We had our garden landscaped a couple of years ago. The service was good, however it was pushed on us that we should have fake rather than proper grass (which we really wanted) as it was deemed too difficult to put down proper grass. However the fake grass that was laid was put down at an angle from the patio to the house and looked really ugly against our flower bed with the strange angle which had tiles against it so we’ve had to cover this ugly angle up with pots. When my wife enquired about this angle and why it was done this way, Konstantin was condescending and just said to her “you’ll learn to love it”. We’ve managed to make this work by covering it all up but we were not happy with the final result. We weren’t even consulted about the angle before it was installed and you would expect a landscaper to ask you whether you want something like this before doing it considering how ugly it is and how much we paid.

Faultless! We had our garden revamped. Konstantin and his team were excellent throughout the process. Communication was great, pricing was reasonable and the work was done efficiently and to a high standard. Would definitey recommend and I'm sure we'll use again at some point.

My experience with Green At Home is very positive. They did a great job on my new (and neglected) front garden, and it now looks much better and is ready for some spring flowers to be planted. Good comunication and quick to finish the work.

We recently moved into a house with a very large garden at SE9. The garden had been largely unattrnded for a few yesrs. Weccontracted Green at Home to clear out the overgrown parts and restore ir. Konstantin and his team if three undertook the task with a passion and working very hard over the long Easter weekend accomplished the task most efficiently! They were extremely hard working, not stopping for 8 hour days. They were also great at cleaning out and disposing of all garden waste and leaving everything in great order at the end of each day. Our garden has been transformed!

Responsible for managing an industrial estate in Stratford. Instructed Garden At Home Ltd based upon reviews off Google. Wanted to use a local company. Contacted Konstantin earlier in the week who arranged to visit the same day. Discussed requirements over the telephone but essentially the grounds maintenance of an industrial estate yard which had become overgrown with weeds, strewn with rubbish and waste. Price agreed and arranged to attend the following day. Work carried out to a very high standard and extremely pleased. Recommend and will definitely use the company again. Thank you. I feel stung by my experience with this company - hired on the basis of all the positive Google reviews here. Konstantin arrived with 3 men and they were approximately 2 hours (clearing overgrown weeds and brambles from side return, laying down a plastic sheet on the ground and putting pebbles on top to prevent regrowth). The cost was £1,700 (approx 2 hours work by 4 guys) I’d paid £200 deposit. As he left, Konstantin told me to transfer balance immediately before he drove away. This was a complete surprise - he’d not mentioned immediate payment as a payment term. I felt intimidated being told to transfer then and there (I wasn’t able to make the transfer till the afternoon). I regret hiring this company.

These guys are by far the best in the business. Did an amazing job with my garden and in a very short time period. Konstantin is phenomenal and just an honest, trustworthy guy that is super detail oriented. Will use again in the future for sure!!!!

It hadn’t been maintained in many years and was very overgrown, they cleared the overgrowth, got rid of the weeds, pruned our plants and planted new ones, and added more gravel to fill in gaps. Konstantin and his team were great, from first contact to completion was incredibly fast. They completed a garden makeover in 4 days, including removing slabs, decking, turf, creation of plant borders, shed base, change of fence panels on one side and evened out the slope of the garden. Konstantin's team dug out and removed astroturf and the hardcore-based material it had been laid on and replaced with new turf. They also cleared a good deal of vegetation encroaching on the lawn area. After a couple of weeks, the grass is growing well and appears well established.

Fantastic service from Green At Home. My garden had been completely ruined during renovation/construction on the house, and they turned it from a total disaster area to a beautiful lawn and beds in just 3 days. I couldn’t be more pleased with the work these guys have done. The Green at Home team are hard working, very professional and overall very nice people. I needed my back garden to be turfed and needed it quickly, after only a few days of contacting them, they were available and have completed the job in one day, laying really good quality turf and making my garden look alive again. Konstantin and his team removed our crumbling old shed which was taking up way too much of our garden space. In its place, they put in some smart looking decking and fencing, with a built-in planting bed. This has transformed our garden, opening up much more of the space, into something that will be lovely (once we add some plants!). The team were professional and courteous throughout, taking care when bringing materials and equipment through our home and removing the sections of the old shed. We also appreciated Konstantin's advice, listening to our ideas and then talking us through the options and what we needed to consider. The team were also happy to listen to our questions, explain what they were doing and why, and be responsive to us to give satisfaction. The work was also fitted in to their schedule at short notice which helped us meet a tricky deadline. We would recommend Green At Home to our friends and neighbours and will be using their services again for the next phase of our garden project.

