Really impressed with the work Tom and the boys carried out. Needed a jungle removing and they came in super early and carried it out efficiently. Would defo use them again!

They were professional and am very pleased with the work carried out at my property in Leicester.
We have used Leicester Garden Services for the last 18 months to maintain our garden. Tom and his team are clearly very capable and have always carried out work to a good standard. What they have not been, however, is reliable. Appointments have frequently been missed or rearranged - but we have let this go because of the quality of their work. Two weeks ago, LGS completed £1700 of work to our front garden and were due for their regular maintenance visit on 29 May. They did not attend (without explanation) and notified us this morning by text that they are no longer able to provide us with gardening services. They have taken on a new - and presumably more lucrative - contract and have 'capacity issues'. Issues to which they were presumably oblivious two weeks ago. To be clear, Tom and partner worked hard and the front garden now looks significantly better - even if the quote was rather high. But reaching this point required seemingly months of arranging and some laughably bad design sketches, as below (and I suspect an element of 'let's grab whatever plants the nursery have and get this done with'). We were also made somewhat uncomfortable by Tom and partner literally standing on our drive, wanting instant payment, and waiting for the bank transfer to clear. What company does this? Especially with established customers? I have no difficulty with the business decision to accept other work instead of ours. What I have considerable difficulty with is the total lack of courtesy in not attending on Friday, providing no follow-up care of their own work and offering us (effectively) zero notice. Taking on a new contract is fine if you treat existing customers fairly - which, in our case, would have been a simple as keeping their appointment or offering us a final visit. They declined to do so. If Tom is being truthful, I assume Leicester Gardening Services aren't currently looking for work, so this review will have little impact. But I would be unable to recommend them based on my experiences. I'm sure LGS's new, more valuable, customers will be very happy with their work - until, eventually, they are treated the same way.

Tom answered my call concerning my 90 year old mum and her overgrown garden. He turns up on time puts in the time and does a great job. Listens to what you want and leaves everything tidy. Best gardeners in Leicester, have used over the last 3 years after many poor experiences. Tom is a perfectionist and is very honest and fair in his pricing.
Leicester Gardeners came to maintain both the back and front gardens. The hedges were overgrown, the grass looked disgusting, weeds growing everywhere. The gardeners arrived early, were very polite and did an excellent job in restoring my garden back to its former self before the lockdown. They cleaned up after themselves, and were very neat and tidy. Their approach to the work was very focus and their mannerisms was excellent. I will definitely be using them again. I will recommend them to family and friends also. Well done guys.

Just wanted to say that I will be for sure be calling Leicester gardeners again. They did a great Job at a affordable price for all the work they did I was just amazed. I can no longer maintain my garden as I have a hectic and busy life style, it hadn't been touched for months and I can never seem to get round to it, as much as I would love to. Its just not possible. The lawn was over grown, my roses bushes out of control and the hedges well don't really need to go into that lets just say they were just terrible. These guys came in and brought it all back to life again. Flowers and rockery that Id to totally forgotten about.. I can now finally breath again without the dreaded feeling of having to do it myself. The kids can now play in the garden and I can finally invite friends round for a barbecue. Thanks guys
Thank you guys for doing a lovely job at resuscitating my garden this week! had gotten into a bit of a mess and they cleared up the whole jungle fantastically!. got some fresh tiles down where some had broken and it blended in beautifully, they planted some carrots and tatties, and got some lovely looking perennials in. Absolutely sorted out the space for us to enjoy again. It is obvious that a lot of care was taken on the job, quality work... and real decent guys... good sense of humour (but also focused on the work and all done in a reasonable time). Price was very reasonable too! Thank you so much!!
