Arborist Tree Care Ltd

Top service as always from Arborist Tree Care. Andy and the team have worked on our trees three times over the years. Every time, from quote to complete job, the service is professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and they leave the site tidy. Definitely recommended.

Andy and the team were brilliant, the quote was very reasonable, the advice was knowledgable and they fitted us in quickly. The team worked through a stormy afternoon and quickly completed felling two small trees and lifting the crown on another as discussed. They took everything away and left us with a very tidy garden. Highly recommend.

Great company, delivered loads of wood for my stove. Air dried, not kiln dried but burns exactly the same and waaaay cheaper. Will be using for my next delivery for sure!! Flexible with delivery times too

Excellent , friendly service , the team take pride in their work. The trees are fabulously sculpted.

I had a problem tree which was very hard to get to, I loved it but my neighbour hated it 😆. I got a few quotes and had decided that unfortunately I would have to take it down as it appeared that it was going to be too pricey to reduce it. Then Andy from Arborist Tree Company came. Andy was brilliant, he was kind and knowledgeable and we discussed a way to keep my tree whilst making it acceptable for my neighbour too. The quote was very reasonable and Andy did a fantastic job, the tree looks great, Andy took all the mess away you wouldn’t have known he had been. Highly recommended.

The service beforehand and the work done on the day by Andy and Heddron was first rate. A thoroughly professional team.

Five small trees needed trimming and shaping. This was done neatly and the trimmings were cleared up and taken away.

Came when they said they would and did a good job. Cleared up all the all the branches and left the garden tidy, very competitively priced.

Andy did a fantastic job - brilliant advice and a thoughtful approach. Arborist were also able to be flexible around our house renovation work deadlines which was much appreciated. His attention to detail was first class.

Great service. Very flexible on delivery times and extremely helpful when delivering. Logs, as always are fine - good selection of sizes and shapes. Very generous on quantity

Professional and competent

Efficient, knowledgeable and all the work was completed as per the quote.

Very impressed by all aspects of the recent work undertaken - from the actual booking process to the work itself. Friendly, professional and certainly value for money. The clean-up after the tree work was impeccable - you wouldn't realise any work had actually been done. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with the service - Andy squeezed us in at short notice and did an excellent job. Highly recommend.

Brilliant company, would highly recommend Andy for any tree work. He advised us on what needed to be done whilst still maintaining a nice shape to our trees. Andy and his team arrived as planned, work hard all day and cleared everything up after. They were extra kind and chatted to my children, showing them how they climbed the trees which they loved and generally were just really friendly.

Turned up on time, worked hard all day, did exactly what was agreed and left everything neat and tidy. I would highly recommend Arborist Tree Care

Although I had to wait for the delivery of woodchip I was kept well informed of a possible date. The delivery was made as planned and time taken to put it where it was needed.Help was given to estimate the quantity needed, rather too much as it happens but I think it will be OK when it’s bedded down particularly if end boards are added. A friendly helpful service at a reasonable price. I wouldn’t hesitate to you them again.

As always excellent service. Great expertise. Quick and efficient. Pleasant staff. Our 3rd tree now and wouldn't employ anyone else.

The team did a great job - from providing initial advice, communicating with the council (I live in a conservation area), to trimming the very tall tree and tidying up afterwards!

An excellent company. Professional, knowledgeable and reliable. Did a great job reducing my overgrown leylandii whilst still keeping the shape and natural look. Worked hard all day and cleared everything away.Highly recommend and would definitely use again. Thank you!

Very professional approach. Knowledgeable and pleasant staff who did an excellent job.Have used them a couple of times in the last few years and will do so again in future.

Had a load of wood chip delivered. Great service - quick and just as described.

Skilled technicians re-shaped our beech tree at a fair price

Excellent job tree looks brilliant. Good communication and everything left really neat afterwards

Everything was good!

A big tree from our garden came down in Storm Darragh and landed on our neighbour’s shed. Arborist Tree Care were very quick to respond, came out the same day, gave me a quote and completed the work before Christmas. Quick, efficient and polite staff.