And it is the second time I have been completely delighted with the professional, efficient and friendly service. Today in no time at all they tackled a very difficult job tidying up ivy on a substantial part of my house and garden. Removing a vast amount of cuttings and leaving the place spotless behind themselves. Konstantin has a talented team all with an extremely high work ethic and great sense of humour; they are excellent value for money to boot. Today I had my very overgrown and cluttered garden cleared of mostly brambles, tall grass and a large sapling. The three guys that turned up this morning worked liked trojans to clear the garden out. Micheal who led the team was courteous and professional and worked with the others to return my garden to something more manageable. They also pruned a large 8 foot + high privet hedge, which one of the guys took down in record time leaving a tidy and far more presentable front garden once they had cleared all the weeds from the patio. I can only recommend Konstantin and his very hardworking team. They took all the garden waste away with them leaving everything clean and tidy. Highly Recommended (5 stars)

We contacted Konstantin on a Monday regarding an overgrown tree in our neighbor's adjacent property which had begun tilting precariously into our garden and leaning onto our shed/office. He responded on Tuesday, sent one of his team to do a site visit on Thursday, and scheduled the work for the following Tuesday. His two-person team showed up on time, laid out mats throughout our flat to keep the floor clean as they brought in equipment and took out garden waste (which they hoovered up before they left), and maintained a minimum two-meter distance between themselves and us to accommodate social distancing. Halfway through the work they realized that part of the branch network had grown around a previously unnoticed metal pole, which they then had to saw through using a hand-held hacksaw. Despite this hurdle, they still finished the work 15 minutes ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Konstantin and his team for their timeliness, work ethic and quality, customer service, and pricing. We are looking forward to working with them again to do some replanting in our garden.

The team at Green At Home did an incredibly quick and efficient clearance of my garden, with a friendly and professional manner. Definitely will be using their services again.

Konstantin and his team did a fantastic job clearing and tidying up our garden as well as re-gravelling our drive-way. Very courteous, prompt and reliable. Both jobs were carried out very professionally within less than a day and the place was left spotless.

We got a quote for them to do some fencing and turf our lawn. They completed the fencing but cut one of the fence panels in the wrong direction. We have now been unable to get them to complete the turfing. First they asked for a deposit to pay for the turf and have now asked for complete payment before they would book in the job which we were uncomfortable with given the difficulty we have had with the initial fencing and then getting them booked in. When they did the fencing they asked for payment immediately on the day before we had a chance to view the job as we were at work. We said we would pay the next morning when we had a look which Konstantino said was ok. The next morning he called quite aggressively asking for payment. We sent payment that morning despite concerns about the fencing but since have been unable to get them to complete the job (2 months down the line). They have still not been back to fix the fencing panel that they fitted incorrectly.

I initially chose Green at Home because they charged less for regular maintenance than other gardening services in the area. They were also prepared to do 3-weekly visits, still at a low price, instead of 2-weekly visits. The team have done a great job in keeping our gardens neat and tidy. When I leave instructions on what I want done during their visit, they carry them out in full, but I can also trust them to do what's needed without my guidance. We live in a terrace house so the only access to the back garden is through the house. The guys always take off their shoes to keep my house clean. Konstantin, who runs the business, is very friendly and helpful and does his best to fit in visits around my schedule.

My name is dee my mums garden was in a big mess and i called a garden guy called jc gardening is an irish guy was collected money from us and run away after leaving my mums garden in a big mess and all rubbish left in the front of the house. I went online to look for a new gardener and found konstantine who came to the house measured the garden and gave us a quote immediately. I contacted Konstantin for a quote on Friday and by Saturday he was working in the garden to lay out new beautiful lawn and cut our bushes. He and his colleagues' work was efficient, clean and showed attention to detail. He took the time to set me up with a working hose and gave me detailed instructions about lawn care. Konstantin has been very responsive and helpful when I have contacted him for additional information. The lawn has grown and looks lush. We are very pleased with the work. Konstantin and team did an excellent job on our garden in Leyton. I'd spoken to a few other local landscapers, gardeners and tree surgeons who'd put leaflets through my letterbox (those who replied to calls, that is), and after some web searches, Green at Home looked reliable, and they were. I got a call back the same day I contacted them, and a visit arranged shortly after - we were given time to discuss our ideas and the cost of various options, and got a written quote emailed the same day. The payment schedule was good, and the professionalism and speed the team worked at was as promised. We had a jungle in our garden, left to overgrow for years. The team chopped down trees and trimmed others, constructed decking for the patio and pathways, and laid turf, all in four working days. We're very happy - it's like having a new room in the house, and a great space for barbecues this summer!

Konstantin and his team are fantastic. I've used them three or four times, for work on my garden in Stepney Green / E1. They have removed a hedge and other garden waste, power washed and painted exterior walls and a concrete patio, installed a fence and large trellis. Their work is first class and they are professional, reliable and charming - would highly recommend.
