Reliable, quick and easy

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been dealing with Floor Express for around 10 years now, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve used them across pretty much every project I’ve worked on and through different companies over the years, as well as for my own residential properties. They are extremely reliable, quick and always on point. Customer service is excellent, and if there is ever an issue, they come back and sort it without any problems or unnecessary hassle. A special mention has to go to Mike. He has always been there whenever I need him. Whether I text or call, he is ready to help and gets things moving quickly. After working together for so many years, that level of reliability makes a huge difference. I’ve used Floor Express for carpet, LVT, AstroTurf and various other flooring requirements. They have a huge range of options, from budget-friendly products right through to top-quality finishes, so there is something for pretty much every type of project and budget. Their prices are competitive and reliable, and I’ve always been happy with the fitting too. I’ve used them for both professional projects and my own residential work, and I continue to go back to them every time. I would definitely recommend Floor Express — and especially Mike. 10 years of working with them speaks for itself!

Great service highly recommend!! Adrian was extremely helpful 👍🏽

Great service from Adrian. Thank you

I bought some Lino flooring from here. The staff were very friendly and I had great service!

Mike and the whole team at Floor Express have been absolutely outstanding all the way. The requirements of our fit were somewhat abnormal, loft conversion apartment with weird layout, iron beams, bad sub floor, etc. Mike helped me every step of the way in ensuring that we had everything we needed, all the correct sub flooring requirements were met, and there was plenty of wastage for the herringbone LVT we chose. He was accommodating and super patient with me as he explained all the requirements and how it would all come together on the day. AND on top of the excellent customer service, the quote we received was the best by far from five other contractors / fitters that I received.

The experience was good, the service was excellent, and the order notification was quick. I recommend it.

Good customer service. And very good verity of selection in carpets.

Positive customer experience, friendly, anuthentic, accommodating, helpful staff. Thanks floor express.

Exelant serious

Great customer service and staff.

‌Best service, professional people's

I am writing this review after taking Floor Express Ltd to court and receiving judgment in my favour. I have attached supporting evidence, including photographs of the flooring and the court order, to confirm this was a genuine customer dispute and not a review they can dismiss as someone they “cannot find on the system”, which I have observed in responses to other 1-star reviews. I appreciate there are a lot of screenshots, but I felt it was important to include them for transparency. On 26th April 2025, I paid a £141.89 deposit for vinyl flooring supply and fitting. Before installation, I sent photographs of the subfloor and was told the floor “looked OK”, although levelling was discussed regarding possible grout lines showing through in future. The flooring was fitted on 7th May 2025. I was told the work would take around 15 minutes, but the fitters were in my property for around 10 minutes. During fitting, I was asked if everything looked okay. I have a visual impairment and could not properly assess the work in the moment. I felt under pressure and said it looked okay before making the final payment while the fitter waited at the doorway. After the fitters left, I discovered multiple defects including raised areas, bumps, creasing, soft spots, unevenness and what appeared to be a loose tile left underneath the vinyl. Photographs of these defects are attached. Two days later, I received a phone call asking if I had paid the remaining balance despite already paying in full and showing proof of payment before the fitter left. Floor Express later described this as “a clerical error”, but by that stage trust had already been damaged. To note: In the screenshot I refer to this phone call being "two weeks later". I meant two days and that is reflected in the attached call log. I reported the defects by WhatsApp on 26th May 2025. On 2nd June 2025, Jay from Floor Express attended to inspect the floor. During the visit, he stated that “we are not going to go looking for faults” despite then identifying a visibly creased area himself. I was told a written report would be prepared, but no report was ever provided. When I later requested a refund, Floor Express blamed the subfloor despite previously telling me the floor “looked OK”. When I provided screenshots of their own messages, they maintained the issues were due to the floor not being levelled. In my view, this felt like gaslighting because the explanations given after the defects appeared did not match the reassurances provided beforehand. I was offered either a free attempt to smooth and relay the vinyl with no guarantee of success, or to pay a further £300 for levelling work and relaying. The matter eventually proceeded to court. At the hearing, the judge noted that Floor Express had not uploaded their own evidence or witness statements. Mr Khan, part owner of the company, attended on behalf of Floor Express and attempted to rely heavily on my own evidence. The judge reviewed the WhatsApp messages and made clear that the earlier grout line discussion was not the same as the defects I had complained about. Mr Khan also raised my visual impairment during the hearing and argued that I had not informed the fitters about it during fitting. The judge immediately stated that I was under no obligation to disclose my disability to the fitters and that good workmanship is not dependent on such a disclosure. The judge also said it was my right to decline their "remedies" Throughout the dispute, the explanation for the defects appeared to change repeatedly, including references to the subfloor, possible furniture movement after installation, and later my visual impairment. The judge ruled in my favour on 23rd April 2026 and ordered Floor Express Ltd to pay me £344, covering the flooring costs and court fee. My issue is not simply that something went wrong. My issue is with the quality of the work, the handling of my complaint, the lack of the promised report, the changing explanations, and the fact I ultimately had to take the company to court to resolve the matter.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff each time I have come here. Updated to add photos

