Appreciated the initial advice from Neil and Jamie on the best product - the cost estimate was clear and reasonable, and our floor has just been fitted by Nigel and Charlie. The work is first class, the guys extremely professional - thanks a lot . I highly recommend Ashley Flooring.

Avoid. I wanted to support a small, local business but unfortunately this experience proved that larger ones are sometimes worth it. Having waited a month for the delivery and installation date, the carpet fitter completed installing one room only for me to find they had ordered the wrong colour carpet. When I raised this with Ashley Flooring they admitted their mistake and ordered the correct carpet, but this would take another 2-3 weeks to be in stock, delivered and fitted. Moving furniture around 4 times, being self-employed and losing a day of work, living in general upheaval for longer than expected was just not worth it. The owner refused to offer any compensation but instead believed that offering me a discount to accept the wrong colour carpet was in fact 'a goodwill gesture'. The carpet fitter did a good job but is separate to the business.

I used Ashely Flooring (Walton) for my bathroom and shower room floor. They did a great job. Needed some advice as the sub-floor was in poor condition and they did a great job getting it all sorted. Good range of products, sensibly priced. Thanks Neil, Jamie and Richard. Bathroom looks amazing now.

Great service from start to finish. Jamie was very helpful and we are very pleased with the QuickStep flooring. They even came back to change the finishing trim as they weren't happy with the wood finish, as they thought white would look nicer against the skirting boards. Would definitely use them again.
