Five star service, with very competitive pricing JK Flooring installed a Karndean floor into a downstairs WC, as well as a section of wood flooring into a new porch to match existing flooring in other parts of the house. The service from end to end was superb, absolutely flawless. Jason provided clear information throughout, covering the steps and stages needed to complete the installation, our options e.g for thresholds and transitions and the tile layout for the Karndean, as well as when they would attend and, how long the work would take. Installation needed to be performed on two days, for floor preparation and then final laying. On both days, we had good great communication on what time to expect them. All of this was provided with a polite, respectful, professional and friendly manner from a person who is clearly passionate about and experienced with what they do. And as the icing on the cake, the end price charged was incredibly competitive.... and needless to say perhaps, the floor looks great :-) A very happy customer.

I cannot recommend JK Flooring Surrey highly enough. This is the third time I have used their services. The first time I had the hall, two flights of stairs and two landings in my home carpeted. The second time a complete flooring refit including laminate and carpet fitting. This time a hall stairs and landing in a cottage. I have to say, each and every time they arrive when they say they will, they are polite, courteous and thoughtful whilst working and remove every single scrap of mess when they leave. They truly are the perfect tradespeople and I will neve go anywhere else for carpets or flooring again. Thank you Jason and all your team Sharon