There were brilliant, fair price , nice lads, did a amazing job thank you highly recommended

Mike was so so helpful all the way through -- from sampling to installation in our Gallery, the entire process was really smooth. We are so happy with the outcome, and he was kind and informative throughout. Will definitely be working with you again, thank you so much!

Excellent variety, great price. Mike was very helpful and cheerful. Thanks 👍

I have visited Floor Express on multiple occasions over the years. They never fail to amaze me, the lengths they will go to to ensure the customer gets what they require and fit the products to the highest standard. Mike always goes above and beyond to make the customer journey as seem less as possible. I would highly reccomend Floor Express to anyone!

I cannot thank the team enough for such wonderful experience with carpet fitting in my apartment. Mike and Ian could not have been any more helpful with my initial enquiry, pricing options and carpet choices. The price was much more reasonable than that provided by other companies and I also really appreciated being given an option to keep the existing underlay if it was in good condition. The fitting appointment was arranged for the day of my choice and Carl did a stellar job. Thank you so much, Floor Express!

My room is brand new thanks to floor express! I got a new carpet and custom made Divan Bedframe with underbed storage + mattress.the quality is superb with such a good price. The bed looks like a spent a fortune on it lol. Very excellent and efficient service from start to finish and communication from staff was great! I 100% recommend to get your new carpet / flooring from them they’ve got hundreds of options. And you can customise your bed frame literally to the exact colour and design you want which is amazing.

Happy with everyone at Floor express. nurein (laminate fitter) and carl (carpet fitter) did a great job at our house. Also Adrain did well in store as he assisted us massively when we ordered our flooring

Just had carpets on my hall, stairs and landings plus vinyl in my bathroom fitted. I called the shop first and they sent someone out to measure up, he was great and very knowledgable, everything was made clear even things like maybe having to have some doors shaved if the new carpet was thicker than the old one, I wasn't charged in advance for that and if I wanted it they were able to do it so no need to go somewhere else. Went to the shop to choose carpet and vinyl and the service was fantastic, the guy listened to what I wanted, there was no hard sell to get something more expensive, tbh I didn't look at the prices till after I had chosen because i already knew what style and colour I was looking for. I had a budget in mind and while the guy went to work out the price I thought this is going to go over but it didn't, I was amazed! Booked fitting day, was supposed to be morning but the fitters had a glitch, not their fault, I thought they would just leave at 5pm and say they would finish next day but they carried on till gone 8pm to finish the job. They were great guys, very friendly, did a brilliant job fitting both carpet and vinyl the standard of fitting was far superior to the last people, thank goodness I decided to switch! To sum up, highly recommend sorry I didn't get names, you were all brilliant from start to finish.

