I recently had new flooring installed by All Out Flooring and could not be happier with the experience from start to finish. When it became clear that the subfloor prep needed considerably more work than originally anticipated — through no fault of theirs — the team were completely upfront about what was needed and, impressively, had a solution in place within 24 hours, including sourcing the right product to do the job properly. What impressed me most was the attitude throughout. There was no drama, no complaints — just calm, practical problem-solving and a genuine focus on getting it right. And it shows! The finished floor looks absolutely stunning and has completely transformed the space. Warren was professional, easy to communicate with, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. As someone who’d never had carpet installed before, I appreciated how clearly he explained everything and answered my questions without making it feel complicated. He also did a great job installing my staircase runner. It’s obvious he takes his work seriously and cares about doing a good job. Highly recommend using him.

Warren took on a flooring job for us that seemed particularly complex given the reaction of the other people we tried to get a quote from without a second thought, so he was clearly highly proficient in what he does! He was punctual, worked very cleanly, consulted with us on the details and decisions as they arose and the finish is impeccable. Warren came back to do our new downstairs toilet after the brilliant job he did on our kitchen floor, and once again he did a fantastic job. The faux tile flooring looks lovely and has completely transformed the space. Great attention to detail, tidy work, and would happily recommend him.

Warren has done an amazing job with the first two rooms of the house. No noticeable scuffs to the freshly painted skirting boards and absolutely top quality products fitted. Will be using again in the future. Highly recommended.

This is the second time we’ve used this company and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Warren works hard and doesn’t cut any corners. He recommended we go herringbone instead of straight flooring but ultimately said it was up to us, we decided herringbone and the results were incredible. Our home looks beautiful. The guys are all considerate, hard working, and professional. Nothing is too much of a problem.

Assisted me in what to put down prior to the LVT going down and even went out his way to help with the finer details of decision making throughout the works. The most talented and genuine tradesman to come across in a long time. We found Warren via Instagram - he has a great social platform which showcases his work and attention to detail. His initial consultation provided knowledgable recommendations including a range of samples of colours and finishes to choose from. We found his quote to be competitive compared to others but ultimately knew we were choosing someone who cared about their work and the finish. We went for sisal on our stairs / upstairs hallway and couldn’t be happier with the finished result. Warren is super clean in his work and his attention to detail is second to none! Warren and Justin did a fantastic job re carpeting my new house in Earlsfield! They fitted a beautiful herringbone carpet and runner up my stairs which wasn’t easy! They were very clean, efficient and super quick and went above and beyond to leave it looking beautiful! They were also very reasonable and found a way to find cheaper alternatives to the original carpets I suggested. Would strongly recommend them to anyone wanting to change their carpets :)

Warren was fantastic from start to finish. He explained the differences between the different floor types and nothing was too much trouble to help us make our choices. He was excellent at communicating with us and then when he started the brilliant services continued. He and his team (Justin and Nick) were as friendly and helpful as they were professional and skilled. We had Amtico flooring put in across bedrooms x5, hallway, landing, sitting room, office and stairs - so it was a big job and the guys dealt with it brilliantly and with excellent attention to detail. And always with a smile. They were happy to accommodate requests like sorting out our two year old’s room first even though I’m sure it was extra hassle for them but meant less disruption for her. Would not hesitate to use again and highly recommend - thanks very much.

Warren is a very passionate skilled floor layer. Warren laid a Karndean White washed Oak Van Gogh in our new kitchen. It is beautiful. Preparation of the floor was key and Warren was very particular in ensuring the floor was smooth and level before laying the long tiles. We are extremely pleased with the result. We would highly recommend Warren. We have not quite finished our new kitchen. But as you can see from the photo. The floor is looking amazing !

Warren called round and measured and brought samples. Quote supplied quickly at a competitive price. He contacted me a few days before fitting to let me know he had the carpet and confirmed date and time for fitting. Carpet fitted to a high standard and he was very tidy. Would certainly recommend to any friends or relatives.

Warren -All Out Flooring, carried out great work levelling our new office floor. He fitted around our demanding timeline working with us to get the best result out of what was not an easy job.

Where do I start?…. How about, we are sooooooo pleased! I can’t overstate just how happy we are. You see, of all the jobs we have had done on our house and the one before, we have never been happy with the work we have paid someone else to do. So I have ended up usually doing it myself. On this occasion, we wanted almost the whole of our downstairs floor laid with Karndean. It was a large area and was already a concrete floor underneath. When I took up the old floor covering, we found that it was fairly dire. Warren had been round, given us a good quote and had outlined what he proposed to do. We took to Warren immediately. When Warren and Justin started the job, they were prompt, tidy, respectful of our home and were still flexible even at the point of starting the job. We just simply left everything in their hands. Due to some slightly dodgy building work (before we bought the house), Warren had to carry out some unexpected remedial work. He consulted us first and then did what was necessary. This meant they had to work an extra day to make up for it but they did this without hesitation. It was all worth it! Honestly, our house looks and feels so much better. More homely! Warren’s attention to detail, perseverance and high standards along with Justin’s skills and workmanship have lead to an outstanding finish. We really want Warren back round now to do more of the house. Something we have never felt about a trades person. I want to post pictures to show you but I just can’t take any that do it justice. When I can, I will update this review. Thanks Warren and thanks Justin.

Dealing with Warren was a dream after countless issues with other tradesmen. Was referred by a friend and would have no hesitation at all recommending Warren and All Out Flooring. Incredibly responsive, on time for the carpet fitting and finished within agreed time...all with very high quality and professional work. Price seemed reasonable value but to be honest i wasn't that fussed over the price given how good it all looked at the end and how smoothly everything went from start to finish. Highly recommended and really good guy too.
