Second time we’ve used Surrey Carpet & Flooring, first time wood floors, this time carpets. Scott and the team are excellent. Very professional, friendly and hard-working. Really pleased with the work and fairly priced. Would very much recommend them.

This is my first time to work with Scott’s team for my house floor replacement. Starting from initial discussion, Scott showed his expertise in different flooring option’s pro and cons. He advised the best and affordable solution for my consideration. Scott team is hard working and efficient, they finish my whole house flooring including underlay preparation in 10 working days. The result is unbeatable which shows in my pictures. There are several existing problems in my house’s under layer, and Scott tried his best effort to fix it and even worked overtime. Definitely recommend to my friends if they are planning to replace their flooring.

Scott and the team recently finished re-carpeting my lounge, stairs, hallway, main bedroom and study. This was all done in a day, with waste removed and everything left tidy. Scott even reattached the bedroom door, which had partly come off its hinges, which has saved me a job. The price was very competitive, and the job has been done to a high quality within two weeks of accepting the quote. The service has been prompt, friendly and efficient, and I've been kept updated on progress throughout. I can recommend Scott and the team without hesitation.

Scott did the solid wood flooring for our front room. 1 year on, and the floor still looks great. From memory, the project was completed on budget.

We have used this company twice now and will do so again. Scott and team are amazing, well priced but far more importantly, do an outstanding job fitting the bedroom carpet. Frankly, I think the team could carpet my ceilings if I asked them too and I'm not sure if they hoovered my entire house but everything was left spotless. We are delighted. Outstanding.

Scott and his team completed a replacement laminate flooring for us in a property in Guildford. Clear estimate, at a good price provided (easy to set up the site visit and quote) clear about when he could do the job. When job was confirmed he was able to book the job in at the timeframe originally said. Arrival as arranged. The work itself was excellent. Neat tidy on time on price and very helpful with fitting in flooring with furniture and appliances and with replacing items afterwards. Great job, delighted with the outcome, will definitely work with Scott again on another floor.

Scott answered my initial message within 24hrs and he responded promptly to following phone calls. He turned up when he said he would. This was a small job replacing an incorrect door bar/threshold but he came at the end of a long and hot day. He did the job beautifully and before starting he explained clearly what the finish would look like. As it was a replacement to an incorrect situation, he explained where the finished bar would be, not where he’d normally hope it would sit. I’m very happy with the finished job and would definitely call him again if I need further flooring. His price was very reasonable.

Scott and Chris fitted a carpet in the stairs and landing, and they have done an excellent job showing great care and attention to detail to ensure a good finish. We have been impressed with the quality of their work and are very happy with the outcome. Scott also assisted me in choosing a carpet, by providing information and multiple samples with patience and courtesy even though I was indecisive. He took a great deal of trouble to help me find the carpet that would work in our house and which we would be happy with long term. As we are currently renovating our house, we will return to Scott in a few months to fit carpet and flooring in two bedrooms. Wanted to convert my garage into a home gym and was looking to lay 20 mm thick rubber flooring down. Contacted Surrey Carpet and Flooring who installed the flooring. They also applied a liquid damp proof membrane and latex screed in order to level the floor beforehand. The work took an elapsed 3 days, allowing for overnight drying of both the DPM and the latex. The guys were very professional, efficient and pleasant with it. Very impressed with the end product. As good as the flooring at my David Lloyd gym!

Scott has been absolutely brilliant to work with - right from the initial meetings to understand what kind of flooring would work for us, making that decision to the implementation. A week after, we continue to be extremely happy with how beautiful our floors look. The most professional work I have seen for a long time.. the effort Scott puts into his work is extremely high, from the outset of fitting a carpet to stairs and landing including tricky steps in an Edwardian property to the initial laying out for the oak engineered wooden floor throughout the ground floor was painstakingly set out and checked to make sure this was correct regardless of time taken. The cutting of the architrave and fitting pre finished quadrant was all carefully achieved to give the most beautiful floor that was correct in every way also the cleanliness of the job has to be commended and also the preparation of the tools for the next day. I would have no hesitation in recommending their service as they really do go the extra mile.