Best flooring shop in the world big up to the beautiful handsome manager

Measured and fitted within 1 week. Great communication!

Brilliant experience working with Mike and the team at Floor Express. Quick, easy and the carpet looks gorgeous. Thank you!

I am really impressed with the high standards of work from the team at Floor Express. From the initial visit to the shop to select my options, right through to the day of fitting, the experience was seamless. Mike was incredibly helpful and polite, keeping me well-informed about the schedule and exactly when to expect the fitter. Carl and his assistant were brilliant. Their work was exceptionally clean and tidy, and they provided great aftercare advice before they left. I even received a thoughtful follow-up message to ensure I was happy with everything. I first used Floor Express years ago for my stairs, and the quality has remained consistent. I will definitely be back soon to have vinyl fitted in my home-base salon reception. Thumbs up all round for a professional, top-tier service! 💪🏾👌🏾

Called in for some vynl flooring for bathroom and small downstairs cupboard, very friendly really helpful, had 2 pieces great quality rolled up and paid no hassle at really good prices in under 10 minutes! Very good selection of floor coverings throughout te shop too 10/20

Really pleased with our new flooring and it’s fitting. Mike was helpful from start to finish. Would recommend this as a place to get your flooring from.

I recently had Floor Express replace the laminate flooring and carpet throughout an apartment following a water leak, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. They itemised the quote perfectly, making it clear and straightforward for my insurance company to understand and process the works without any issues. A special thanks to Mike, who was fantastic to deal with. He kept everything well organised, communicated clearly throughout, and made the entire process straightforward and stress-free. The quality of workmanship is superb – the new laminate and carpets have completely transformed the space. Importantly, my tenants were completely at ease throughout the works. The team were professional, respectful, and tidy, which made a big difference as the apartment remained occupied during the installation. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Floor Express and Mike to anyone looking for reliable service and high-quality flooring.

Excellent customer service from the start, and very cheap prices

We received Excellent customer service from the start, very good product and cheap prices

Easy to order. Helpful staff

I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Floor Express. From Mike, who advised and guided me through the process, provided multiple quotes, and presented several options to suit my needs, to Nurein, the fitter, who was friendly, extremely helpful, and made sure my input was heard throughout, everything was handled professionally. The final result was excellent and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Floor Express

Excellent service from Adrian.

Brilliant service, and brilliant team! I was moving house just before Christmas (a truly terrible time to move) and needed to get some carpets down quickly and on a budget. The Floor Express team, especially Ian and Mike, were absolutely amazing and sprung into action at breakneck speed - coming over to measure, getting quotes across and even squeezing us in before Christmas to get the carpets done, all within the space of about a fortnight. From start to finish, the service was impeccable and the team went above and beyond. The carpet looks great too, and I'll absolutely be coming back in the future!

Good service and price, went in for a rental property. They knew what they were talking about and didn't ram extras and dearer carpets down my throat. Transparent pricing and good fitting, got a nicer grade carpet that I was planning.

First time I have come to this place Ian and his team were very helpful and the process start to finish was exceptional they go above and beyond to help definitely will be visiting in the future.

He made the entire process run so smoothly, offering great advice and patience, especially for a fussy customer like me! Yesterday, we had our AGT Pruva flooring fitted by Omar and Khaled, and they were such a professional and brilliant team. They worked quickly and efficiently, paying attention to every detail, and the finish is absolutely perfect. They even made sure the area was spotless before they left. The quality of the AGT Pruva floor is superb, and the installation team was top-notch. Thank you to the whole Floor Express team! Laura 👍

Honestly kind staff but absolute liars ordered grass supposed to be with me at 1 recieved a whole day after had to call my team to call customer and change days customer then cancelled order got his money back now a whole 6-7m grass sat in my van shocking service

Staff at the show room and who fitted the floors were all lovely and got the job done quickly for us, however the finish is not great. Nails have been left in the floor, glue not applied neatly so it is up the walls and I was constantly ignored regarding where I wanted to flooring to be laid in-front of a fireplace.

