I’m visiting my very elderly mom and last night the boiler packed up. I couldn’t get it to reset. I called a dozen emergency services and no one picked up or returned my calls. We found water spraying out of our garden tap, like a fountain at 5pm on a Saturday. (An hour before friends were due for dinner). We gently touched the brass tap and it literally fell off (snapped brass) leaving water gushing out horizontally across our garden. We don’t have an isolation switch so we had to turn our water off at the mains. I rang Ali and he asked to see photos, I immediately sent them over, he called back and said he would send someone over with the correct parts within 40 minutes. Ilyas arrived exactly 40 minutes later and replaced the tap. He was very polite and thorough and we were very grateful. Blueman Plumbing provided a very efficient service.

For the first time ever, we ended up having a burst pipe in our bathroom which quickly brought our house into a mini flood situation. Of course, it happened on Friday evening, the worst of possible times. Outstanding commitment and professional work done. Ali swapped our conventional boiler to a new combi boiler. Ali was prompt and responsive in answering all our questions regarding choosing the right boiler size, model etc. We had a problem with the gas meter and had to wait for a Cadent engineer to fix it, Ali stayed past 10PM (on a Saturday!) to ensure our new boiler was up and running in the end. I called on a Sunday, Ali was very professional and helped me throughout the process without charging me one penny. He saved the day and saved me a huge bill. Earlier in the day I called another plumber, Jay, who came charged me £132 and did not fix the problem and told me that he will have to come back the next day as a new part was needed. A couple of hours later I got a call from Jay's office breakdown for the repair plus part just shy of £500!!! Outrageous.... Called Ali who asked me to send him a picture and recommended me some websites. Next day I called a supplier, picked up the part plus silicone: total cost for the part £29! Fixed up the toilet myself and called Jay's office to put a complain for a:) being rude and aggressive on the day, b:) wanting to charge me ridiculous money.... 10 minutes later got a call back from his manager who apologised and proposed a refund of the £132 I was charged on the Sunday call. Another excellent experience. We commissioned Ali at Blueman to replace our Pulsacoil hot water system. Not many plumbers specialise in these systems but Ali knew exactly what he was doing and was able to advise quickly. I have to say Ali is worth everyone of the stars he has attained from his customers. We had a problematic discontinued Keston Qudos boiler and Ali made time to see us at short notice, and also offered to help talk us through a temporary fix late in the evening. Diamond geezer. In terms of fixing the issue, he managed to source a quality second hand electrical board which will see us good until we get a replacement next year - we will go Blueman all the way. Our neighbour paid almost three times as much for the same work using a new board.... recommend without hesitation

Ali is a real professional. I needed to change my old boiler to a combi one. That entailed a lot of really hard, meticulous work, removing the 2 water tanks and the old boiler, realign pipes and installing the combi boiler with the wireless thermostat controller. He and his staff were very prompt, clean and tidy. Not only that, but he also installed new bathroom basin tap mixer, gas shower raiser kit (both were not planned/agreed on previously) and shattaf. He helped me to apply to get a 10 year warranty for the boiler, left his mobile number to contact him anytime needed, and stressed to call him when the winter arrives to help and check with central heating thermostat settings. His charges are very reasonable compared to other quotes and he didn’t charge more for the extra work I asked him for. I really cannot thank him enough and I highly recommend him.

Highly recommended. Ali is a nice guy who is polite, prompt and professional. We urgently needed him late at night on a weekend with a ceiling leak from a flat above. He arrived only half an hour after the initial call and stayed for nearly 2 hours doing everything in his power to locate the source of the leak by visiting the tenants above and conducting a thorough search. He gave us the advice and reassurance we needed to move on to the next stage of getting this problem sorted with landlords and building management companies and left us with working lights for the rest of the flat. He followed up with emails and phone calls to make sure everything was okay.

Cannot recommend Ali highly enough. We had a boiler emergency late one night and called him based on the great reviews online - can honestly say we were not disappointed. He sorted the issue then showed us how to manage the pressure and temperature correctly on our boiler so that we wouldn't have the same problem again. We booked in a service a week later and to have a thermostat installed, both of of which was done quickly and at a great price.

Contacted Ali to book in for a boiler check as we had woken up to no central heating. Ali was fulled booked until the evening but asked me over the phone what the problem was, I explained what the issue was and explained the set up we had installed. Couldn't believe after 8mins on the phone we managed to get the Central Heating back on. I cannot recommend Ali too strongly. I had a mains leak behind fitted kitchen units, and was in a terrible state, but Ali arrived quickly and solved the problem, with minimal damage to the kitchen unit. I just need to dry everything out now, but Ali was superb.

When our boiler was switched off by Vaillant due to a faulty flue Ali was very quick to respond, rather than quote over the phone after I sent photos through and speaking to me Ali came round to the house to fully assess the problem. As the boiler was in the roof it involved a number of moving pieces including scaffolding and a roofer. Ali sourced all of these and in fact managed to complete the job without the scaffolding saving both time and money. The original quote was for three days work and Ali finished it in two and subsequently dropped his fee accordingly. He clearly knows what he's doing and has since come back to check the work after the boiler was back up and running for a week. I can't recommend him enough, his details have been stored for the next time.
