We recently used Nothing But Flooring to supply and install LVT and carpets throughout our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience or the result. Mark and Natalie were incredibly helpful and patient from start to finish. They offered excellent advice, guided us through the options, and reassured us throughout the process, helping us plan the installation in a way that minimised stress and disruption. Their communication was always clear and supportive, which made a huge difference. The fitting team were friendly, professional and hardworking, and the quality of their workmanship is excellent. The finished flooring looks fantastic and has completely transformed our home. They went out of their way to help us when we found additional damp under our old floor, and put down an excellent new floor for us, bending over backwards to get within our time frame.

Mark kept a close eye on our project which I wasn't expecting - and when it became obvious we needed more than just the flooring repaired he got someone in to replace a kitchen cupboard and a few plinths as well (and the extra cost wasn't as much as we'd feared, so we were spared having to organise these extra repairs ourselves). Yes it's a noisy and inconvenient job to have your kitchen and dining room floor re-done but Billy, Shannon and the others treated us and our home with complete respect and the results have been terrific. I can recommend Nothing But Flooring with no hesitation.

A hugely professional service from Natalie, Mark and the whole team. Giving help and advice on carpet selection through to the fitters who worked extremely hard (twice). Sadly, the in-store sample did not fully reflect the carpet that was fitted and I was hugely disappointed. Mark returned to see the fitted result, listened to my concerns and understood exactly what I was not happy with. Natalie then liaised with the supplier on several occasions to argue my concerns and resolve the situation to my complete satisfaction. They could not have been more undertstanding. The outcome was a complete replacement from selection to fitting done today to my absolute satisfaction. I cannot thank them enough and recommend their service with 5 stars.

Mark and Natalie and nothing but flooring have been fantastic. I asked them to replace a floor that a previous contractor had fitted incorrectly. Mark immediately knew what had been done wrong and suggested the required remedial action. All the way through they were of great help and even provided pictures that I needed for insurance. Mark, Natalie & Tommy at Nothing But Flooring are all a great help and the flooring their fitters installed at our property is perfect! We were considering selling our home, and so we wanted to breath some new life into the property, ready for its sale... The installation has transformed the living space and we have now fallen back in love with our home. They worked well with our underflooring heating contractor and everything ran smoothly. In only a matter of days, our floor was prepared prior to UFH pipework and then the LVT floor finish was flawlessly laid on top. They had plenty of levelling to organise, raising different floor areas to create a seamless new floor but all of this was professionally completed resulting in a fantastic finish. We have had numerous contractors in our home and these ones were a breath of fresh air. They remained in constant communication, gave it a personal touch during the floor selection process, and everything up until final payment went as smooth as the floor finish itself! We were so impressed, we have now opted to have our carpets redone. Following a visit to their showroom, we are in discussions with them for this next step! We would highly recommend them for your next floor finish!

Mark and Natalie at NBF were so helpful and knowledgeable and discussed different options when we were choosing our flooring. Mark came to quote on new flooring in our existing hall and through into our living room which was being extended. He liaised with our builders to ensure the groundworks took into account the floor preparation making the whole process run very smoothly. The fitter was fantastic and worked round the decorators during the final stages of the project. We are delighted with the floor which looks amazing and would highly recommend this company.

Nothing But Flooring are worth their weight in gold. Helpful, new their trade, came around measured up the Hall, Understairs, downstairs washroom and Kitchen. Plenty of product to choose from, What a difference in paying a little more for a job well done. Product superb, fitter superb, company superb. In fact they were so good we had them back to supply carpet to another area of our home. Would definitely use again. Well done NBF 5 stars for you.

Would thoroughly recommend this company. The guy who came to measure up for my kitchen flooring was friendly and really helpful as was Gary who fitted it. So nice to see someone take pride in what they do and the attention to detail was perfect. Very pleased.

I spent weeks looking at online samples of different types of flooring and then decided to seek advice and suggestions from my local flooring business. So glad I did! From start to finish the whole team couldn't have done more to help me. Natalie in the showroom was so patient and helpful lending me several samples to try at home. The flooring was for the whole of the downstairs, including the kitchen. After measuring up, I was given quotes for 4 types of flooring with no pressure to choose any particular type. I made my choice and the fitting was arranged around other works I was having done. Every member of the team I met was on time, helpful, knowledgeable and competent. The fitting is superb and I could not be happier with my choice. Thank you to the whole team!

Had NBF in to do LVTs in our hallway, new carpets in 3 bedrooms and the landing/stairs. The workmen were friendly, professional, and we're very happy with the result. Price was reasonable too. Will use them again in the future as we have another couple of rooms that will need doing.

We wanted a new floor to complete a new renovation in our home. Nothing But Flooring were the perfect choice. From initial chat through site survey and advice in choosing the right product they were there with their expertise and 5* customer service. It also helps that their prices are competitive. Their installation team were on time and got on with the job but were friendly at the same time. (Tea from the lady of the house probably helped). They're a local family owned and run business and the owners know what they're doing, as do their installers. Want a new floor? Speak to these guys.

Really pleased with the full end to end experience, had flooring damaged by a leak, they came and gave options that no one else had been able to without replacing the whole floor. The result kept my cost low and has actually enhanced my hallway, super fast, great quality materials and finish, couldn’t be happier. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company and would use again.

We used NBF for our flooring a couple of months ago. After coming to measure up we were given the price and booked in to have our front room, hall, stairs and landing fitted. We have 2 large dogs and they took that into consideration as we needed a hard wearing floor. The team were prompt and professional. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommended them. Good value for money and quality flooring.

This company was contracted by my housing association to line the floor in our wet floor shower room, which was built for my grandfather who has dementia. Since using them, there have been 3 leaks into the property below over the span of 2 years caused by a failure to properly seal the floor. Do not use this company unless you want multiple leaks, days without using the shower, or snippy operators who cut you off when you complain. We have now been allocated a different company to relay the floor, and the guy immediately knew that the job had not been done properly. So now I'm considering legal action. If nothing else, it will make them think about cutting corners with other people in the future.

Worst company ever avoid avoid avoid had 5 appointments only for them to call me last min to cancel or waiting in all day they don’t show up always same excuse someone called Sick or too busy we’ll get more staff in that case!! Honest to god worse company I’ve ever come across don’t do for this company and waste your money and time avoid for big disappointment
