Great service , very professional , i would highly recommend this company , we used Mill Boards for our house and the installation guys were very good and cleaned up after they left. Aftercare service is very good. 5 STARS FOR SURE

Person did not turn up, did not answer my texts, voicemails or calls. This is a sign that you will not get a good quality service, but will end up in distress, frustration .. and who knows? May never complete the job. My advice?... RUN!

Quick initial response. But, slower later

LDC replaced a section of decking for us. They were punctual, the work was of a high quality and in line with the quote and they left the site neat and tidy. Would happily recommend.

A very poor experience with the London Decking Company, who we chose based on good reviews and their supposed ability to move fast. A long story short, a small deck that was meant to be completed in June (initial expectations set for May) was finally completed in September. It involved numerous failures to arrive, a space that wasn't measured correctly by the team, delays, and 3 return visits to fix issues with the work. I had to call and chase head office several times when the team didn't arrive at the agreed date. Communication was very poor. The end product is fine (now), but the whole process was so stressful I wouldn't recommend this company.

The team at The London Decking Company have just completed a decking installation for my wife and I and we could be happier. I contacted them for a quote online and within 24hrs I received a call from Matt who visited the sight the following day and within the same day sent me a quote for four options of decking in different materials. So I could chose an option that suited my style and budget. Within a few days Lewis, Kyle & Cosmie came and removed the old decking and installed the new one in a couple of days. Throughout the project Matt, Cosmie, Kyle and Lewis where helpful and professional. They communicated with myself throughout the job and made sure we where satisfied with the standard of work. I would happily recommend them and use TLDC again. Great work chaps 👍.

From start to finish this was a wonderful company. After being quoted silly LONDON prices for my SW5 property I was happy to finally have a reasonable quotation. All the way through all the staff were open, friendly and professional. They did a great job and would be happy to recommend them. Many thanks to you all for making it a pleasure when working with tradesmen can be hard work.

A really beautiful job done on our decking and steps. They weren't the cheapest but they were highly professional , efficient, hard-working, easy to have on-site and tidied up everything. They even emptied my garden shed , moved it in order to finish the job , put it back and put everything back in the shed tidier than it has ever been before. Couldn't recommend these guys highly enough.

When your paying 4K for a small decking area in your garden you would expect amazing things. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case for us. A terrible job which has been corrected but definitely not the perfect job. Such a shame - Even when you pay £££ you can’t always get good workmanship!!
