Effortless Floors

Fantastic service from start to finish. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating to our requirements. We were moving in to a new home and Steven arrived the day we got the keys to measure up and held space for us in advance for the fitting. Would highly recommend. Excellent quality carpets and fitting for a reasonable price. Very happy customer!

I'm very happy with my floor. Carl & Jordan did a great job fitting it.

The lads delivered and fitted the kitchen floor perfectly 👌 being a retired fitter myself I was really impressed really nice and helpful.

Awesome, from start to finish. we have now used them for hall, stairs, landing, and 2 bathrooms. Quite simply, the best team we've ever used. Brilliant prices.

I was pleased with my flooring and carpet by Effortless floors. The work was done in a timely manner at an affordable price. Steven was very professional. I will definitely recommend them in future.

Great service from start to finish. Steve has been very professional and helpful from measuring my property and helping chosing the sample and arranging everything very quick process. The fitters Carl and Jordan have been brilliant done a real good job, excelent communications throughout all the process. Definitely I will be back

Terrible service, they are bullies. They have tried to charge me a call out charge when this was never disclosed to us. Their price was double the price of every other flooring company and yet had the audacity to send me an invoice. Terrible people who take advantage of others.

Very good experience with effortless floors, thank you Steve and his team

Excellent work! Very professional and thorough, ensuring we were completely satisfied before they left. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were outstanding. I would highly recommend their services.

I highly recommend Effortless Floors. Carl and Jordan who fitted the floor did an outstanding job. They were polite, courteous, tidy and willing to go that extra mile to help. The whole process from meeting with Steven to the very end has been professional and stress free. I will certainly recommend them in future.

So so pleased with the service I received from Effortless Floors. We chose to replace the floors in the two living spaces downstairs, as the previous floors were worn out, and not to our taste. Steven visited our home to take measurements, and also brought samples, so we could see what we liked best, and make a decision actually in our own house. He was very friendly, answered all our questions, and we felt safe trusting him with our home. Our floors also required leveling, which they arranged for us, and we otherwise left them to crack on with the work. The first day walking into see our new floors was so exciting, they had done a fantastic job, and it really brought the house to life. The price was very reasonable for the work required, much better then what some of the bigger retailers had asked for, and they were far more accommodating of our needs. Thank you so much!

Great communications, reliable, professional and friendly guys, was happy enough to correct any discrepancies and respectful of home when carrying out their jobs.

Great service from start to finish, I would definitely recommend them and use again.

Great service carpet delivered and fitted on time. Feels and looks great. Will definitely use them again.

Amazing! Steven was great. Jordan and Carl were also great they kept to schedule were very tidy and worked really hard to give me five star flooring! Thank you so much

Second time using Effortless Floors. Very good service, great quality carpet, great prices. Highly recommended.

Really great service! A good wide choice to choose from and a fair competitive price too i absolutely love my wooden flooring its been done to perfection and I’m super pleased :)

We had the whole house carpet replaced and bathroom vinyl. Steven was brilliant; We were shown samples at home, prices were negotiable and matched, dates set and rearranged by us (couple of times!)Easy to call and easy to txt at any time of the day... He answered all queries and offered brilliant advice too. Carl the carpet fitter went above and beyond, he paid attention to the very small details. He went out of his way to keep me updated throughout the day as I wasn’t present at the time of fitting. He even went and bought gold door divider strips to make sure the whole aesthetics matched. He was great! From the carpet strippers to fitters and in between, everyone we had dealt with was beyond helpful and professional. Highly recommend them. Very aptly named company! It was the easiest part of the whole renovation!

Brilliant service. Excellent product and high quality finish. 5 stars. Highly recommended 👍

Beautiful good quality flooring. Great price and service. Very Happy and would highly recommend!

Really helpful company, best carpet installers we’ve ever dealt with, kept us informed all the way through, very polite, professional will use again for our next house purchase

Superb comms, price and quality. Couldn’t recommend Steven & his team highly enough.

New carpets throughout our home. Stair runner and rods, carpet edged in black. Absolutely excellent service and looks great. Steven very efficient and friendly. The fitters who actually work for EF and are not self employed which is a bonus. Carl and Jordan were great and very tidy whilst fitting carpet. We are presently looking for LVT for several areas down stairs. EF are being helpful with this but certainly NOT pushy. Would now not go anywhere else and cannot recommend them enough. Brilliant all round.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Steven visited our property with samples appropriate to our needs and arranged fitting within a few days to fit our tight timescale. On the day of the fitting the fitters arrived promptly, worked quickly and cleaned up behind themselves. All this at a cost a 1/3 less than the "bargain warehouses" we had also had quotes from. Fantastic service all round, I would definitely recommend.

Brilliant service! I contacted Steven and within a week he had been out with an enormous amount of samples, gave a quotation and laid my carpets and stair runner. A lovely guy and extremely efficient, cheaper than other quotes with the same carpet!!

We wanted a new carpet fitted in a hallway, living room and stairs. Everything was handled professionally. The measurements were taken, carpet chosen and a quote given in a timely manner. The job was completed on the date agreed. Carl and Jordan were very nice, they answered our questions, left everything clean and tidy. We are very happy with the results. Highly recommended 😊.

Could not be more over the moon with the work of Effortless Floors it was such a fab experience. Steven was so quick and responsive with his communication, he came out to quote and visit very swiftly and brought so many samples and was not phased when I completely changed the entire job from the one I’d originally asked for from some vinyl in a couple of rooms to a whole house being carpeted! The prices were very competitive and Steven was so great and helping us alter our quote to meet our budget and then they did all the work whilst we were away, they completed it faster than they originally said, they sent pictures for us to see everything and when I got home it was just the best surprise! The carpet’s are insanely good quality and I’m over the moon with how great it all looks and the quality and softness of the carpets! Will definitely use Effortless Floors again for any flooring work we need and can’t recommend them enough.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish, very professional and polite, the work was carried out quickly and top quality! I will definitely be using them again soon for all my other rooms. Highly recommended 😊

Very professional from start to finish so so happy I would definitely recommend them.

Very responsive. Did a really good job. Offered to help store the carpet after it was delivered to me as I was struggling to find a place to store it before the job.

Will use again

Used for my 3 bedroom house, did all rooms and hall stairs and landing. Excellent service and a friendly fitter. Would recommend!

Steven fitted two carpets for us after our previous fitter let us down. Very responsive to questions and helped us figure a few things out with our room layout. Really nice guy in person too. Would recommend 100%.