Super rude staff. Avoid.

I’ve recently had new flooring fitted in my clinic, and I’m very happy with the results! The flooring looks fantastic and has really elevated the space. Mike at Floor Express was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process. He made sure everything was well-organised, from helping me choose the right flooring to ensuring the installation was completed within the timeframe I was working with. The service met all my expectations, and I’m so pleased with how everything turned out. Thank you for a great experience—I highly recommend Floor Express!

Just before Christmas 2024, I went to Floor Express in Rusholme to choose and order flooring for a bedroom. I went for carpet in the downstairs area and wooden floorboards in the loft mezzanine area. The team at Floor Express were brilliant. They helped me choose the right floors for us, and got us booked in before Christmas, even though it was busy. The installers of the wooden boards were absolute craftsmen, really experienced and taking great care to install the floors beautifully and carefully in a very tricky space. They left everything clean and tidy, and 10 minutes after they finished, the carpet installer arrived. He was very quick and efficient, and did a great job even though there were some tricky under-the stairs parts. 10 minutes after he left, the door trimmer arrived. The entire service was excellently project managed and professionally executed. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and the overall cost was very good value. A fabulous, local go-to flooring shop! Totally recommended.

The team at floor express shop have provided excellent customer service for me on mulitple occasions

Wide selection of flooring, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, spoke with Adrian who was very respectful and we felt comfortable conducting business with.

Great job Thanks

I used Floor Express to lay vinyl floor in my bathroom and laminate flooring in the hallway of my flat. I was very happy with the result and the way they conducted themselves during the process. I can strongly recommend this company to others and would use it again should I have need to lay new flooring

We have been loyal customers of Floor Express since 2020, as our past experience with their services was smooth and highly satisfactory. Based on that trust, we decided to engage their services again for flooring in our new house. However, this recent experience has unfortunately fallen short of our expectations. Specifically, we had flooring installed throughout our home, including carpet with underlay, vinyl for the kitchen, and laminate for the hallway. While the carpet and vinyl were installed on Thursday afternoon, we encountered an issue later that evening when attempting to move our fridge. The vinyl flooring underneath the fridge was damaged and began tearing, which we believe is due to the very soft underlay used during the installation. The underlay used was repurposed from the old laminate flooring. This approach did not account for the condition or needs of our wooden floor. We feel this issue could have been avoided if proper measures/ consideration, such as using plywood underneath—had been considered to ensure the durability and stability of the vinyl flooring. We contacted their office to request that the vinyl flooring be replaced with appropriate underlay, which we are willing to pay for. However, we were informed that a new price quote would apply, which we find unacceptable. Since the issue stems from a lack of proper consideration during the initial installation, we believe the replacement work should be carried out at no additional cost to us, aside from the cost of the proper underlay. We have always trusted Floor Express for quality service and customer care. However, this incident has not only caused us inconvenience but has also raised concerns about the approach taken this time. Min * After discussing the issue with Manager Mohamed, he tried to assist by reducing the cost of the vinyl. While the price was still higher than we initially expected, we ultimately had no choice but to proceed. Regarding my review, Mohamed made an effort to bring the cost closer to our limit. In the end, I paid £280 for the first vinyl flooring and an additional £400 for the vinyl flooring with plywood installation in our kitchen. Despite the challenges, Mohamed proved to be an excellent manager for “Floor Express” and provided great support throughout the process. Thanks Mohamed

Good customer service and the are brilliant what the do

Great service and helpful staff. Will be coming again.

I bought a King size Orchid bed from here 2 weeks ago. The quality is great. Service from the whole team was excellent. Would highly recommend!

