They even trimmed one of the doors to ensure it’s not scraping on the landing carpet. We’ll be using them again in the near future for more carpets and downstairs flooring.

My flooring looks absolutely fantastic. To add to that Connor and Ashley came when they said they were coming at every stage, which I find doesn’t happen a lot now days and goes a long way in customer satisfaction. Also very patient with my indecisiveness about which flooring I wanted 😂. My floors were very uneven but they still managed to do a great job. I would highly recommend

3rd generation flooring came to my property to fix a small issue after my kitchen re-fit. Once the old cabinets were taken out and the new ones were installed, there were some noticeable gaps in the laminate flooring where the old cabinets used to be. Even though it was a small job, 3rd generation showed up on their day off to assess what needed to be done and gave me a fair quote for the repair. They returned two days later efficiently completed the job, and now the floor looks brand new. I’ll definitely reach out to them for bigger projects in the future because their service was fantastic. very reliable, friendly, and just all-around excellent. Thanks for the help!

Connor visited our property today to replace the bathroom floor covering. Absolutely fantastic service, friendly, helpful, very professional job. Highly recommended.

Did a really great job on my stairs and landing. Very helpful, literally couldn't fault them! Would definitely use again and recommend.

I needed a bedroom carpet supplied and fitted so I Googled carpet fitters in Nottingham, 3rd Generation Carpet Fitters caught my eye and after reading all the 5 star reviews I decided to give them a call. Connor arranged a convenient time to come to me and had a great selection to choose from. He arrived on time, was very polite and advised on which carpet was best for the room (no pushy hard sell), the price of the carpet and fitting was very competitively priced. Connor again arrived prompt for the fitting, was very tidy as he worked and even vacuumed before showing the end result which we were very happy with. I would give 6 stars if I could, excellent family business, I've already booked him for my next bedroom carpet later on this month.

We had our hall, stairs and landing carpet replaced. From point of visiting to quote to completion of work Connor was brilliant. He gave us lots of choice to choose from and explained about our underlay options before confirming the price which was extremely reasonable. Connor and his Dad carried out the fitting within a morning and the result is brilliant. We have already passed their details on to family members for when they need new flooring.

New carpet installed. Professional, clean job and helped rip the old carpet in small bits to make disposal easy

Connor at 3rd Generation Flooring was recommended to us by a family member. He did a great job fitting new floor in the kitchen. Good communication and aftercare. I recommend this company. Thank you.

A massive thank you to Connor from 3rd generation flooring for such a speedy and professional service! We brought a brand new build house with zero flooring as the cost from the developers would have been £6000+ for the poorest quality they offer. I've done some searching around and come across a this local family firm with all 5* reviews and even speaking with some friends they have used these guys before and highly recommend. Connor come round within 24 hours of contacting them for a free quote and measured the whole house up (3 bed, 2 flight of stairs, 3 bathrooms, living room kitchen etc..) that day and shown me a vast variety of samples of carpet and LVT's etc.. After picking the selection we wanted Connor got this order and planned in some days to get it all fitting and laid. Within a week the floor had started to be prepped, screeded and fitted working around my own shifts at work with their great flexibility! Now everything is fitted and laid we are absolutely over the moon!! We ended up saving thousands from not going with the developer’s and we even have the top quality carpets and underlay!!! Again thank you very much 3rd generation flooring we will definitely be using you guys from now on and recommending you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thank you to Connor who fitted and supplied carpets for 3 bedrooms, hallway and stairs. Very professional. Polite and informative. Definitely recommend to others and will use again for any other flooring needs I will have in the future.

Connor responded quickly to my call and request and he promptly went to my house to give me a quote. He also gave us a very competitive price. We then agreed on a date to fit the carpet on. Connor came at the time we agreed on and he fit the carpet promptly and beautifully. We were so happy with the results of his work. We highly recommend his services. He is one of the best tradesmen we have ever worked with (and we have worked with a lot for our house renovation)!! We cannot fault his service at all. We had a LVT floor fitted in our newly extended kitchen. Connor was very professional and explained the process an options to us for sealing the bare concrete which other companies didn't. Our floor was very uneven and they made sure to screed it twice to get a quality finish. Because wait times for companies are so long we were surprised they could fit us in over a couple of afternoons and it was finished quickly. Highly recommend.

We would always recommend them because they have always provided us with a great service, well done, and thanks again to Ash &Conner

Connor and Ashley offer an all round excellent service, so much so, that I have already given their details to friends and work colleagues.

My dad who is 85 needed carpet downstairs and hall landing upstairs and downstairs and bathroom and vinyl in the kitchen. We had two quotes from other carpet fitters in Nottingham but it wasn't until Connor came to give us a quote that we were satisfied we would have a good job done. Connor and his dad were very polite professional, reliable and respectful as well as helpful in terms of what needed to be done. They were the only ones who said that the lumps in the floor needed to be smoothed out in order to lay the carpet and that there was a rotted floorboard which needed replacing ( they did both of these for us) They knew exactly what they were talking about and the prices are very reasonable. As my dad said and he is hard to please their service was first class from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone you will not be disappointed at all. They also cleared up after themselves and helped move some furniture for my dad is certainly one extra mile. Very lovely people too and trustworthy I didn't need to worry about them being in my dad's house at all even though he lives on his own. They are very experienced and even came back to finish a little extra off for us for free which wasn't in the quote on a Sunday. They clearly value the service they provide and definitely put the customer first.

I contacted the boys on Friday and they attended the very same day, I actually could not believe how quick and the ease of the fitting - they were cutting the carpets to fit around my fireplace and living room like there was no tomorrow! Delightful, funny and treated us with respect. The price was that affordable I even gave the gentleman an tip as a thank you. I will be recommending to all of my friends and family. Thanks again Connor & Ash

Excellent service; very professional job at a good price.

Connor has been really professional and has done a really good job. I loved the carpet finish, well done!

Honestly I cannot express how happy I am with this company. I am truly happy with my carpets and vinyl flooring. Due to the current pandemic unfortunately warehouses was closed, so I had to wait a while to have my carpets fitted, through no fault of the company. I was happy to wait until the warehouses opened regardless. They kept me updated throughout lockdown just to give me piece of mind that I wasn't forgot about. Within days of the warehouse opening again, they came to fit my carpets and vinyl. My god they was truly worth the wait. I absolutely love my floors. Not only did they keep it Professional at all time they knocked some money off because of the wait, which was not their fault at all. I have recommended this company to a few people and I will keep doing so. Thank you so much 3rd Generation Flooring!

Had an issue with my carpet coming loose on my stairs after having someone fit it who clearly was trying to do a quick job, Connor was excellent at replying and fixed the issue within 15 mins - did a proper job of it.