Excellent work and service at four properties on Carr Road last month. Everyone felt that their questions were fully answered and were therefore confident that the work would be carried out efficiently. The schedule and use of two teams was able to minimise any disruption on the road and pavement and the sites were left in a very tidy state. Photos show work on the lime tree and cherry trees at our property and we were very please with the pollarding and crown reductions carried out by Eve, Alfie & Matt. Thank you, Chris Reece

A professional job done with good communication throughout. Thank you

Knowledgable and efficient pruning of trees. I'll only ever ask this company to come back now.

Simply the best! The team obviously love what they do - and love the environment too.

Great logs and great service!

Delivery of great quality logs was done in a friendly and helpful way. Recommended.

We have again had a very positive experience with Arborist's professional and knowledgeable service.

Arborist Tree Care recently did extensive tree work in my front and back gardens. A team of three worked for a day and a half and did an excellent job. They tidied up and I am very satisfied with the quality and speed of their work at a reasonable cost. First class.

This is the second time we have used Arborist. Eve and Matt did a really efficient job and were pleasant to have around. The work involved removing branches by carrying through next door’s garden. They left both our garden and next door’s extremely tidy. Our beech tree looks great and the price for the work was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend Arborist Tree Care.

I can recommend Arborist Tree Care based on several years use of their services. Very reliable and professional company. Quotes provided, advice given and never been let down. Friendly, hard working and competent team with all debris cleared away.

Excellent service at a competative price, team were really friendly and helpful, and did a great job.

Excellent, friendly and professional service - Thank you!

Very polite workers who did a good job. Very professional service.

Andy from Arborist provided a very detailed quote for the extensive tree work we needed. A date was arranged and as always the team arrived as planned and worked tirelessly to address all the issues. Huge trees were reduced and old trees and branches towards public highways were removed. Great attention to detail and all members of the teams worked extremely hard until all the work was completed. All members of the teams were friendly and a pleasure to have around. The amount charged was exactly as quoted and there were no hidden extras. A very professional and quality service. Whenever we need any tree work undertaking Arborist are always our ‘go to’ experts. Well done everyone👌

Excellent company. They did a brilliant job, it was left very clean and tidy. The communication with us was very good. Highly recommended.

Prompt survey. Great office staff who booked me in. I thought the price was very reasonable for the work required. The two guys who came to cut the trees were very professional and gave respect to my property. Didn’t hang about and sorted the job in a couple of hours. Highly recommend them and will definitely use again when required.

Great service and really friendly and responsive. Will definitely be back in future. Thank you!

Matt and Eve from the Arborist team worked incredibly hard to cut down a big shrub and 3 overgrown Leylandii trees from my garden. They worked efficiently all day and one processed the waste branches through the chipper while the other was using the chainsaw. They tidied-up brilliantly and before leaving used a leaf-blower to clean away any leaves and small bits. They did an excellent job

Really like this company. They are well organized, reasonably priced, offer great advice and the work has been completed to my satisfaction on both occasions. The trees are the best they have ever been and I wouldn’t chose any other.

Absolutely wonderul job, arrived on time, finished before they said they would. The tidy up job they did after the tree came down was superb - even our neighbours commented on how clean things were! Highly recommend.

Great team. Knowledgeable, skilled and work well with neighbours. Clean up spot on. Would thoroughly reccommend.

Fantastic team. Polite, professional and tidy up after themselves once complete. Couldn't fault them. Trees look amazing and will hopefully last another 150 years.

Excellent and friendly service, looking forward to another visit in December

Prompt Service from initial contact, quote and carrying out of work. Trees dealt with sympathetically to enhance natural form whilst controlling overgrowth. A tree service I have confidence in using and recommending.

Good service

Just had Andy and his team come and tackle our long beech hedge whilst they also doing work for the neighbours. The team were well mannered and polite, efficient, and did a very good job with the hedge and cleaning up after themselves. One daunting job that I do not have to worry about before winter. Will definitely be using their services again.

