Alpha Floor Sanding

We had a very badly damaged parquet floor, but still had the blocks that had been removed. After getting no or negative responses from a number of enquiries we contacted Alpha. We got a swift reply, an immediate follow-up survey and price with work started the next week and finished in two days. I can't praise enough their hard work and friendly efficiency. We were always kept in the picture. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to get work like this done professionally.

We had our wood flooring in one large room repaired, sanded and revarnished. Guys were friendly and the actual work on the floor was flawless, amazing repair job and flooring now looks brand new. Very reasonable price too compared to replacing flooring. In terms of useful feedback, there was a considerable amount of dust that flowed into our kitchen, we would have cleared it better had we of known or better still, a plastic sheet across doorway would have been ideal. Also, long black marks across skirting boards (likely from floor sander) which we could have masked out beforehand to prevent this. With some effort the majority of marks has since been removed. We were left with some spare wood flooring to get rid of that was left on our driveway without our knowledge, we're happy to take a trip to the tip but would have been nice to communicate that to us before leaving. Despite the above we would use Alpha Floor Sanding again but will be better prepared next time.

We uncovered a parquet floor when we lifted the carpets up. The floor was covered in a glue from the carpets and old varnish. The team did a wonderful job, they spent a long time polishing the Wood. It looks absolutely wonderful. We have more flooring to do, which I will get done with them in the future.

I contacted Alpha Floor Sanding for some advices as to reach a specific finish on an original pine floor that the builders that are refurbishing my house put their hands on. The technical knowledge as well as the kindness shown were invaluable. I would not hesitate to hire them when, in few years time, I will need to do the floors again.

I was nervous about having my (once) beautiful oak floors sanded and restored. I should not have worried, Vlad did the most FANTASTIC job. Vlad helped with sanding and staining our kitchen floor. Did a great job, a very pleasant person and very professional. When there was a mishap with the little one running on to it before the stain dried, he was quick to come out the next day and did a fantastic job fixing it. I recently had my 15-year-old oak hardwood floor restored by Vlad from Alpha Floor Sanding, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The floor was badly damaged by prior tenants, but Vlad did a fantastic job making it look like new again. All the scuffs have been beautifully repaired and restored. Fast response from Martin who assessed the work and gave us options. We selected the finish and work started within 3 working days and the flat was completed in 3 days. Ian and Michael did a great job restoring our Jarrah hardwood floor. It is quite a rare, beautiful wood and it came up absolutely great. Michael stayed late to finish the job on the Friday which was much better for us than running into Saturday. Thanks guys!

They arrived, checked my property, explained in a very professional and friendly manner what it was best to do, how long it would take, how much it would cost (which I've found very honest, comparing to previous quotes I had).
