Wow, what a great service and delighted with our Karndean parquet floor. Flooring Innovation Service Ltd are very professional, friendly and extremely tidy. We have used them twice already this year, and have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Thank you to Andy and the team, we are over the moon with our floor.
I sent email over a week ago asking someone to contact me re quite for having my entire flat re floored. To date I have not heard from anyone
Andy installed a new bathroom floor for us, not the easiest of jobs as the toilet, sink and radiator had to be removed and later reinstalled. The job wasn't without it's complications but he worked through the issues with no complaints. He and his plumber were professional and polite at all times. The standard of work was excellent and we are thrilled with the end result. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to others.

Andy accommodated our job at very short notice when we found out the person originally booked could not do the job. Andy was so accommodating and understanding of our situation (we moved into a new build home with two children under the age of 5 with no flooring and approaching Christmas) that he offered to re-arrange his other projects at the time and fit our flooring in stages so that we had our downstairs flooring done (kitchen and living room) in time for Christmas. The first and second floors were done between Christmas and New Year and shortly after the New Year. We are extremely pleased with the quality of work. We found Andy to be very flexible and nothing was too much trouble for him. He truly considers his customers’ satisfaction as a priority. Please know that if you choose to instruct Andy you are in very good hands and will be very pleased with the way Andy conducts his projects and the quality of the end result.
Excellent throughout from the initial visit with really helpful advice given, through to the floor being laid. They also kindly replaced some damaged skirting and door frames. I recommend them without hesitation.
A very proficient company, not only were they prompt in responding to all communications but able to provide open and honest advice at every step of our flooring installation journey. When it came to installing the flooring they were very professional in their approach, with minimum mess and moving furniture when needed. The quality of the finished product is very good and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
Andy provided great advice about what was possible to improve our sun lounge floor - previously tiles covered by lino. He provided brochures etc to help with our choice of new tiles. We accepted his quote for the work and he gave us an indication of when he thought he would be able to do the job. After we had selected, ordered and purchased our new tiles, Andy confirmed the dates for the work and he kept to his word, arriving as scheduled and completing the project as expected. His working arrangements were very good and caused us no inconvenience. Great service from start to finish and really pleased with the result.
Andrew & his team carried out the work to a very high standard, on schedule & to the price quoted, Nothing was too much trouble & we couldn't be happier with the finished result. We would not hesitate to recommend . Thank you so much for a job well done.

Fabulous service, Great job, After the superb job they did with my laminate flooring I asked them back to fit all new bedroom and stair carpets with vinyl flooring in the bathrooms, again they did a superb job, very good service and price. highly recommended.
I can't rate these guys highly enough! I needed a carpet fitted asap after another fitter cancelled last minute, the team were quick to respond and squeeze us in to complete the job. Lovely guys, knowledgeable and attentive. Will use them for any future flooring jobs!
I had wooden floor laid in the hallway and living room. I was so happy with the high quality of workmanship. Andy was great at communicating, punctual and was also able to recommend a tiler who also did an amazing job. I would highly recommend