This was my first time using Floor Express after the shop being recommended by a friend. I must say that the service from start to finish was exceptional. The sales team are extremely knowledgeable on the different types of flooring and provided really useful advice on the best type to buy. Carl the fitter was fantastic, his attention to detail was first class and such a lovely guy. Top marks Floor Express - I will definitely use you again and recommend you to all my family and friends!

Excellent service from the ordering to the fitting. Staff are professional and very helpful.

The team was absolutely professional from the beginning till the very end. Ian, Adrian and the whole team were very professional, caring and reliable in each and every way from the beginning till the end. But the most important part was the absolutely amazing job they did! When I saw my new floor I couldn’t believe what a great job they have done! Everything has been done in a clean, caring and professional way but, as I said, when I saw the new floor I couldn’t believe my eyes. I am absolutely impressed with Floor Express and the great job they have done for me! And I absolutely recommend them 100%!

I used Floor Express a few weeks ago for flooring in my whole flat including carpet with underlay, and vinyl. The service from the shop floor right through to fitting was first class and I'd thoroughly recommend them. I am so pleased with my hallway carpet. Carl was great fitting the carpet, Ian was brilliant in the shop. He matched up the colour of my paint with the carpet choice. I would definitely use Floor Express again.

Great job! Lovely wooden floor in living room and hall! Thanks guys.

Great customer service . Byron was very helpful and so were the other staff including Ian . I will definitely be using them again .

I have been using this company for the last 15 years for all types of flooring needs. I have had carpets, laminate and vinyl from these guys for various rooms in my house. I can confirm that the service I have received has been excellent on every occasion from every single staff member. Nothing seems to much trouble for them ( last time I had them come out and remeasure my rooms 3 times because of me, they were happy to oblige and did not complain at all) Saeed was super helpful on every occasion I went into the shop and was extremely polite and professional in his work. All the guys (Ian,Byrom were super helpful as well) are really friendly and I have never felt any kind of pressure sales from them in order to get me to agree to a sale. I would highly suggest that you come into the shop in person and you will find everything that I have said is 100% true.

Lewis was great, helped me choose carpets and get the fitting booked in less than 20 minutes. Fitting went smoothly even though I wasn’t at the property, and carpets look great.

I went into Floor Express looking for advice on a range of different products, Lewis explained & assisted me with all my questions (and believe me there were loads) and was very knowledgeable. He also gave me really good suggestions of things I hadn't even thought of. I would highly recommend dealing with Lewis, he is very friendly and goes above & beyond to help out.

Absolutely love Ian... He saved the day. I bought some stair nosing online which they sent the wrong colour. I was so upset as the jointers were at my house waiting to start the work. I asked my Joiner were can I get the nosing from , which he advised ,nosing is such a specialist item I would have to order it as one stocks it..I Rang several shops, who said it's about a week or two for the item to be delivered. A last dish attempt I contacted Floor Express, and they had the nosing in stock ready to collect.🥳🥳 and the perfect match. I picked them up straight away. My joiner was really surprised that Floor Express had the nosing in stocked. The customer service was second to non.... Great team.. I will definitely be going back again, as they had some lovely beds and flooring. Thank you Ian..👍🏾

Absolutely wonderful. Very thorough, great attention to detail, friendly, hard working, kind and thoughtful. Defo recommend and will continue to use. Thank you!

I had my whole flat carpeted by two beautiful brothers, Akeel and amir, in wythenshawe and I cannot speak highly enough of they mannerisms and the work they did. I was so impressed and will recommend to people I know thank you guys so so much

I have the best carpet fitters in my area which I only discovered after having my stairs and landing done. Floor Express is the place for me from now on!

I was recommended Floorexpress by a trusted tradesman. The sales staff gave good advice on the best flooring to choose for my kitchen. They offered a good selection. A quote was given soon after. The flooring is good quality and fitted to a high standard. Very neat. I would definitely come back and recommend Floor Express to others.