Andy and the team were excellent when a tree fell on our house and car. They were responsive, tidy, efficient and all at a sensible price. Thank you!

Excellent team. Great work!

Five star service from the team at Arborist Tree Care, as always. Arrived nice and early, did a tricky job in gruelling heat and cleared up well afterwards. Many thanks!

Another great job completed. I appreciate the love these guys have for trees - you might think that all they do is fell them - but Andy Harvey has always given great advice on how to preserve them and create an optimal environment to help them thrive. They have a healthy balance of preserving where possible but also making way for the next generation of trees. Highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Arborists Tree Care, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They were hired to help us with cutting back branches and trees around our business which is located in a conservation area, and they went above and beyond to ensure the process was handled professionally and efficiently. One of the things that impressed me the most was the way they worked with the council and tree officers to obtain the necessary permissions to carry out the work. This was not an easy task, but they handled it with ease, and the work was completed in a timely and efficient manner. The team at Arborists Tree Care were incredibly knowledgeable, skilled and frendly, and they took great care in ensuring that the trees and surrounding areas were treated with the utmost respect. They were also very respectful of our business and the impact that the work might have on our customers, and they worked hard to ensure that the disruption was kept to a minimum. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the service provided by Arborists Tree Care. They were professional, efficient, and knowledgeable, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of tree care services. If you're looking for a team of experts to help you with your tree care needs, Arborists Tree Care is the way to go.

Arbourist Treecare carried out pruning and shaping of a large tree n my garden. On quoting they listened to what the issues were and provided good advice about how to best prune the tree. In carrying out the work the were personable and professional and did exactly what they said they would. They left the site and the driveway clean (despite it getting dark at this point)! The price was fair and they were great to deal with, accommodating my slightly complicated request about what days the work could be done without any issues.

Great service. I used this firm in 2018 and again in December 2022. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable tree surgeons.

Really good, efficient work by lovely people.

Knowledgeable polite and friendly arborists who care about trees. Possibly not the cheapest but worth paying for their very professional and skilful work. The team gave advice on the health of 2 mature ash trees and reduced the canopies of the ash trees and a laburnum by 30% to reduce wind stress and keep them as healthy and safe as possible for the next years. The trees are now an attractive shape and to my surprise don't look stark despite the lack of leaves. The team cleared up quickly and efficiently and left me a pile of logs as requested. Would use them again, thanks Andy and team.

We have used Arborist Tree Care Ltd for several years to trim Leylandii at the top of our garden. Their work is of the highest quality, and they take away every last cutting. I cannot recommend them too highly!

Andy came and quoted for the work as requested and discussed the options with us. The work was scheduled and carried out very efficiently and the site left tidy. This was an excellent job well done. Thanks

Arborist Tree Care reduced height and canopy of two trees in our garden. A very tall spruce was reduced in height and great care was taken to retain the tapering shape. Another tree had crown thinning. The arborist team were professional, considerate and tidied up thoroughly when they had finished the work. They were very good and we would use them again.

The team were polite and friendly. They did a wonderful job sympathetically cutting back our unruly trees keeping their shape and bringing light into the garden. They cleared up thoroughly. we would highly recommend their work. Thankyou.

Excellent service, well priced and a warm and friendly team

Great communication Logs delivered on time Generous amount of logs for what I ordered Good quality logs

Just had our annual tree care session with the Arborist team. As ever, the guys arrived nice and early, were super cheerful (despite the occasional heavy downpours), did a very professional job and worked really hard to get everything finished and tidied up. Very happy with the service and will be booking again next year.

Always first class work very attentive to your needs great team…

Provided a comprehensive quote, understood what was required. Trees look fantastic. Sorted Tree preservation work. The guys we had were so hard working, professional, tidy, what a amazingly physical job they do. Thank you

A1 service from start to finish.

Great service, very professional

Good customer service and good tidy job at reasonable price thanks

Very professional, prompt replies by email. Done and dusted so quickly from a quote to the job completed. They have done such a clean and tidy job. Would definitely recommend!

