This flooring company is so helpful professional and friendly. I didn't have to go to the store to pick what I wanted- I described my preference and they gave me a price and sent me pictures of what they had- the price was great and they fitted the laminate- lifting the furniture and old carpet within 4 hours- they did an amazing job and I would recommend them to anyone.

TERRIBLE i had some lvt flooring fitted by there so called fitter (bam) he is not a fitter he doesnt have any idea what he is doing or on about neither do chappy or george. I had the company out who make the flooring. I have emails from them saying it hasnt been fitted correctly. I contacted them over 20 times for them to say its not them its the fitter who there have working for them so all there do is pass the book. TERRIBLE SERVICE DONT USE. ALSO OVER PRICED. I HAVE ALL THE EMAILS FROM THEM AND THE COMPANY WHO MAKE THE PRODUCT.

Very pleased with service , came out to measure up and when I selected the one of my choice and placed order it arrived in few days. Happy with the fitting which was booked in after carpet arrived in shop .

Excellent service

Terrible service. We were back and fourth for 3 months. Flooring was out of stock so it was cancelled, then underlay was out of stock so it was cancelled again. Finally had everything and they fitter refused to fit it. This is after the sub floor was checked and approved and they took our money. Ended up trying to charge us more to board it out. In the end they wouldn't refund us and tried to get us to buy a much cheaper floor but for the same price as the more expensive and complex lay. In the end we laid it ourselves no problem and we aren't professionals. I don't see what all the fuss was about. So here's a few pointers if you do for whatever reason decide to go with this company (I wouldn't): - Pay on your credit card as you won't see your money again. Atleast then you can maybe claim back with the credit card company. - When they check your subfloor id take it with a pinch of salt. They will charge you for additional stuff that apparently needs doing. (we didn't need to do the extra stuff they claimed needing) - When they give you a date for your flooring, be prepared for it to be pushed back atleast twice. So don't take up your old flooring in a hurry. (We had bare boards for nearly 3 months) If you have picked this company because you think it will be easier because they provide and fit the floor, dont be fooled. They make it alot harder. I wish we bought the floor online (its cheaper) because we ended up doing it ourselves.

Definitely recommend this place, we had a fabulous experience choosing a floor for our kitchen in my first home. Explained all the options and was honest. Fitter also went above and beyond. Definitely will be using again

Where do I start with this review. Firstly visited the showroom and had a lovely greeting from the young lady who offered us a 20% discount which was great news for us and chose our flooring. Visited at home by George who measured up and we then paid in full. Bookings made for floors to be screeded and was promised this would take a couple of days. They came as initially promised completed a small area and then left with the promise to return the following day. We waited but no one returned and we were living with the house upside down, with a family and 3 dogs. We called and called and were let down time after time. We booked days off work for the flooring to be laid and continually let down by fitters. We contacted woodfellas on many occasions complaining about the lack of progress and missed visits. We had to have visits on a night time which wasn’t particularly convenient as this was after the fitters had finished there day fits. The wooden flooring was fitted, the beading is bowing at the skirting boards and 1 piece of flooring broke which my husband then had to fit himself with the spare flooring we had left over. We then waited for a floor bar to be fitted to support the wood floor in one room and the carpet in another which only lasted a few days without lifting and the wood underneath breaking. We contacted woodfellas and was promised a call back but this never happened. My husband had to refit the door bar and had to put supports under it to ensure it is safe and not a tripping hazard. I did get offered a free rug prior to this last complaint but hadn’t taken them up on their offer. I just wanted a good job doing for the £3000 plus that we paid.

Friendly staff, great range of flooring including laminate and high quality carpets. Really well installed too.

We had these guys out for an estimate because they were recommended by our builders which meant we got 20% trade discount. They were on time and professional. The estimate given was considerably higher than all of the other quotes we gathered (none of the others included trade discounting), make sure you get other estimates because we cannot understand how their fees are worked out.

Gorgeous laminate fitted in my dining room today. George did a brilliant job, with the help of him sidekick. Everything left tidy and beautifully finished.