I dealt with Lewis Murphy and found him extremely helpful in explaining all the details about some engineered oak flooring I was interested in. He seemed very knowledgeable and was very polite. It is great to get such excellent service - perhaps an advantage of dealing with a local company!

Very professional. Top. Great customer service very helpful. Definitely going back

Very happy with the vinyl & carpet The fitters were polite & professional slight hitch with underlay they were happy to go back to shop and bring some back if I wanted that End result was great and very good price

I want to highly recommend Floorexpress. The service they provide is impeccable. A vast selection of flooring throughout their showroom. I was spoilt for choice. The sales staff were all very helpful and had excellent knowledge in flooring. Thank you for your amazing service. Will definitely be using you again! Daniel Mayo

Great service! Lewis was pleasant and very helpful

Got 2 bedroom Carpets Lewis sorted it all out for me.. cheap affordable prices would recommend.

Excellent thank you

A well-deserved 5 stars from me. The whole process was smooth and professional. I was shown different options and the pros and cons of each were discussed and all my questions answered. The guy who came to measure up (Jay) knew his stuff, checked my subfloor and measured the gaps under the doors to see if they would need shaving down (they did). I was given a detailed written quote, which proved accurate - no nasty hidden extras at the end. The guys who installed the carpet and laminate, Ameer and Ako, were brilliant at their job, arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves, and were respectful and friendly. They stayed until 8.15pm one evening to finish the job, and they were real grafters. They worked really hard. Throughout the whole job, I felt respected and valued as a customer by the shop staff as well as the tradesmen. I had a terrible experience with the guys who used to run this place over a decade ago, but a neighbour recommended them now, and I'm really happy I gave the place another go and chose them to do my floors. If /when I need new flooring in the future, I will definitely be using this company again. I can't work out how to post photos, otherwise I would show you how neat and accurate the fitting was!

Great environment and great selection of laminate flooring

Great customer service

Friendly environment.

Had my bedroom & son's room fitted with laminate after my parents suggested I use floor express as they used them before and were very happy, both rooms now look amazing! I'm a happy customer would recommend l.

Much appreciated the work from Floor Express team. Fast and great quality. Good communication on the possible solutions, very professional and efficient👍🏻

Used Floor Express twice nice. First for lounge carpet and second time for cushion floor in kitchen and bathroom. Very happy with the fitting and the quality of the carpet and cushion floor.

The manager Farhan charged £100 more than the agreed quote.

We’ve carpeted our whole house using Floor Express and have always been 100% pleased with the products and service received. They offer the best value out of any carpet shop that I’ve previously looked at, are always happy to help and are available for fitting quickly, having never waited more than a week from choosing to having a new carpet fitted. Will continue to use Floor Express whenever we need new carpet (and we even chose to buy our children’s bunk bed mattresses from them last year, and they delivered same day!). Thanks again. Emma

I used the facility for supply only products, I was amazed at the efficiency and speed of next day delivery when I ordered in late afternoon. Quality products and great service.

Amazing choice, great value fabulous fitters! Very efficient. What more can I say, very pleased

This shop not only has a wide selection of floor coverings at price points to suit everyone luxury to economy the customer service is exceptional far beyond just supplying and fitting the product go down for a chat

Had a really stressful day trying to find a flooring provider who was reasonably priced and delivered within a couple of days. Mohamed at Floor Express saved the day. Understood what I was looking for and met my needs in terms of delivery and fitting. Highly recommend this shop, as they provide a verity of ranges of quality flooring with competitive prices.

We had laminate installed upstairs and the old carpet removed as well as a runner put on our staircase. They were so quick, clean and all at an amazing price!

