I am extremely disappointed with the work carried out by GK Gas Ltd, specifically the builder Billy (Gurdev), who was contracted to complete a full K-render on my property. From start to finish, the standard of workmanship was completely unacceptable and fell far below what any reasonable customer would expect. The job was carried out poorly, with clear signs of negligence, lack of care, and the use of unskilled labour. Some of the major issues include: • No window ledges were installed, meaning water now sits on the rendered walls instead of draining away properly, which will likely cause long-term damage. • My driveway, as well as my neighbour’s, was left in a terrible condition due to a complete lack of proper covering. Paint/render has been splashed across both properties. • Several windows no longer open due to the render being applied incorrectly, which is not only inconvenient but also a serious fire safety hazard. • The render around certain areas was not cut properly, again raising safety concerns. • Holes were left in my front porch, showing a complete lack of finishing and attention to detail. • The wrong insulation materials were installed, which is completely unacceptable given the importance of correct materials in this type of work. • As a direct result of the poor insulation and substandard installation, we are now experiencing mould within the property, which is a serious health concern. • It is clear that unskilled workers were used, as the quality of the finish and overall execution is extremely poor. Due to the severity of these issues, I had no choice but to hire another builder at additional cost to rectify the problems caused by Billy and his team. I have photographic evidence of all the above defects and would strongly advise anyone considering this company to think twice before proceeding. The experience has been stressful, costly, and entirely avoidable had the work been carried out professionally. I would not recommend GK Gas Ltd or Billy (Gurdev) under any circumstances.

Very professional! My boiler stopped working, called up booked an appointment. Turned up on time worked his magic. Checked everything was working properly did some maintenance work and then guided/advised me on how to make things better. Gave me a call after a few days to check how everything was. Absolute pleasure never thought this could be this easy!

My boiler broke down, called Billy to assess, he gave me different possible options. There was little life left in my combi so I went for new installation instead of whipping the dead horse. Billy sourced a new one for me with discount from the supplier. I thoroughly researched, it was cheaper than elsewhere and he then installed it the following day - thankfully, as it was very much needed in my current situation. Billy did a very tidy job, was very professional and explained everything very clearly. I had to go somewhere so left the house to him, when returned the installation was complete and the place was left clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends and of course for the annual service Billy is already booked. I must say Billy is a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and an honest professional.

We are very pleased with the service and quality of the work. Installation of under floor heating on the ground floor, whole new wiring in the house, outside fixtures, lighting fixtures in the whole house was done in a very professional manner.
