issue and the replacement, and discussing the options. His pricing was competitive, and his billing and invoicing clear and professional. Ali had an excellent manner with my tenants, who appreciated his courtesy and efforts to find a time for installation that worked for them too. I felt Ali was on my side throughout the process.

I called up Ali on 31st cold evening to fix the problem with my bolier. Ali responded very well and fixed the problem. He also figured out the root cause of the issue. He also provided me the support over the phone on 1st January on a bank holiday.

Great service, very helpful.

Called on a weekend with a no hot water / heating emergency and they came out same day and fixed the problem. Friendly, knowledgable, trustworthy, effective. Will use them for all heating/plumbing needs from now on.

Very fast response from Ali and he did everything possible to get my heating working again. Very happy

Our heating broke down and Ali was here the same day to help us. Very impressed with him and his team. Friendly and professional. Work completed to a high standard and we are using him again for renovations now.

As always, Ali comes through as promised. Never let me down ever and will continue to ask him for help!

Blueman plumbing service my boiler annually. I would aleays recommend Ali. He is alwas honest and fair, and provides excellent service.

Ali and his team are genuine, prompt and knowledgeable. Fair pricing and conscientious. Recommend.

Ali was great - fixed our boiler and was lovely. Very much recommended.

Great company! Came round same day I phoned when boiler stopped working on coldest day so far. He was polite, knowledgeable and very upfront about the costs involved. Came back following day even though he hadn’t received all of the ordered parts yet because he wanted to try & get the boiler working for us urgently as it was so cold - which he succeeded! Returned the following day with the new parts & fully serviced the boiler. Extremely happy & impressed with his attitude and professionalism!

Great service ! Friendly and pleasant, came over quickly and sorted our radiators out at a reasonable price.

Amazing service and totally trustworthy. Would definitely recommend him for any plumbing related needs.

Firiday 16:30 gas got turned off because there was a leak, explained the situation to Ali, young children, November we needed our heating. Next day installed a new supply to our house after shifting his appointments. Above and beyond. Thanks Ali

I have to say Ali is worth everyone of the stars he has attained from his customers. We had a problematic discontinued Keston Qudos boiler and Ali made time to see us at short notice, and also offered to help talk us through a temporary fix late in the evening. Diamond geezer. In terms of fixing the issue, he managed to source a quality second hand electrical board which will see us good until we get a replacement next year - we will go Blueman all the way. Our neighbour paid almost three times as much for the same work using a new board.... recommend without hesitation

Ali a genuine helpful person knows what he is doing totally satisfied with the job carried out at a reasonable cost I have no hesitation to recommend him.

Prompt reply to request. Very good service and made effort to go beyond to sort out boiler issues for us. I will use again and would recommend.

Ali is very friendly, responsive, and efficient professional. We are very pleased with the services and we definitely recommend & also will use his services again.

I called Ali late on a Saturday with a leaking radiator. He offered to come out but said I might be able to save the out of hours call out fee by looking at it myself. He looked at photos I sent him and talked me through the problem. Really helpful and beyond what he had to do.

Great Service by Ali and Blueman Plumbing! Had a minor Issue with the Central Heating and after offering advice over the phone Ali came round and sorted it within 30 mins. Will not hestitste to use again! Thanks

Very friendly. Always on time.

Ali carried out a boiler replacement and fixed two toilets in my flat. The jobs were carried out very promptly and I found him very easy to work with excellent communication throughout the process. He is very friendly and was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely work with him in future.

Ali is very friendly, polite and professional. He was on time and did a good job servicing our boiler and helped understand in detail on thermostat functions. Would highly recommend him if you are looking for boiler service or repair.

Excellent service and fair pricing. Boiler repaired the same day. Impressed by the care and attention he took on the job.

Ali was very friendly and explained briefly what was wrong and sorted the problem in really quick time. Will definitely recommend and use him again in the future...

Knowledgeable friendly and really helpful. Good small business!

Fantastic professional service at a fair price

Ali is a real professional. I needed to change my old boiler to a combi one. That entailed a lot of really hard, meticulous work, removing the 2 water tanks and the old boiler, realign pipes and installing the combi boiler with the wireless thermostat controller. He and his staff were very prompt, clean and tidy. Not only that, but he also installed new bathroom basin tap mixer, gas shower raiser kit (both were not planned/agreed on previously) and shattaf. He helped me to apply to get a 10 year warranty for the boiler, left his mobile number to contact him anytime needed, and stressed to call him when the winter arrives to help and check with central heating thermostat settings. His charges are very reasonable compared to other quotes and he didn’t charge more for the extra work I asked him for. I really cannot thank him enough and I highly recommend him.

Highly recommended. Ali is a nice guy who is polite, prompt and professional. We urgently needed him late at night on a weekend with a ceiling leak from a flat above. He arrived only half an hour after the initial call and stayed for nearly 2 hours doing everything in his power to locate the source of the leak by visiting the tenants above and conducting a thorough search. He gave us the advice and reassurance we needed to move on to the next stage of getting this problem sorted with landlords and building management companies and left us with working lights for the rest of the flat. He followed up with emails and phone calls to make sure everything was okay.