Excellent service

A big thank you to Mo, Mark, Neil and MS for a great service, I had all my bedrooms and all downstairs including hall, stairs and landing done, it was done over a few visits, that suited me, (as I had to clear rooms ready for them to start.) Apart from a manufacturing issue with the laminate, that Mo sorted, Mark was fantastic, nothing was to much trouble, he went above and beyondto make sure that I was completely happy with everything (Mark done the majority of the fitting) the same standards from Neil and MS. I would highly recommend floor expess to anyone, the amount of choice in laminate and carpets, the quality and overall service was fantastic. Thank you again Mo, Mark, Neil and MS.

Amazing service and great deals at Floor Express. Quick and efficient service too. Mohammed was very helpful in the store and the guys fitting the flooring were great too.

Quick, professional and friendly

Good

Great service! Mohammed was particularly help in getting the job completed in a short timeframe.

I would like to thank Mohammed for his excellent customer service and the team who fitted the laminate flooring and carpets. They had highlighted a problem with the sub flooring and gave me time to get it fixed so the laminate flooring wouldn't get damaged when installed. The carpenters took there time and installed the flooring to a high standard. no hidden extra costs and very good aftercare service as a problem with the subfloor under the carpet had developed. A carpenter had been arranged to safely remove the carpet and then placed it back with new underlay once the issue was fixed. overall I would recommend this business as they have a large selection of beautiful laminate flooring and carpets. Mo and his staff have always been available to speak about any issues and have the customers best interest at heart.

Very positive experience, real professionals, good quality materials, kept promises ,everything went exactly to plan.Would definitely recommend / chose it again.

Fantastic materials. Fabulous Qualities. Fast Delivery. and Helpful STAFF. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Got a good deal on laminate floor the fitter Mohamed worked really hard moving heavy furniture and old carpets would recommend this company for carpets and laminate

Used floor express to do my bathroom and kitchen. The quality is amazing. Their fine attention to detail is second to none. Measuring up to quotations was easy. Called carpet right, and another company and its like they didn't have a clue, when it came to my requirements. Would highly recommend. Job completed on 4th of August 2021, so time will tell. So far, so good. See attached images of before and after. It looks better in person I must add.

Great choice of carpets and laminate floors and great value!!

Very friendly and seemed honest staff. Got the right advice and the right product for my shed flooring.

Good value

Quite expensive

Excellent customer service good advice Best price for Bolton one on BL49 BU Thanks

Quality laminates at a great price, helpful pleasant staff well worth checking out before going elsewhere.

Floor Express, 1. My name is not "Harish". I have no idea where that came from. My name is Amir (as shown). That probably explains why there isn't a record. 2. You are responding to this review over 2 YEARS later! 3. You joined pieces of carpet together and I was assured this would not be visible. It is clearly visible. 4. You caused damage to my newly painted walls. 5. After a while, various edges/corners of the carpet have started to come away from the floor and silver plates where doors are. Overall, not the quality I was expecting.

Terrible service, lazy disinterested staff that can't be bothered to help. Avoid !!

Service was prompt.

Booked in for floor to be fitted, guy came and measured up, kept me waiting then they say either you buy the floor from us or we can’t fit your floor. What a waste of time. I gave the 2 star just for turning up.

Too expensive

Very helpful... On time.. Does give u a call before coming and get there on time 30mins give or take. Do a good job. Will recommend 100%. I'm going to them for next job. Fitting charge is £30 a room. Bathroom or any space £30 isabiy expensive but job is well done so bit the buttet

Amazing company I've had alot work done by them cant fault them brillant service x

The guys are helpful at the shop, got the flooring done in my whole flat in 2 days, it was quick and professionally done.

Great selection of flooring, laminate flooring, carpets, and carpets square's

If i could give 0 I would, absolute joke

Very good service, very helpful, friendly staff.

Popped into the store to see of they can help me match some flooring. Nobody in there apart from me. The guy / owner pointed to the flooring and told me heis going to sit in the office. Terrible customer service. Actually found a good matching floor but chose not to give them my money out of principle. It will go to a business that actually shows an interest.

Good service and good staff Good prices Good quality I am so happy Thanks