Great service, very efficient

Very professional service. Visited and provided a very detailed quotation. On the day of the work being undertaken they spent time talking through what would be done. Garden was left in very goon condition after once work was complete.

Arborist Workers were a joy to have working for us. They did all they were asked. Top Firm.

Really professional service, the office staff were really helpful and organised and the tree surgeons did a beautiful job.

Very friendly and professional service with really efficient email communication as well. A bit more expensive than other options but well worth it in my opinion as their advice was great, work was well done and clean up was impeccable.

Brilliant work by Arborist tree care. They worked hard all day to complete the work and left garden nice and tidy despite finishing in the dark.

Great advice from Andy, excellent service from Phil and Richard - efficient, thoughtful, clean, tidy, timely - would highly recommend this professional company. An all round first class experience.

Arborist Tree Care trimmed some trees in our front garden. Andy who came to quote had a wealth of knowledge to know what was best to do with what we wanted to achieve. The team that did the work were friendly and professional and left nothing behind. 👍

We were delighted with our tree work by Arborist Tree Care. The trees were left well shaped and the three guys were very knowledgeable and polite. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Excellent all round service as ever from the first contact with admin/management team to the skilled/ knowledgable/enthusiastic team on the job itself through to the final admin. Highly recommendable. Keep up the good work.

Very happy with the service received , excellent standard of work , would recommend to anyone.

Brilliant service all round from the office staff to the guys doing the work. The weather wasn't exactly great, but they did an excellent job and even helped clear a neighbours tree that had fallen into my garden. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

We are very happy with the work on our trees which was carried out exactly as discussed. We would highly recommend this professional and friendly team.

Great delivery, customer service and logs. Can’t go wrong!

They did a great job on our large silver birch tree, trimmed the crown by 1/3, and thinned out a lot to allow more light into the living room. They were polite, arrived on time and cleared all the branches and twigs after. The tree looks great.

A fantastic experience using this company. We had several tree surgeons provide quotes. Andy from Arborist was the most thorough and detailed in the breakdown of cost for the various aspects of this large job ( Taking down 21 large / dead Leylandii, chipping and removal, stump grinding out the roots. Reducing the remaining large row of healthy trees etc). The team who completed the work were professional and friendly. The equipment that they used was very impressive - massive chipping machine and tracked stump grinder easily coped with the task. The whole crew were efficient and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Arborist Tree Care provided us with an excellent professional service from start to finish. Contact was easy and reliable, appointments and timing were all spot on and the work itself was completed to a very high standard including an impeccable clean up after the work was done.

We had to wait a while after booking the job, but it was very much worth it! Arborist came to prune back a pear tree, remove two trees that were overcrowding a space and cut back an overgrown shrub. They arrived on the day they said they would and on time. The two tree surgeons were professional, polite and cheerful despite the terrible weather. They worked very hard and had everything done in a few hours. The pear tree is now a lovely shape and looks a lot healthier. They also left the garden, driveway and road amazingly tidy. Thank you for a brilliant job!

I've used Arborist tree care on several occasions and have been impressed by the service every time. Andy and the team know what they are talking about and give good advice - often doing themselves out of work by honestly stating the facts. Their prices are reasonable, they turn up on time, do what they say they will do and clear up afterwards. All in all very trustworthy and efficient.

Fantastic team, very friendly and explained exactly what they were doing. Cut down my the trees to exactly the height I required, and removed all waste in full. Approachable and very professional, and also provided the best price by quotation for the work out of 5 organizations approached. 10 out of 10, highly recommended.

Brilliant - great logs, delivered promptly and carefully. Lovely service, highly recommended, thank you!

I met Andy Harvey a few years ago when looking for some tree surgery, I compared his quotes with 'gardeners' his quote was favourable so decided to go with the specialist. I have never regretted it. I no longer compare quotes as I know I am getting really good work. The men that come are always polite, tidy and efficient. It doesn't matter if you are just like me an amateur gardener or a professional one their work is just as good. They have already worked for me twice this year and I will soon be employing them again.

Tree related services of a high class level

Great service and very polite and friendly over the phone. The logs we ordered came as described and when expected. Thanks!