Very satisfied with work and professionalism. Will always go to Ali for any plumbing related work. Highly recommended.

Very professional and got the job done. Also helped to sort out our radiator issue. Many thanks Ali.

Very satisfied thanks

Cannot recommend Ali highly enough. We had a boiler emergency late one night and called him based on the great reviews online - can honestly say we were not disappointed. He sorted the issue then showed us how to manage the pressure and temperature correctly on our boiler so that we wouldn't have the same problem again. We booked in a service a week later and to have a thermostat installed, both of of which was done quickly and at a great price.

Top Man Ali! Arrived within 4 hrs at our Nursery and replaced parts swiftly. Would recommend for boiler repairs.

Called Blueman out for a suspected leak in pipe behind our shower. Checked the pipe no leak, spent time explaining where the problem was coming from and how best to fix and gave me loads of information, very recomended.

I rang Ali for some advice regarding a my boiler and over the phone determined what was wrong. Ali offered up advice without charge and really did me a favour. Very thorough and helpful - thank you! Louise

I am very satisfied with Ali. He was very helpful and gave me tips on how to go about setting my boiler temperature. Would call him out again when needed.

Simply the best plumber I have come across so far. Very helpful and a true problem solver.

Great plumber, came out at short notice and fixed our issue efficiently. Thanks!

I would recommend 100%, , Blueman came to fix an emergency boiler breakdown over the Christmas period and I was absolutely delighted with the service. My boiler and radiators were back working again in the quickest time possible - efficient, professional and extremely thorough. A very happy customer.

Great service, great rates... Very nice professional fella...look no further for any plumbing services...

Ali came round late on friday evening to fix our broken boiler. He was calm and patient identifying the fault and fixing it, explaining each of his steps along the way. Highly recommended

Ali was very responsive, professional and efficient. Very pleased with the service and will use him again

Very disappointed. I wasn’t told until the job was completed that the taps were the wrong way round so now the hot is the cold etc. As my client is 90 yrs old I explained that this is a health and safety issue and can they come and fix it. My texts are now being ignored so no, I’m not at all happy. A professional would not do this ! I wasn’t asking it for free I was told it would be another £65 but like I say no response from Abi

Superb service, completed an emergency call out for me and was extremely prompt & efficient! Thanks Ali!

Absolutely superb service - highly recommended! I needed an emergency boiler repair on a Sunday night - Ali was there within the hour. Fast, friendly, incredibly knowledgable and reasonably priced. I look forward to doing business again in future!

Ali from Blueman plumbing and heating was very helpful ,helped me to fix my problem very quick.I have taken service from him more than year now. I would highly recommend him.

Ali came at short notice, rapidly diagnosed the fault. And returned the next day with the new part for our boiler. Very nice guy and well priced.

Ali was called at short notice to repair a broken u-bend and he came by first thing this morning and within minutes fixed the problem. He was an absolute delight and knew what to do with no further questions. S

We called Ali on a Sunday night after our boiler stopped working. Ali asked us a few questions about the problem and arranged to come over the following morning. He was fantastic, an absolute delight and got our boiler up and running in no time at all. He offered us some advice on how to ensure our boiler stays in good condition and even answered some follow up calls after the job was done to help keep our minds at rest. We would happily recommend Ali to anyone.

Quick response and extremely informative professional and friendly .

I called Ali in emergency as our boiler has broken down at the most inconvenient time. He came in the same day and fixed the issue. I'm very satisfied with his work and would highly recommend his service.

I called Ali after another person came see my boiler and disappeared without fixing it. Ali was helpful over the phone to try to narrow the problem down. He then came over at a convenient time for me and fixed the issue showing me every test and steps he was doing. He also provided advice of how to proceed next should the problem happen again. I was pleased with the service and the outcomes and would definitely use BLUEMAN again.

Our experience is entirely consistent with all the positive comments Ali has already received from other reviewers here. Ali was able to come out at short notice on a Sunday and very quickly diagnosed the issue with our boiler. He is clearly very professional and very good at his game. Also a nice bloke. Would definately recommend without hesitation.

Ali was very efficient, polite and informative. I called him at 7.30am with a problem and he was at my house by 9.30, he even called when he was 5 minutes away to let me know an eta. He got the job done quickly and neatly while informing me of what was happening throughout. Very happy with the service recieved

A great plumber who was able to solve a problem with my boiler, that other plumbers could not.

Very professional. Had plumbing emergency he responded late at night and was at the flat within one hour. Always kept me up to date. Did a thorough job including a couple of small tweaks that were extra for free. Highly recommended.

