Wasn’t going to bother writing a review but had so many text message prompts to (automated I assume) that I’ve decided to. Firstly didn’t show up on the Sunday I booked and no apology given when I called to ask where they were, just said they’d had trouble with their machinery and weren’t going to be able to make it for another 4 hours - really bad phone manner too as he was having a simultaneous conversation with his employee. Then agreed he would come back the next day and he was 2 hours late and declined every call when I tried to ask for an update. I ended up cancelling the appointment and requested a deposit refund but since they arrived anyway, were very apologetic and offered a good discount I thought I’d give them a chance. My grass was extremely overgrown so l expected a brown lawn but was not expecting the amount of dead grass that was left on top of the grass and how uneven it was cut. To make matters worse they had no bags with them to had to use my mini bin liners to collect the waste and charged half the service cost to remove them. Since they came a day late, the bags now have to sit decomposing in my garden for another week and a half. I understand everyone has off days and this may have been one of them but when you're running a service-based business simple communication goes a long way and professionalism is essential. If they had come late and done a good job I wouldn't even be writing this but they didn't and clearly thought I was a mug. Looking at how many 5 star reviews they’ve had in the last 24 hours clearly something weird about this business.

CleanCuts Lawn Kings delivered an excellent service from start to finish. Our cherry blossom tree needed a careful prune, including some larger branches. Max and Chris handled it with real expertise. They shaped the tree beautifully just as we hoped and cleared all garden waste too. After being impressed with the quality of work we asked Max to tackle more of the garden. They cleared the long grass and moss from all the beds, removed ivy from the fence, cut back brambles and gave both front and back lawns a clean professional cut with sharp edging. The results were amazing! Highly impressed and would definitely recommend Max.

Cleancuts lawn kings did such an amazing job on our garden. As you can see from our before picture it was a proper state but it was transformed and looks good as new. The service was unbelievable. I called Max to look at a very overgrown garden. Overgrowth was as high as first storey of house with thick brambles. Max was very calm professional and thorough in addressing the issue. The job took around 3hrs to complete and the garden was left in excellent condition and Max cleaned up nicely after himself. The price was reasonable given the task seemed impossible. I would 100% not hesitate to recommend Max. Give him a try. I will definitely use him again.

I hired CleanCuts Lawn Kings for a lawn cutting job, and it was a total disaster. First off, their level of professionalism was nonexistent. The guy didn't even bother to come view the property before giving me a quote. Instead, he relied on a video I sent him, which he promptly ignored once he started the job. Not only did he show up late, but he also had the audacity to call me mid-job and demand more money for what should have been a straightforward task. To make matters worse, his equipment broke because he didn't bother to check the garden for metal objects beforehand. Apparently, it's my responsibility to do his job for him, despite paying him for a supposedly professional service. As if that wasn't bad enough, I later found out that he quoted my sister, who has a larger garden across the road, less money for a more extensive job. Talk about unfair pricing! Save yourself the headache and steer clear of CleanCuts Lawn Kings. They're unprofessional, overpriced, and their work is subpar at best.