Excellent service. Helpful advice and very professional.

Great service. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful in advising what works would be necessary to preserve and maintain our tree

Really impressed with the service. The quote was lower than expected and no issues with us changing our minds/ reducing the amount of work we wanted done. Guys who came round were friendly and quick, and cleaned up well after themselves.

This is the second time we had work done on our trees in the garden. We found everyone to be courteous, professional and helpful and they did a great job. When they were delayed from a previous job, they kept us informed so we knew exactly when they were coming. Very happy with the whole team and their work.

A really good experience. From the initial visit to removing the stumps I was kept informed. the men who did the assessment and carried out the work were friendly, helpful and careful, and did a great job for what I thought was a fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

A really friendly firm who did an excellent job. Would not hesitate to use them again.

We had extensive work done with tree removals and hedge and trees trimmed. Arborist Tree Card were professional, knowledge and courteous throughout the entire process. Pre visit consultation, tree preservation applications, quality of work and help from the office team were all excellent. Would highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend this company. They understand how to manage our tree heritage and care for the environment.

Excellent professional job as always. Did exactly as agreed to a very high standard. Cleared everything up immaculately.

This company was excellent! Actually did what they said they would which seems to be rare these days. They cleaned up well and our tree looks amazing! Would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future!

Fantastic service from the ATC team. Got through a huge amount of work in a day and all the debris was removed too. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

We were really impressed with the level of service we received. The work was done despite snow with great attention to detail and excellent tidying up afterwards!

Great work by the guys, totally professional service from the start. we are really satisfied with the work done.

Excellent work carried out efficiently and courteously. Cleared up after themselves. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service, friendly, knowledgable, efficient. Great logs and lovely to deal with. Highly recommended.

Highly professional service and good value for money

Extremely professional and great work ...very happy and would use again.

Very pleased with the service we received. After our initial enquiry, we were contacted quickly and Dave, who came to quote, was knowledgeable and helpful. We felt the price quoted was good. The lads who did the job for us worked hard and cleared up well. I would recommend Arborist Tree Care.

Won't use this company again. We had them a few days ago for trimming our tree. We were told that they will raise the crown by chopping the lower branches but they didn't. When asked, the guy said that his boss never mentioned that. It was in the quotation but the guy refused to do it and we had to pay hundreds of pounds for just removing few leaves and tiny branches from the tree. So, not happy. Never again!

We have purchased logs from Aroborist Tree Care on 3 occasions in the last 2 years, delivered on time in a big builders bag to our house. Good quality logs, various tree types from their felling side, but all burn fine. We recently had our annual sweep, and the guy commented that the small quantity of fine, powdery ash indicated that we had used 'very good' quality fuel, well seasoned. We're pleased about that; corroded flues are expensive to replace! So here's to the next load in the Autumn! Lewis (Broomhill - Sheffield)

Arborist Tree Care did some work for us a few years ago so I contacted them again. The guys are knowledgeable, professional and efficient, cleaned the garden after their work, answered the questions we had, worked safely and without disruption to my neighbours. Such a great company. Will definitely use them again. Thanks Dave & Team

I had Arborist Tree care round my house to remove a large tree, they came round to give a no obligation quote, very reasonable price, efficient, and left my garden without any trace of the tree ever being there. I cannot recommend enough. Very friendly and professional service and would not hesitate to use them again.

We asked Arborist to pollard 59 lime trees on our estate and we could not have asked for a more professional, efficient or value for money job. The team fulfilled their schedule but were flexible - an important factor in ensuring that the work was carried out with residents' safety and security in mind.. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellent service. Prompt and reasonable.

They were excellent from the first contact to the final invoice. Flexible, polite and professional, they removed a tall holly from a difficult location without damaging any of the shrubs and plants (or fencing) - and left no mess. I'll certainly be using them for any future work.

Great to deal with, Knowledgeable and Professional. Thanks again for a great job to all the team.

Great team of guys. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Removed a very large leylandii efficiently and safely and left our garden tidier than it was before!