Contacted Ali to book in for a boiler check as we had woken up to no central heating. Ali was fulled booked until the evening but asked me over the phone what the problem was, I explained what the issue was and explained the set up we had installed. Couldn't believe after 8mins on the phone we managed to get the Central Heating back on. This man is a honest and fantastic guy and that I don't think there is many that would of stayed on the phone for just over 10 mins to help us get our heating sorted. Highly recommended and number saved for future call-outs if needed. Thank you very much Ali for ylur assistance and patience on the phone.

Top top guy - very honest and great to deal with, worked around us. Would highly recommend!

Came out and replaced broken thermostat on short-notice, and has always been very helpful when needed. Top guy. Highly recommended

Friendly and caring, great work and fair price too. We’ve been struggling to find a reliable local plumber, but now I think we will use BLUEMAN going forward!

Polite, professional and efficient service. Fixed the problem on first visit. Kept in contact on arrival time. Would recommend and use again.

Definitely recommend Blueman Plumbing & Heating! Very efficient, friendly, and helpful service. Sorted our gas pipe problem on a Sunday for a reasonable price. Went the extra mile to make sure we understand everything and tested that all is fine. Thank you, will call on again should we need.

Ali’s service was excellent and much appreciated. He took the time to give us advice over the phone late at night and then came quickly the next day to resolve the issue. He was very professional and trustworthy, we will definitely use his services again.

We had a little issue with our boiler. Instead of waiting for a call-out, he was able to instruct us perfectly over the phone on how to rectify the problem. Speedy solution, and would definitely recommend. Will be calling upon Blueman Plumbing & Heating again.

Called Ali as we had a bird stuck in our chimney flue behind our fixed gas fire. He Arrived within 40 minutes of our initial telephone conversation having Called 5 minutes before he arrived to confirm he was on his way. Ali was efficient, tidy, friendly and I cannot recommend him highly enough! I will be using Ali for all plumbing and heating jobs from now on!

I cannot recommend Ali too strongly. I had a mains leak behind fitted kitchen units, and was in a terrible state, but Ali arrived quickly and solved the problem, with minimal damage to the kitchen unit. I just need to dry everything out now, but Ali was superb.

Really nice and professional plumber. Did an emergent fix, sent Ali a photo of the leaking part of the boiler, he sourced a replacement part and came and fitted it a few hours later and also serviced the boiler. Great service, nice person, very tidy and reasonably priced.

I would highly recommend Blueman Plumbling & Heating. Ali is very friendly & I trust his advice. Excellent service!

Highly recommend ALi for his prompt and very helpful service .New gas cooker and pipe work fitted at short notice. Thanks again.

The phone was answered by a very friendly Ali. He rang back when he said he would and came round the house that afternoon and fixed the electrical problem we had. My elderly mother was at home while I was out and so Ali rang me when he arrivedoes and after he had completed the work. My mother thought Ali a very nice chap and was pleased with his service. He also advised on anew alternative service plan that may save us money. I would recommend Ali of Blueman to anybody requiring a Gas boiler engineer.

Excellent service. Have used blue man plumbing since 2014, two different boilers and have always been very satisfied. Would highly recommend.

I would recommend Ali from Blueman plumbing any day! I'm new to the Sutton area and it's always hard finding tradesmen you can trust, but I'm glad Ali from Blueman plumbing came to my rescue on a sunday when my radiator sprung a leak! He's a really intelligent, reliable, honest guy. I don't have a bad word to say about him. He's also great at life advice! Thank you so much Ali.

Friendly guy, knows what he's doing, gave me some good advice about nest thermostat. Very happy with the service and nest is a great piece of equipment.

Ali of Blue man Plumbing really helped me and my family fix a boiler problem on a bank holiday (30/5/2016). thanks a lot for your timely help.

When our boiler was switched off by Vaillant due to a faulty flue Ali was very quick to respond, rather than quote over the phone after I sent photos through and speaking to me Ali came round to the house to fully assess the problem. As the boiler was in the roof it involved a number of moving pieces including scaffolding and a roofer. Ali sourced all of these and in fact managed to complete the job without the scaffolding saving both time and money. The original quote was for three days work and Ali finished it in two and subsequently dropped his fee accordingly. He clearly knows what he's doing and has since come back to check the work after the boiler was back up and running for a week. I can't recommend him enough, his details have been stored for the next time.

Ali was super responsive, he helped our tenants immediately (on a Sunday) and kept us updated throughout. Would absolutely recommend Blueman Plumbing. We will be calling them if we have any other heating system problems in the future.

Ali is a very professional and experienced Boiler specialist. I am very happy with his work. I can trust him for his advice. I have absolutely no hesitation to recommend him for any boiler work.

Great 24 hour response, very professional and friendly over the phone.

It's amazing how Ali warmed up our house, even on Christmas Eve!!

Efficient, intelligent advice and approach. Friendly at all times, patient, dealing with the most stupid questions, keeping customer in the picture. Professional, always on time, always keeping in contact, a joy to work with, open to suggestions and going out of his way to relax and re-assure stressed out customers. Finishing work ( with thrown in extras) within time and budget. A very good plumber/ engineer you can trust. Highly recommended.
